D Harrison: Had a vehicle towed here after it wouldn't start, felt it was something electrical. They figured out it was the battery and some corrosion. Weren't sure they could fix it same day, but they called at end of business and it was ready. Picked it up the next morning.Pretty down to earth easy going guys. Seem to know what they're talking about and I like the positive reviews. I'll probably bring my vehicle back for an old/used vehicle inspection (it's 09). I feel like they'll give me an honest opinion of the state of my car.

Richard Mears: I’ve had two great repairs through this shop. The 1st was Greg helping me with a misfire issue that another shop left for 12 days. Greg told me within 30 minutes what was happening with misfire. I had my coils updated along with plugs on my 2013. Runs like a new truck. The second was changing out my throttle body at home and to my surprise, learned that it needed re-programmed. Called around 4pm and Trevor said he would be on his way. A short time later, he drove to my home and had it done in less than 10 mins. Thanks so much to the both of you!

This shop is not how it was a few years ago when Chris was there. They will not keep you updated on anything and barely answer the phone. Quick repairs yes, leaving your vehicle for a later time no, it will become a sitting duck just like the other cars in the lot. The owner Angie is trash.

They got part quickly and had the car returned in time for the long weekend. Suzanne Pardo: This shop was expeditious and very fair. I brought our vehicle that had been hit while parked and unoccupied for a full inspection for damages. At first we were told to drop vehicle off and would done by end of day THE NEXT DAY as it was close to end of day. We dropped off car and left. Not only did they do the full inspection right away, the car was finished and they got a consult and estimate for the body work. Full inspection done before 5:30p SAME DAY and able to pick up our vehicle. The staff are all super friendly and down to earth. Highly recommend this shop for mechanical services. This mom (and insurance adjuster) was pleasantly surprised and wow’s by their customer service as well as the very detailed estimate with pictures from when wheels were off the vehicle and parts of engine etc effected.Service:General repairs maintenance

I am a certified and licensed technician for over 25 yrs and I brought my track car (1992 Nissan 300zx) to get a front end wheel alignment being i replaced everything but haven’t had the time to perform the maintenance on the rear subframe which is in need of attention… the technician took the time to do a performance alignment ( straightening the rear end to get it to stop shifting, he did a amazing job rear end is firm and front end was done to a perfection. I initially went to Firestone and they quoted me $2,900 for a front and rear brakes and tried to intimidate me into reconsidering when I told not only no but heck no. As a woman you normally get belittled about mechanical issues when it comes to cars but Wiggs auto & wheeler alignment were so sweet and very understanding. They not only determined I only needed rear brakes but found an issue with my two front tires and helped get me the best price! He even went on a Saturday morning they were closed (memorial day weekend) so I can get my car. I plan to use them going forward in the future. Heather: This place did the NC inspection for both our vehicles. They got me in right away both mornings. Had a little area to wait while they worked. Saw customers coming in and out. Everyone seemed happy with their service!
Leandra Rose: I went to S and H after going to 4 other places due to a stripped oil plug that one of these places caused. NONE of them were able to fix the problem, one place refused to even work on it. S and H fixed the problem and I was able to pick up my car within 2-3 hours. I also got 2 inspections done here before for an excellent price. Everyone in the shop is very friendly, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend S and H to anyone!! Darlene Gaddy: Originally gave them a 1 star review then gave them the opportunity to fix what was going on. Changed it to 5 stars because Joe or whatever his name is was very apologetic and agreed that he would fix my car and discount me if I changed the rating. Cool. I paid 240 for them to “fix” the issue & a day later my car was still making a grinding sound when I brake and accelerate and the same squeaking sound that he said he barely heard. At this point, I won’t be going back.Edit: & At the end of the day, if they would have fixed my car. (The same sound I heard a month prior, that another mechanic had no problem fixing) I wouldn’t be going through this 3700 miles later. I can guarantee it.

I had gone to S&H to see if they could help repair my jeep and solve my emissions inspections dilemma. I was educated on a inspection waiver as well as a grant to acquire my tags. I had no idea about the waiver or grant for a emissions repair to help cover the cost of my jeep repairs. If it was not for the honest and professional work from S&H. I would still be spinning my wheels on trying to get my jeep repaired and driving around with expired tags. Eric Nelson: RED FLAG!!!!! Any business that charges you $50 for a "visual inspection " is nothing more than money hungry and a rip off. I went in looking for an honest local shop.... look elsewhere. I told them I'd never been charged for an estimate and I'd prefer to pay a reputable shop. Completed the $480 estimate myself for about $35 in parts. Save your money. A TRUE RIPOFF COMPANY
