The cashier wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing and refunded to the original card. The. She thought she’d waste more of my time and sent me up to customer service to talk to the very rude Bridgette. They can’t fix it. There went my gift.More wasted time, lost gift and no apology!!Why are all the dressing rooms locked and no one around to let you in??????
AJH AJH: I love the Dillards experience. Grew up going to the store with my mom. I say that to say I am giving 3 stars based on an employee in the women dress area. She’s been there a while because I’ve seen her in action and yesterday she tried me. Bottom line is her energy is off, she’s aggressive, combative at the register with guest, and quiet frankly not the person you want to chat with when your about to spend hundreds of dollars. She’s an older women….Dillards I can’t be the first to say something, so you know who this is.

Lakeisha Hill (Kitty): So, my original plan was to go to Concord Mills Mall (Coach Outlet)but, I ended up going to South Park Mall( I love this mall) to look for a Coach bag. I decided to walk into Dillard's because I didn't have any luck in Macy's on what I was looking for. So, I was in between buying a Coach or Michael Kors bag. I searched Coach bags but I need something that was going to POP for Spring. 🙂 They had a markdown on their bag today which was awesome. So, the hot pink bag stood out for me because I love pink. Originally it was $168 but, the steal was $100. So, then I got a mini wallet with originally was $76 but, the steal was $46. I had an amazing day & ended it with a cinnamon & sugar pretzel w/ a lemonade from Auntie Annie's. 🙂 Ladies, there's some awesome deals if you need any ideas for Mother's Day, birthdays or just for retail therapy. Happy Wednesday!

Lavetta Funchess: I took my daughter there to do some shopping. There was no real customer service but that is common these days so was not surprised by that. What I was surprised by was my total being rounded up to donate to charity. I don't know what charity because we weren't asked at check out. The total coming out even didn't surprise me because that sometimes happens. It was only $0.47 and we would have rounded up if they have asked and said what charity was been supported. This is what I call stealing from your customers without their knowledge.

Jennifer Almond: Terrible customer service. They charge you double for rush shipping to get a shipment by a certain date and then they don’t deliver. They make it impossible to reach them and they do not respond when you use the lame avenues they do provide. Just beware - do not trust their shipping dates. They don’t even use real shipping companies like fedex or ups - they use the post office!! Or at least that was my experience- just be careful if it’s really important to you!!
Stefanie Valverde: Perfect styles! Amazing in-store support! I absolutely love this store! It's been my favorite ever since I stumbled upon it during college. I'm so happy I did because I always find the PERFECT styles, the quirkiest gift ideas, and amazing prices! The clearance section is a hidden gem to me, I always have such a fun time looking for hidden treasures! The cherry on top is that the store teams in both Wisconsin and North Carolina have been super sweet and ready to help with whatever you need! Loyal UO lover for life!

Emily Garcia: Very unprofessional. I went to urban outfitters while ago and went to the fitting rooms. The lady told me to go to fitting room 3, i went to fitting room three and it had storage. I was confused because she told me to go in there. However, she pointed at that fitting room, so I didn’t question it. I walk in and a few minutes in, she yells at me and tells me what am i doing. I told her “im sorry, but you told me fitting room three and pointed at it.” And, she said “don’t you see the storage,” and continue yelling at me. I just walked out embarrassed and never came back. I understand you’re having a bad day, but no need to express you’re anger on a literal 16 year old. I would rate zero stars if there was a option.

Lauren Johnson: Well to start or with.. they close an entire hour before the rest of the mall does, which is annoying but not a big deal. What bothered me was how my mom, sister, and I all had massive piles of clothes in our hands and we walked to the dressing rooms to find out they apparently close them a whole hour before they even close the store??? When we asked the manager she didn’t even apologize, she could have cared less if we bought anything or not. All the employees were so clearly ready to leave. They even turned the music off 30 minutes before the store closed. We then took our massive piles of clothes to the register, bought all of it which totaled to over $400, ran to the restrooms to try the stuff on, then ran back to the store to return what didn’t fit before they closed the store. We told the boy at the register we were going to do this and he literally didn’t care, they absolutely were not going to reopen the fitting rooms. Long store short, the employees and managers here are pitiful and simply do not want to be there and do not care about the customers.

Gavin Mcmanus: This place is so great, I have only been to Belk a few times in the past, but this location makes me want to come back again asap!! It has four floors and is by far their biggest location, if you like shopping come here, if you don’t like shopping, still come here. They even have a restaurant on their bottom floor! There are so many good deals, like 50% off everything (except select items) most of their items were on doorbuster so I couldn’t use my coupon, I got a spinner suitcase that is normally $149.99 for only 49.99, I got a super cute decorative pillow that is normally $50 for only $12, I got a really nice Baja hoodie that is normally $160 for only $47, they also had a sale on beach towels, buy ONE get TWO free!! I definitely will be back!

Levi Adgate: I’m not one to write reviews but Lauren was the absolute best from top to bottom. I ordered the wrong fit online and took them to the outlet store and had a great experience. Lauren was at the door when I walked in took my items while I looked for a replacement and when I didn’t find the size I needed she went above and beyond to get what I wanted ordered all while having a line and helping other associates. And if you pay with after pay and try to return an item at the store they will not except it. Even know that this company has been paid by after pay they make you go directly to them to return the item.
