Kirk Nance: These people are thieves. Twice this year they have double drafted my mortgage payment, sending me into a negative balance. Five (5) days after I made my mortgage payment, Truist mortgage did a "force pay" out of my Truist checking account on Monday, November 21st, sending me into a negative balance. The local Truist Bank manager called them on my behalf on the same day. She was directed to six (6) different people and had to explain 6 times what had happened. They told her it would be three (3) business days before they could put the money back into my account. Three business days later, the money still hasn't been put back into my account. I called this morning and had to explain all over again, as if we had not already had this conversation. I called this morning and the client service rep. said that she could see where they processed the request on November 23rd, two days after they said they would do it. The rep. told me it would be another 3 business days before it would post to my account. I asked to speak to someone so that they could explain to me exactly what the HELL they did after we informed them that they had stolen my money on November 21st. All she said was that, I'm sorry they told you that, it takes six days to process the request. I said please connect me to someone that can explain to me why the HELL nothing was done on November 21 or November 22. She said, "I told you, it takes six business days." Of course the HELL it takes six (6) business days if you do absolutely NOTHING for two days. The 24th was Thanksgiving, so nothing was done then.Me: Why are you guys so quick to steal my money but it takes 6 days to put it backHer: I don't see where they stole your money.Me: Is it my money?Her: YesMe: Did I give you permission to take it?Her: NoMe: Well then that's stealing, isn't it?Her: Did you have it on auto-draft?Me: NoHer: Oh...BB&T was great. I loved the customer service. The people were great. They could fix a problem usually on the same day but now, since they merged with Suntrust to form Truist, they are nothing but criminals. As soon as the interest rates go back down I'm refinancing.

Horrible “customer service”.I made a deposit to my account from another BB&T customer, the teller entered the wrong amount, had to go back. He said it was fixed, gave me another receipt with the right amount.Got home went online to check the amount and I can’t. BBT doesn’t honor their own checks.Call the branch to talk to a human and well...Leave a message and 4 hours later no response. Call 2 more times, one bankers message says not in office till next week, great, call the last one and their message is old from last year(today’s date), great more of BBT’s dismal customer service.Only way to get a human with the 800 number is to select report fraud, then they will answer...Thoroughly disappointed, and BB&T just does not care.

Taylor Casselman: Went here to get advice on a situation me and my husband were having, the First Lady we talked to was very nice, then she sent us over to speak to Chase. He was nice at first when he wasn't helping us. But once we went in to get advice he was very rude about it all. We said we would just have to do this instead of that and he basically said it was a very stupid idea and not to do it because he wouldn't, we didn't come in for a personal opinion we came in for help and that's the last thing he did and then tried to tell us we're 600$ behind on payments when we have bank statements from every payment we've had and he said there's nothing they could do about it.

Had a PayPal transfer that was “lost” for over 30 days and then blamed on PayPal even though I had a confirmation from PayPal’s end but nothing from this bank. Only got it figured out after spending over three hours on the phone being transferred to one “online rep” more like someone sitting at their house in their pajamas. Now checks are taking multiple days to clear after clearing the same checks from the same person over night. There is no consistentcy and now on a holiday weekend have left me with no money while multiple checks were deposited. I really wish there was negative stars to give this joke of a business and bank

Ross Hayat: I would never go inside, they only care about the drive thru speed. I waited 20 minutes while they helped at least 8 cars. I was inside with 4 other customers behind me in line.

I came into this branch and asked a teller if there was a notary she said yes and take a seat. After waiting I found out there was none and was told to go to quik & ship where they charge. Came back about 2 months later for the same thing. This time the notary sitting in her office acted like I was bothering her. After she notarized my paper there was no thank you have a nice day. My husband came in to open a business account 10 minutes before they were closing and was told sorry but it’s too late. As a bank manager myself for over 10 years and a notary I never let anyone walk out of the bank that wanted to open an account. And I didn’t treat my notary customers like they were bothering me seeming this was a service to our loyal customers. Absolutely hate going inside this branch for anything.

