Quickwire Communications: Horrible Management. She was rude and disrespectful. She refused to return new dresses that have tags on them. She also refused to give me my receipt back and I had four items total on the receipt. She told me I can leave and take the dresses back where I got them from. She tried to say they a spot on it and it was dark green and no spots plus the tag was on it. We never took it out of the bag. I can not return the other dresses because the manager kept my receipt.

Jaime Blocker: A few months ago we purchased my daughters prom dress from Windsor. Yesterday I was trying to get the wrinkles out and I ended up melting the dress 3 hours before my daughter needed to leave for prom. FULL ON PANIC MODE. I jumped in the car to see if they still had the dress. They had it but not in her size. Ty immediately felt my sadness, guilt and desperation. She immediately started going around the store finding every possible dress in my daughters size. All while reassuring me that we would leave with a dress and everything would be okay. Ty certainly went out of her way to help, calm and resolve my situation. My daughter ended up leaving there with a gorgeous gown, shoes and jewelry, all thanks to Ty! Thank you so much for being my savior. It really meant a lot!

Needed an accessory after leaving the Concord Store that closed early and arrived to the NL store at 2 min before closing. L Robinson: Since the pandemic, Anthropologie has offered curbside service to meet customers parked right outside of their building. I completed the "I've arrived" form as requested twice while I patiently waited in the assigned curbside parking space. On at least (2) occassions have not been greeted at the curb. I've walk into the store to and find several sale associates completing their personal conversations with folded arms. If you don't believe, I managed to snap a photo while I waited for someone to greet me. The store wasn't busy so I can't imagine what could be more important than revenue? When I reached my car, I received an notification that my order was picked up. This only confirmed for me that the alert system used to notify sale associates of the arrival of customers at the curb works. I only ask that if you are no longer offering curbside service, please discontinue advertising the service as a convenience for customers.

Lu: The service attitude is the worst I’ve seen in any clothing store. Not only nobody greets you or help you, when you have a question, the worker just shows no interests whatever towards answering it. So rude and unprofessional. Having just pretty clothes won’t be enough in today’s competitive fashion industry. This was not the first time I was disappointed by Anthropology’s customer service. I won’t be shopping here, no more.

I could hear one of the managers coaching the staff which was very positive. It was just about how to be more exceptional. I have not walked in an Ann Taylor in 10 years. Nichelle Heard: I’ve never shopped in this store before - ever - at ANY location. Was like a lost puppy originally when I walked in, but I know I need to go to the Petite section because I’m only 5ft tall. I was looking for professional clothes because well, I have to work back in the office now, and I don’t have any cute stuff pre-pandemic. KeKe was SO helpful with identifying 3 blazer+pants combo outfits. I kept running her back and forth to the dressing room helping me but I found the “In Curvy” style pants work best for me. My problem is I’m short, very short, and I have wide hips+large buttocks+ TINY waist. It’s so hard for me to find ANYTHING that fits but KeKe was my good luck charm! She helped me find the right items providing the BEST customer service (which is so hard to come by these days honestly…) then I go to checkout and Taylor (I think she’s a manager maybe) was super nice and offered to order me a pair of pants that were out of stock in my size in the store. She was seriously the icing on the cake to a great shopping experience in barely over an hour right up until closing time. These ladies need to be praised, because I truly loved my experience shopping due to them. Will definitely come back to try and find that last pair of pants I need. Overall a great experience! Super excited to wear my new outfits to work!! Thank you KeKe and Taylor ❤️

Allie Mehra: The staff here are really nice and helpful, but my complaint is the dressing rooms. My room was caked in dust; the wall sconce, baseboards, and edges of the floor had a layer of dust and lint. It felt grimy and really gross. If I noticed it right away, there's no way the store associates haven't noticed. Please clean your fitting rooms.

k goode: Here we go again.... walked n2 Ann Taylor passing 1 associate in front who looked up at me and then 1 associate at cashier who looked up at me and finally gentlemen associate at back who looked at me...... none of the associates said hello or welcomed me to the store... no form of greeting. I went straight to sale section in back found several pieces to try on. Asked the gentlemen associate if i can just walk in the fitting room to try on the clothes, he responded by nodding his head 🤔😶.. i ended up not allowing the discomfort to deter my day of shopping in Ann Taylor. Decided to make purchase: 2 pants, 2 shirts & 1 blazer... only good thing is the checking out: very young lady who checked me out was friendly .. come on Ann Taylor gotta do better...
Liz Weinstein: Okay store in a convenient location. There is always a shortage of sizes and sections with new products are typically bare. You have the option of ordering items, but that won't help if you need something within a few days. Depending on who's working, you may receive good service or no service at all.

Cory Lambert: This was my first - and last - experience with NM at Southpark Mall. I’ve been a native of Charlotte my entire life, and am well-aware that Southpark has always catered towards a financially-affluent consumer audience. Now in my adulthood, and with expendable income, I ventured into NM last week to purchase a Chanticalle foundation that I saw online. This is the only store in the area that sells it in-store and I needed to be color matched before spending $130 on makeup. The Chanticalle makeup counter consultant was pleasant and respectful. She even upsold me a $120 sunscreen/primer. I want to note that I told her I was apprehensive of the formula, as I have very oily skin and she assured me it would work and be light-weight enough for daily wear and to “just give it a try”. At no point did she mention a return policy or that I couldn’t bring it back to exchange it for store credit if her color-match was off (given they have fluorescent lighting in the store and it turned out to be much too orange in natural light). I tried it for two days and it was awful; I looked like an oil slick. I decided to return it, as I obviously cannot use it and do not want it. However, upon my entrance into the store today, I was met with looks of “she’s too poor to be here” - because I wasn’t wearing any up-scale brands like LV, etc. I was in tasteful (and expensive) black leggings and a t-shirt. I went directly to the Chanticalle counter and waited to be greeted by THREE different female consultants - all of whom made eye contact with me, acknowledging my presence, and literally walked off to avoid me. I finally was able to get someone at the Chanel counter to help, but she said that she needed to find the woman who completed the sale because “they can’t take makeup returns and it’s on her to handle it.” So rude, to both me and her coworker. I then had to walk to the other end of the cosmetics department to find this specific consultant, who greeted me with nothing but a cold “what do you want?” stare. She acted like she hadn’t just been told by her coworker that I needed to make a return with her. She then sighed in my face, and walked me to the register, and asked if I’d used the product. Well duh … it’s makeup. How can I know if it works for me if I don’t use it? She said their store policy is that can’t take back any item that “isn’t in re-sellable condition” (which is ridiculous, considering the inherent nature of cosmetics …) She then said that she would “do it this one time but in the future, they can’t do any more favors like this.” I was flabbergasted! Then she couldn’t even get the register to process my return for three tries. At the end, she literally just handed me my return receipt and walked off. Never in my life have I been treated with such prejudice at a store that I’M PAYING TO BE IN. I will never again come to NM, as it’s obvious they are cheap (because who in the world is re-selling used, returned “luxury” items??) and do not have the competency to train their staff that any customer has the capacity to be a sale - not just the ones that “look” rich.
