Lauren Salamino: The most darling store for little ones’ clothes, accessories, toys, and more! They have a HUGE selection of items; it’s the perfect place to buy a gift for a baby shower or new baby. Plus they have a small play area to keep the kiddos entertained while mom shops! The sweet ladies working there are always so helpful and kind. Shopping here always makes my mama heart so happy! :)

Ashley Hull: I stopped in with my 4 year old to get out of the rain, and the woman who was working there was so nice! She gave us an umbrella out of the kindness of her heart so we wouldn't get wet. They have so many cute things in there as well!!!

Sam: The two star for only the Store but nothing for the staff, if you want to spend 45 minutes in cashier line then go to this place, short staffing, they need to hire more cashiers.
JessKT: Normally I would give a 5-star to most Burlington. This location isn’t really organized. I cannot find kids undies. It doesn’t have a section for those stuff.
Pan Kuk: Was about ok.Not well kept.. not a whole lot of good options ..The purses had some kind of safety tags, and the sound from those was pretty loud AND annoying..
Kendall Magesh-Davis: They had a long line and only one cashier. They had a lot of people working, but would not put another person on the register.

Wolfy 穏為ア: Your awfully selfish cashiers essentially stole a dress from my mother when she was shopping. When we were here today, it wasn't even scanned, it was just straight up removed from the order so our cashier could possibly keep it for herself. She already contacted the store about this. It was a really great dress as well. And yet, we were still charged the entire price; no Cashback, no refund. As a result, I'm sorry, but if I ever go back to Burlington, it's only the one on Capital Blvd from here on out. Pathetic.

I needed to use the fitting room which is in the front of the store now and only 2 of them, they're were occupied for at least 10 minutes and there were other people in front of me. So I put the items didn't and left the store. I don't think I'll go back.

moonfinder two: Please do not go for shopping at this location. employees are treating immigrants customers differently, if you want to exchange or return anything they will give you hard time and will accuse you of stealing, that’s a shame and we are trying to file a discrimination lawsuit for this location because it has been going on for a long time now.

Hamayoun Yousuf: The worst place to go for shopping, today 5/9/23 at 8:15 pm, I want to exchange my paint because it was wrong size, since I didn’t have the receipt, she was accusing me of stealing the paint, because the computer was not scanning the Price tag. Both cashiers were rude and they didn’t know the store’s policy. Most of the customers at this location are immigrants and they Get hard time When they want to return or exchange something. Many customers are thinking to file a discrimination lawsuit.

Michael Bonventre: You can almost always find some great deals on clothing and shoes. The spices and tools section usually have some awesome prices as well.

Roman Al Saikat: Doesn’t have enough collections. Better to go to others Ross stores in Raleigh or Durham.

London Simone: This Ross Dress for Less is fantastic! I found so many adorable outfits, dresses, jewelry, and shoes. I adore the brown boots I bought. The Puma hoodie is adorable! The staff was quite pleasant. The wait time to cash out was quite short! The store was spotless. Excellent value for money. Also, adorable children's clothing!

Gil Cromshaw: There is very little selection, they have two fitting rooms, tiny spaces at the very front of the store. When I went to try something on, the fitting room was piled w other people's stuff all over the floor. There is lots of wasted space at the front of the store. The whole place is just ghetto. I haven't seen a more poorly managed store of really any kind than this in a long time. It might only be this store. The one on Glenwood is definitely better but Ross overall is clearly in third place (in fact maybe fifth or sixth) compared to similar stores like Marshalls and Burlington.

Aimee R: I politely addressed the cashier regarding an item that had no tag and no other like item , I compared it with an item that fit closely and the cashier gave me an attitude for no reason. I wish I had gotten her name because this wasn’t the first time she has been rude . Maybe try to have at least one other cashier working during peak hours.
April Mizelle: This was a messy store. I could understand the holidays and being messy but this was a Friday. Stuff everywhere on the floors and restroom locked and told out if order when I had a 5 year old with me. This is not how Ross normally is.
