Monica Wyckstandt: Ordered a significant amount of jewelry from Alex & Ani well in advanced to the holidays. Paid for expedited shipping just to ensure all of it would arrive well before the holidays; since I would be traveling. They shipped items USPS. USPS stated the items never arrived at their facility (I called Alex & Ani 2x regarding this - they stated it was a USPS issue and GAURANTEED it would arrive prior to Christmas. These were due to arrive well before then anyways.). After speaking to USPS multiple times they still have not received the package.... it is well after the holidays now. Alex & Ani website says to not call them regarding this issue until 30 days! Kicker... their website also says they will not allow a refund 30 days after the date of order! I believe it never shipped and they charged me anyways. Looked at other reviews on the internet and this is not the only occurrence.Do not waste your time or money with this brand. I ended up purchasing Kinsley Armelle to replace the items I never received from Alex and Ani. Way better quality, beautiful unique pieces and great customer service. Will never purchase from Alex and Ani again; nor recommend them.

JOSEPHINE: Beautiful merchandise and friendly staff at this location. It was my son’s first visit to the store & I’m certain in won’t be his last.Karoline helped him select a necklace and bracelet. He was flipping between gold and silver. She was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable.The store is packed with many styles and selections. You really can never go wrong with a piece from David Yurman.
crystal mck: I took several pieces in to be cleaned on a busy Saturday and got amazing customer service. They cleaned them same day and the service was great, pieces look perfect. I can't say enough nice things about Dawn who took care of me and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Christy Lotte: The customer service sucks in the store at SouthPark mall! Rebecca didn't seem to care at all that I needed the stone to match the rest of a jewelry collection. Said the manager would look for one at other stores but never heard anything. Called customer service and was sent an item from the mall after we told them the mall didn't have it. Returned it and ordered a totally different item. Never received a call as told, so called the store after a week. The manager was confused and had Rebecca call me because she placed the order. At this point, I noticed that the receipt had another customer's name on it. That was the confusion. Rebecca ordered our item under someone else's profile. Finally got the item, but after this experience don't ever want to shop this location again.They didn't take any responsibility for all the mistakes they made. No apology, nothing.
Lasonio Thompson: I went to SouthPark today for 2 items, a Gucci ring and a David Yurman black diamond pendant for my 5mm necklace to match my bracelet. I ordered the ring at Gucci from Drez. Went over to DY to get the necklace, I wasn't acknowledged when I entered. Once inside I saw they were busy and that's understandable. I stood in front of a case displaying the pendants for a while and one person spoke to me, a young lady assisting 2 gentlemen. I went back up front and stood in front of several display cases. I noticed a male customer come in he was acknowledged and then a lady came in she also was acknowledged., both were white. The guy at the door went out of his way to find her assistance. I wonder why I didn't get the same treatment.That was enough for me, when I was leaving I let the young man know that I came to buy a black diamond pendant for necklace to match my bracelet, which I showed him. Bottom line you should never judge a book by it's cover or in this case color!

KAREN PIERCE: I purchase my Husband a Cable Twisted Cuff Bracelet as a wedding gift. He wore it for only 1 week then it started to tarnish. He and I were very disappointed because I wear my DY bangles every day and never had an issue. We decided to take the bangle I brought him back to the store to exchange the bangle for another one. The saleswoman had a very nasty attitude, we explained to her that we think that the bangle is defective. She in turn stated that water would turn the bangle, we informed her that the bangle has never touched any form of water. Then she goes on to say well OK we will just refund your money on your card and walks away. She never asked us if we were interested in looking at other men's bangles or even apologize that his wedding gift was defective. She comes back and gave me the return receipt then we left upset. We were shocked because we have purchased thousands of dollars of DY jewelry and were never treated like this. Due to this experience, we will no longer be David Yurman's Customers.
