AJH AJH: I love the Dillards experience. Grew up going to the store with my mom. I say that to say I am giving 3 stars based on an employee in the women dress area. She’s been there a while because I’ve seen her in action and yesterday she tried me. Bottom line is her energy is off, she’s aggressive, combative at the register with guest, and quiet frankly not the person you want to chat with when your about to spend hundreds of dollars. She’s an older women….Dillards I can’t be the first to say something, so you know who this is.

Lakeisha Hill (Kitty): So, my original plan was to go to Concord Mills Mall (Coach Outlet)but, I ended up going to South Park Mall( I love this mall) to look for a Coach bag. I decided to walk into Dillard's because I didn't have any luck in Macy's on what I was looking for. So, I was in between buying a Coach or Michael Kors bag. I searched Coach bags but I need something that was going to POP for Spring. 🙂 They had a markdown on their bag today which was awesome. So, the hot pink bag stood out for me because I love pink. Originally it was $168 but, the steal was $100. So, then I got a mini wallet with originally was $76 but, the steal was $46. I had an amazing day & ended it with a cinnamon & sugar pretzel w/ a lemonade from Auntie Annie's. 🙂 Ladies, there's some awesome deals if you need any ideas for Mother's Day, birthdays or just for retail therapy. P L: So I made the mistake of going to the Kohls near rivergate. The cashier tried to get me to sign up for a kohl's credit card. After I repeatedly refused (6x) she tried to trick me into signing up by not clearing the screen where you have to put in information that would sign you up. She also gave me misleading information about this. I then informed her that stating misleading information to get someone to sign up for credit is fraud. Only then would she clear the screen to allow me to pay without signing up. The manager was watching all this so I'm assuming this is common practice. My real concern is I can see that an elderly or otherwise comprised person would be tricked into signing up. Beware!

Gavin Mcmanus: This place is so great, I have only been to Belk a few times in the past, but this location makes me want to come back again asap!! It has four floors and is by far their biggest location, if you like shopping come here, if you don’t like shopping, still come here. They even have a restaurant on their bottom floor! There are so many good deals, like 50% off everything (except select items) most of their items were on doorbuster so I couldn’t use my coupon, I got a spinner suitcase that is normally $149.99 for only 49.99, I got a super cute decorative pillow that is normally $50 for only $12, I got a really nice Baja hoodie that is normally $160 for only $47, they also had a sale on beach towels, buy ONE get TWO free!! I definitely will be back!

Guadalupe Garcia: DO NOT GO TO THIS TARGET!!! I went to Target in Midtown today and had the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. I went to look for an outfit with my sister and my newborn baby. I was in line for a while in the fitting room, the lady seemed to be pretty nice to everyone. She assured the lady before me that she would put back her one item for her. As soon as I walk in she says “make sure you bring everything out with the tags attached.” I thought it was a bit odd since she did not say that to anyone else that went before me but whatever. I tried the stuff on, left the items I did not want on the return table, and took with me two things that I thought I might get. I ended up deciding against it so I put the items exactly where I got them from. She walked by, grabbed the item I just put back and mumbled something under her breath. I thought it was rude but I continued on with my shopping. I went back to try more stuff on and was in line behind two white women that were in their early twenties (all the people in line before me the first time were white as well). Those two women went into the handicapped/breast feeding room together. When it was my turn, I went into the same room with my sister and my baby. The associate, Helena, followed behind and opened the door. I asked if there was a problem. She said she needed to count my items because we could not have more than 8 at a time. I asked “are you checking with everyone else because this is the second time you say something to me, I was in line for a while and you did not say anything to any of the other women.” She proceeded to say “well I need to check the items because you two are in here” I told her “Oh since the other two women went in together, I didnt think it would be a problem” she said “well they were mother and daughter”… I’m not sure how she assumed that given that the girls literally looked the same age & she did not speak to them at all but ok. My sister then told her “we’re sisters” and she said “and both of you are trying stuff on?” we replied yes. I asked for her name and she closed the door. I started to try the stuff on and she literally opened the door again to tell me her name while I was changing. I told her “please don’t open the door without saying anything, I was taking my shirt off” she said “well there is a lock right there, you should be more careful,” i just said ok. We tried one thing on out of the six and decided to leave because we felt so discriminated against. The whole time were in there she kept making comments like “omg omg omg” and “just a few more hours.” We came out of the fitting room and put the stuff in the return counter and she said “you got my name right?” In a very condescending way. I asked for the manager and she said “I’ll bring her right here,” i told her no thank you and went to guest services. We were told there wasn’t a manager but brought us somebody that could help. I explained what happened and the associate very kindly apologized. My family & I go to this specific Target at least once a week but needless to say, we won’t be coming back. If I could give 0 reviews I would.

