Silvia Sanchez: Average food. Terrible service, I saw people walking out. They don’t want anybody business. Spent $50 on a take out for a pork plate and 2 rolls. They said South and north roll comes with 4 pieces of sushi after I went inside to ask them if that was right. 4 pieces of sushi for $10. I know it’s not true they just didn’t like that I asked if it was going to be too long after waiting for 40 minutes for a takeout.Everyone you ask will tell you that they’re mean and their service is terrible. I bothered to give them a chance.Just go to sushi nine. Bomb food, great service and Bogo everyday. Even without the bogo their prices are very fair for what you get.

Scott Crawford: Went here for lunch on a weekday on a whim. Almost everything we had was EXCELLENT! The miso soup was great, my spicy pork bulgogi bowl was awesome, and my wife's sushi rolls were top tier! Also the pot stickers we had for an appetizer were delicious! Joseph Hsu: Having moved here from California, I’ve been searching for a “proper” California roll until now. (Crab filling should be shredded with mayo, not just a full crab stick). I know it’s a small thing but it’s a big difference for us. And we finally found it at Yuri!Rolls are good, fish are fresh. I love that it also has izakaya dishes. We always make it a point to come here if were in Cary.Service is nice but can be slow. Also was not impressed with their udon.

Benjamin Mangalam: First time here, nice little place. Got hibachi chicken and hibachi steak with fried dumplings. We both like our meals, wives got more vegetables than me 🤣, but she doesn't even eat vegetables. I wished it little bit more favor on the steak pieces. The rice was good with the vegetables. The fried dumplings were nice and hot. The restaurant was okay. There was water by the employee door entrance, and the bathroom was in the back of the restaurant.
Floyd Powell: Favorite go to Japanese takeout place. Been going here for years. Prices have gone up over the years so it’s kind of expensive now but it’s worth going every now and then just to try it. I usually get the hibachi chicken and shrimp and the wife usually gets the yummy chicken entree. Both are pretty good. You can expect to spend about $13 per person here (not including drink) and I’d recommend calling in your order so that your food is ready when you get there. Hope this helps!

Sally Truong: I like the space here. It looks very clean, bright, and welcoming. I ordered chocolate milk tea, coconut durian, black rice, and durian pancake. I am a big fan of durian. In detail, the milk tea is good, but the crystal boba was pretty hard for me. The sweet soup would be more tasty if the black rice was cooked more. I felt it was undercooked, so it was hard to enjoy its full flavors.

RK The Trash Artist: Despite the mixed and low reviews, my experience at Genki's was a pleasant one. Our waitress was very sweet and accomdating during our visit from start to end.As for the food, it was honestly delicious!
Cherese Boyd: Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered curbside and there was a selection for extra white sauce I selected that option. No where did it state that the extra white sauce would be a substitution for the ginger sauce. When I inquired about my missing ginger sauce, the lady immediately said it’s gonna cost extra, which is not a problem but the way that she made it seem was that because I chose extra white sauce, I should have known that I would not get the ginger sauce. There is a way to get the information across without being rude. I mean it was only $.82, and if I asked for it, I must be able to afford it. Then she came out with the bill for the sauce, but with no sauce to ensure that I paid the amount first otherwise I would not get the 2 ounce cup of sauce. How insulting

Fresh, tender sushi that held up its shape when grabbed with chopsticks. Good variety of both rolls and nigiri/sashimi. Service was amazing despite me being a lone party of one. Shane Armstrong: Just not what it used to be. I used to eat here at least once almost every week. The food started going downhill, and it never really bounced back. It's not terrible, but not as good as in years past. The sushi used to be a favorite addition for me, but now it's just tiny rolls with dry rice and very little meat and veg. I still go on occasion because it's conveniently located to me, but if I have a few extra minutes, I drive to better options.

I've been coming here since I was pregnant with my first child in 2001 oh, and one of the employees who is very long-term still remembers my name as well as details about things I've told him over the years. The food is delicious, and the shop is clean. They've recently done some things to update oh, and it looks great!Features: Employees wear masks, and they have a shield between customers and employees.

Michael McNabb: Wouldn’t know what the food tastes like because the guy who answered the phone on 1/7/22 was ridiculously rude.The only thing that was requested was to sub rice for noodles and dude got a serious attitude acted like it was the end of the world.A simple “we can’t/don’t do substitutions” would have been suffice.

Abi Turner (Buzbuz9): My friend recommended this place to me and it was quite good. Competitive prices with other restaurants of a similar caliber and better health code rating. Nice atmosphere and nice people ordered takeout online and went to pick up food about 20min later it was hot and ready. We got crab rangoons 8/10, beef and broccoli 7/10, hibachi chicken 8/10, and beef udon 7/10. Overall a pleasant experience and we will come again :)Update: We come here all the time. It is one of our fav restaurants in the area. Thry have great food and sushi. Never had a bad dish here. My fav is the Mongolian beef and my friends love their habachi.

Lyndon Johnson: Everything was exceptional. The service, fresh prepared sushi and the vegetables, beef and chicken plate was plentiful and delicious. The waitress was available and proficient and got my order prepared as I asked for. In town from Boston and wish they had a local affiliate I could frequent.

Aboli Patil: I wouldn't recommend this place in Cary to anyone who wants to be treated with some basic decency. My friend and I had a really bad experience there. The server who waited on us was a total jerk. She didn't even bother to talk to us politely and just threw the menu on the table. My friend and I were so put off by the server's attitude that we decided to leave the restaurant without ordering any food. I definitely won't be going back there again.
