Emily Jimenez: Everyone who works here is so lovely and sweet. It’s a relatively small place that’s in an unassuming plaza and yet- it’s some of the best Japanese food I’ve had stateside.So glad we found this restaurant. We’ve come back time and time again. There was an entire piece of blue paper in my mom’s salad and all they did was apologize and say they will bring her another one, but never even did. The food was good but as soon as we all started eating as the chef was done cooking, one of the other servers brought out to-go boxes and plastic bags when we weren’t even close to finishing our food, and was asking us to grab them as we had food in our mouth.

Melanie Lynch: Couldn’t get into Kanki for Fathers Day so we tried Kabuki and were VERY pleased! The service was great, our chef was hilarious and entertaining, and we were sat + served quickly. Only place for improvement was the quality of the food and beverage. I had the shrimp hibachi, which was good quality, but the noodles, oil, sauces, salad dressing, soup and dirty martini tasted like they were bought in bulk, if that makes sense…. Just not as good as I’ve tasted at other hibachi restaurants. I would still go back here over and over again.

Ryan Byrne: I would tell you about the food but we never got any. We were told it was a 90 minute wait then they called me at 7:30pm to tell me my table was ready. At 9pm they told us we would have to wait for another 30 minutes to an hour for our chef to arrive. Their offer to make it up to us was a free appetizer. A free effing appetizer. All parties at our table left and ate at The Shiny Diner around the corner. Tip: if it’s teppanyaki you want, drive to Greensboro and eat at Benihanas.
Brian Boore: Food was delicious, cooked perfectly, and prepared super fast. Prices were a tad on the higher side but the food quality was worth it. Highly recommend.

Kyle Dudek: I recently ordered over Uber and I'm not sure if this was an issue of the menu being updated, but I essentially ordered a 32 piece sushi pack (the fully cooked family pack) and I instead got what seemed to be a 22 piece version of the all-star pack (which even that said it was a 36 piece). Ended up getting a refund over Uber because 32 dollars for a 22 piece order of the wrong sushi order is steep.

Be Great: I work in the area and found this place on Google, read the reviews and decided to try it out. First thing is they don't accept cash (only credit cards) should make mention of that on the website.. Secondly the food was good but I was disappointed in the portion size. Considering I ordered a large bowl and could count about 6 pieces of chicken and not much broccoli either. They should definitely give more food for the money and that's the main reason for this review. Otherwise the food was good and the people seemed nice.
Harry Linzer: My office is just over a mile from Teriyakin' ... it's become my go-to place when don't have a lot of time for lunch and want something better your typical fast food chain ... I love their food and if I place my order online just before I leave my office, it's usually ready when I arrive or at worst within a few minutes after I arrive.
