Lionheart Glassworks: The staff is super friendly. I got a great deal on a bale of straw for my chickens. They have everything you need for your animals and they have many animals for sale. It's almost like a mini zoo and is literally fun to shop there. It's worth the ride into the country.

Julie Ricketts: I would have loved to give this place 5 stars but I just cannot… I’ve been twice. The first time I went because I was new to the area and wanted to expand my chicken flock. I went in and was asking what type of chicken breeds they get and how often. The man there was very helpful and glad to answer my questions… the woman was very cranky. I just ignored it and thought she was having a bad day(we all have those days). The second time I went there was a dead chick in with the live ones(sadly this happens and is no one’s fault) my 10 year old was really bothered by it so she told the same woman we saw last time and the woman just shrugged her shoulders at my daughter. Well we went out back to check out the goats and there was a Dove(?) in the back sitting in a nasty bowl of green water with its neck ripped open. One of the men who works there came back and saw it and just ignored the situation even when we pointed it out to him. We went back inside and my mom found Diamond dog food that she normally orders online and asked the woman how much they sell it for. Well my mom didn’t hear her the first time so she asked “Did you say $30.99?” And the lady(same as last time) loudly and rudely told her the correct price. I want to love this place and I love to support local businesses but I am HIGHLY disappointed in the treatment of their animals and how the woman treats customers.

Elaine Martin: This was by far the worse experience I ever had for auto insurance. A previous employee failed to put my information in the system correctly. Then I was over charged. I only paid the rate that was offered one time for 5 months I kept paying different prices due to the representative failure. Once the six month renewal came my price increased again even though I did not pay the quoted price. Dan was clueless about the whole ordeal and stated he was going lower my rate just to mess that part up 🙄. The only saving grace was a person name Kari. I left statefarm and will never go back or refer anyone to them. The person who messed up my stuff messed up several other people stuff too. She was terminated, but unfortunately, the customers were still paying for this lady mess up. If it was possible to give a negative star I would!

Glenda Potter: Dan Heiman State Farm is the best insurance company I've ever dealt with..The service is friendly and very helpful..I usually deal with Dan myself..he so nice and will take the time to explain anything you don't understand...and even knows you by name and I like that the most..I like to feel like that I'm appreciated when I walk in a office to give company's my money or new business...we have 2 cars, 2 motorcycles, life ins..andvsome other insurance with them...And that will not change ever as long as we are living..they have the best and cheapest insurance there is around..I would recommend them to anybody...I was paying full coverage on my car to another company and then one of my friends suggested I call them..and my insurance dropped 80.00 a month once I switched over to state farm..and then I got my husband to swithch all his stuff over there and we are glad we did...

Not only did they advance me a check, but they drove to my work place and delivered it with their sympathies. I can't say enough positive about how much they care.

wilson riddick: Dan Heiman and State Farm are a complete joke. They do not cover a claim that should be dealt with in a timely manner or want to cover a claim that has been made. My house was damaged by a tornado and Hail storm which blew off shingles from the roof put large dents in the side of my home and the response was, we will give you just enough to replace the shingles that are torn off by the weather. There are a few employees that work with Dan Heiman that seemingly care about what the do and attempt to help. What State Farm covers is not the fault of the employees, with that information be careful what insurance company you use in your future endeavors.
