I came in there told him I needed a truck. They gave it to me pretty much excellent service took almost the entire day, but that was no fault of just the girls. It was also our fault we weren’t prepared and everything was excellent at this dealership. I recommend it to anyone. Me and my brother we’re happy to get a truck.

Autumn Cressell: I bought a car on April.13,2023. I was told by management that my metal tag would arrive in the mail. On May.13,2023 my paper tag went dead, still no plate. On May.10,2023 I started to have issues with the car. I have a warranty that came with the car as well as purchasing the extended warranty. I spent 3 days trying to get in touch with the right department to get the car fixed, to only be told I am responsible for fixing the vehicle until US Autos comes to a solution for warranty. I found out that on April.17,2023 US Autos closed down 39 locations, including the Fayetteville, NC location where I purchased the vehicle from. This is not a company I would recommend. Their customer service is poor, and I'm now $1600 out for the down payment with no running vehicle and they refuse to honor their end of the contract.
Mike: This place is crash! I bought my wife a 2019 Nissan Altima like three months ago and now I need a new transmission. You can't talk to anyone cause they went out of business. This place is TRASH!!!

My brakes and rators are speaking after two month. No spare tire charges for phone doesn't work. Warning lights keep coming on and off. Oil was dirty. Please don't buy off these peoples they are rip offs. They won't fix my car even though transmission wS gone to begin with. Once you sign those papers those people don't care about you. I've been back and forth to dealship several times all I get is call corporate. That's a joke too.

And when we tried to swap the car out for a different car (a Hyundai) it didn’t even start. So we are stuck with a car that has a gas cap that flies open, breaks already needing to be fixed, drivers seatbelt has to be wiggled around before it locks in place, sunroof doesn’t close on the first push of a button takes about 6 attempts, revs to 4 when barely touching the accelerator, and not to mention the mileage that was on the vehicle did not match what was on the inspection paper. Oh and the inspection paper says it failed the emissions testIf I can come back to this review and add photos I will

R S: There is no customer service on this lot. Had cash in hand ready to buy, and we are talking like wasn't going to haggle buy. Walked the lot for like 40 minutes and not one person greeted me. Unfortunately, the car I wanted had a sign that car is not for sale. Then I noticed they have many multiple cars are not for sale signs. So to recap, they have eye candy bait trap cars, and no customer service at all.
Mel Porter: Bought a Buick lesabre years ago. Ran like a freaking top. Would still have it if it hadn't been totaled by some yahoo texting and driving. I bought a Cadillac to replace the Buick. I just paid it off. I've always had terrific service with Johnny and the guys. Even if I needed something, I'd call, and Johnny would get it. Love these guys.

I only give 4 instead of 5 stara bc i had a chip in the windshield and the belts squeel on the car (literally started happening on my way home. Specifically when AC is engaged)They sent someone to come fix the windshield (they did) and saif theyd have someone contact me to about the belts squeeling (never happened). I'm not sure I know what to do now. Is this my new problem? Are they going to follow through on what they told me?

He does not care what is wrong with the cars his only concerned is making sure the engine lights are off on the cars he sells..he cares nothing about the safety aspects at all ! All Curtis is worried about is getting it to look sellable and then he brings them to his friend at Shane's Automotive so he can inspect it and as long as there are no lights on his friend will inspect them.. no matter what is actually wrong with the car even if it has safety issies..My son bought a truck from him and NONE of the lights worked ,he disabled the engine and voltage lights and ran the wires directly to the fuse box and the seat belts do not work either and Mr.White told us that the truck had just been inspected..HOW!! He is not trustworthy in any way...and he tells people he's been doing this for 25 years..not much to brag about! He is pretty much saying I have been screwing over families, single moms and kids that don't know any better for 25 years...and he gets away with it because NC doesn't have a lemon law..ridiculousNow he is trying to rent out space in the garage! Take it from me DO NOT DO IT!! He is renting it out because his business is failing because he has such a horrible reputation..the better business bureau will not even except him..

Crystal Cambisaca: Be aware!!! Terrible business!!! We bought a vehicle from them a few months back and driving home that same day all sorts of lights were flashing on the dash. The vehicle was even jerking all around. We went to them right away and they made a ton of excuses about the “mysterious owner” that you yourself could never talk to. As to why they couldn’t help us with the costs. We brought the vehicle to an actual dealership that gave us an estimate of over $5000 worth of problems that they claim they didn’t know about. They refused to give us not even a dollar for the repairs of the vehicle they gladly took our money for. Be very careful when doing business with them. I am never a complainer and hate to complain but this is bad business and I hope I can save someone else the hassle of doing business with crooked people. They will not help you once you sign the papers.