I often refer guests to this Target.... but NEVER again!!! Sunday was my First time there, and My Last Time!!! Not one employee spoke to me or greeted me as I past by several of them. They were talking to each other which seemed to be their priority. I did my shopping, and got to the checkout...there was one cashier and the rest were all self checkouts!!! So this Target has employees that are not Customer Friendly, and They want you to ring up your own groceries and bag them..... ABSOLUTELY Not!!! I left my carriage with my groceries in it, and went to Publix. The Publix staff is always so Courteous ,and Customer Service Friendly!!! I work hard for my money, and where I spend my money matters. I will never spend it at this Target!!!

Director of Administrations: Gift wrap department (representative Faye) has the ABSOLUTELY WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. I purchased two items for my mate and needed them gift wrapped. There was one gentleman sitting in the waiting area waiting for his items to be wrapped. I proceeded to the counter and immediately with much aggressiveness she looked at me, rolled her eyes and implied that it would be a thirty minute wait. No problem, I waited. When it was my turn she asked me which wrap did I want and walked away. I informed her of such when she came back as if I was holding her up and she replied that she may not have enough paper but she would try. Before I could choose another option she snatched my bags and said it would be $18.00 plus tax. She walked to the wrapping area, completely ignoring me preceding to wrap my items. I took a sit in the waiting area in hopes of management possibly walking through but no luck. Once Faye finished, she put my items on the counter, informed me of my amount with no eye contact and tried bagging my items up before I could see the finished work. Ladies and gentlemen, it looked horrible. I’m not sure if she was just ready to go or what but it looked and if she wrapped them with her eyes closed. I tried fixing at least the bow myself and she was like, it’s gonna get smashed anyway once I buy it in the bag ma’am so you can fix it once you take it out and then proceeded to ring me up. By now her patience and my patience are not where they need to be and before I say or do anything I know I shouldn’t, I payed for the items and left. She is a short African American lady with a short curly bad wig and eyebrows that are in need of much assistance and much customer service training. She certainly is making the gift wrapping department look horrible.

camille martin: The store was pretty empty
Shantel Ransome: Cashier Debby pulled a item that I received from clearance and said she couldn’t sale it to me because she wanted to donate it. I responded by letting her know there was several of the items out and she said she will retrieve them from the floor. I don’t understand how you wouldn’t want to sale a item you would donate. I can not help but wonder if I was a different color would she have handle the situation differently. I was with by daughter and newborn son so I politely wished her a good weekend and went on my way. Customer Service gets 0.

Vic Gain: I was in line to purchase some items from there and I needed to use the restroom they told me that the public could not use their restroom and to go next door to TJ Maxx how crazy is that you're buying something from a store but you have to go next door to use the restroom

The Zedd Hotel: Great store but terrible customer service except for the fabulous lady with the red hair, they followed us around and watched us like hawks as if we were shoplifting. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. There is a need for better policy preventing that kind of customer abuse from happening. One of the employees almost took our cart and pretended to pick up a shirt after we said something. Retrain your freaking staff like are you freaking serious right now? I'm not impressed. We still bought from your store but I'll definitely be hitting up corporate over this. Like ok, we look rough, we work night shifts and we're tired. SMH

Asked for directions to the Big & Tall area and received directions, but when I got to the area, there was no one in any mens departments. No one to assist, no one at check out, no one but the man refolding shirts. Barely got him to look at me.Left without a purchase.Poor, poor serviceUpdate- June 2023. It was busy but staff were great

David Matteo: I picked up a few things at Belk's at North Lake Mall, and then I couldn't find anyone to check me out. There was a woman upstairs who was ringing out an off-the-clock employee, who apparently had no idea what to do because the woman being rung out had to keep telling her what to do. Then I found two young men at the register near the furniture with no customers but they told me they couldn't help me. They can only ring out furniture. There only seemed to be three employees upstairs who were on the clock but two of them are being paid to lean against a register and converse. Downstairs, I found one woman at a register but she was taking a return and had a long line. I left my intended purchases on a table and went to Dillard's. I didn't have a problem checking out there. Belk's used to be a good store. I'm very disappointed.

GSA2013: Very clean and well stocked. Staffing was a bit light but we were able to hunt someone down in about 10 minutes when we needed to pay.
Saundra Porter Thomas: Belk is having a great sale right now in the Women's department. I found several items that will mix and match well with my current wardrobe. The store is bright, easy to see items. Customer service was very helpful and polite. Great experience all around 😊

T Campbell: This location treats their customers like prisoners and do not allow them to use the restroom anymore. After the cashier told me that I will not be able to use the restroom I left her standing there with my $326 transaction UNPAID FOR because that is ridiculous. I am not spending 326 where I cannot even use the restroom. Lost my business. I will not visit this location again.
