Spencer Barco: The Windsor team is great! Adam has been incredibly helpful over the past year in helping me get the Rolex model I had been searching for - as well as a few other small pieces. You feel welcome the second you walk through the door and never pushed into purchasing something you aren’t absolutely set on. No need to go anywhere else.

Cameron Lee: Having moved from Ca was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a watch home like I had there. I'm not a huge fan of online shopping and love to support small businesses as I'm an owner of a few myself. After visiting a few places, I finally found Windsor and Tracy(Birdie). Everything about my experiences has been great. Customer service is fantastic, they are incredibly knowledgeable, and they treat you just like a friend whether you purchase something or not. My first time there, a nice gentleman spent 10 mins helping me with my Tag connect that I didn’t even buy there! Just incredible, down-to-earth, really good people. With Tracy’s help, I have scratched a few watches off my wish list this year. If I’m lucky, I will add a few more to my collection before the year is up. I really can not say enough good things about this family business. I highly recommend that anyone shopping for themselves or that special someone stops in and gives them, and especially Tracy, a chance to win your business.

Grayson Smith: This was my first experience shopping at Windsor Jewelers and the customer service I received was excellent. I went in with the intentions of buying my first higher end watch. Birdie immediately welcomed me and made me feel right at home. Unfortunately, the store did not have the specific model Tudor I was after that day so I ended up buying a new Hamilton to add to my collection. Planning to visit Windsor and Birdie again soon when the Tudor I want arrives!

[I cannot stress enough how nice these people are.]They obviously also have jewelry, but they handle custom design requests as well.Had a few watches to resize. Each time I went they had them done within the hour and they fit perfectly first attempt.Have been here a handful of times now for various odds and ends and the experience stays exemplary. Would highly recommend for anything Jewelry/Watch related and will definitely be using this place as my starting point for future endeavors.Sidenote: Was looking for Seiko / Grand Seiko and was highly impressed with the selection available. Definitely a place to stop at if you're interested in the brand at all.