Erika Duncan: I hate this branch! Google needs to make 0 an option. I never come here for anything good like obtaining other products from them no it's always something they messes up on. From the fact that you cannot get money at the drive through to the fact that they change your PIN number at random. I just came in here and it took a banker almost 8 min to acknowledge me. One gentleman sat in the office and looked like his feet was kicked up, he looked very relaxed in a professional environment. Another lady walked pass me never greeted me got whatever she needed and continued about her business. REMIND YOU I WAS THE ONLY ONE HERE! Nate was the exception once he realized I was in the lobby he was very friendly and assisted me fairly quickly. Every time I come in here it ls awful. This bank lacks forward thinking and there is no progression. I am going back to Wells Fargo were they at least try to think about convienencing the customer First.

Michele Faulkner: If there is ever someone committing fraud or stealing from you or a loved one this is not the place you would like to have your money. They did absolutely nothing the response time was horrible. The person stealing from my father was allowed to do so. He is in the hospital I made several people at this bank aware of his situation several times. They didn’t stop the person from cleaning out his bank account but they did tell me they wouldn’t and couldn’t give me any information about his account and to the person that was stealing well there was nothing they could do about that either. I pray that no one ever has to experience their loved one losing everything while they are in the hospital at the end of life the people at the bank had no sympathy. They said they were sorry but that’s false because they helped the person stealing. There is a special place for evil people. The people that stole his account aren’t the only cruel and heartless people it’s the people at the bank too There are plenty of banks choose another one this company is horrible.

Twice in three months, I cashed a check and I was given the wrong amount of money and had to go back to the teller. One teller put my money in an envelope, closed it and handed it to me. I'm so happy, I opened it and checked my money because again, my money was short. I do not trust this bank, I should say the tellers. Two tellers were up 1 helping someone & one looking down so I waited until somebody told me to come up then I explained & she told me to just wait over there and I didn't need a number or anything. Waited for 30min because they only had 1 customer service banker working on a Wed at 3pm. I waited for 30 min & still had 4 people in front of me... while 2 or 3 ppl worked the line & drive through.I hate calling because you get the run around sometimes but I called while waiting there and got the business done in 18 min over the phone. So 48 min in all... to do something I should've been able to do anyway. I hate I have to deal with this bank because they make things difficult for new customers.They need better systems in place.Nevertheless, I would advise you take a chance calling and go in only if 100% necessary because you'll be waiting a while.

As I have a scheduled appointment early in the morning the next day, they really set me up. Though they've tried hard, it does not improve my situation.

Came to Hope mills location and Everyone was so helpful and nice. I am really thinking about switching banks because Westwood is the closest location to my business on Skibo. Bad business and customer service. I would give 0 stars but don’t have that option.

J. Moore-Bey: On 10-28-2022 I Went to make a deposit through the drive thru. Placed my exact Money paper and change into the tube. The money change (coin) came out in transit to the teller. After the teller stephany asked me how much money I sent it was 0.25 cents that was lost in the tube. Stephany then told me she could not credit my 25 cents. She then went on to say, that’s why Truist recommends it’s customers not to place change into the tube. There is nothing posted about this and she did not say anything in regards to this recommendation prior to the change being lost. This employee refused to credit my 25 and was very rude, the level of professionalism at this branch is horrible. Petty experiences like this, have me thinking about changing banks. I will be writing a Yelp review also.

Tobie Williams: The staff at this location is always super friendly and professional. They take time with each customer. Though they are very efficient about taking care of your business quickly and moving the line you don't feel rushed when it's your turn at the counter. The drive thru line seems to take longer to me but I've never had any problems there either. I have been there when the ATM machine is down more often than I appreciate but these things happen and I'm not sure how much control they have if the machine goes down during off hours. Overall, I am a satisfied member.

J R N: They were very efficient in setting up my new accounts, all of them seem very knowledgeable and proficient. We were in and out in about 20 min at most and that was with someone in front of us. It was so much easier and quicker going in person to set up latest accounts than it was to set up one of the accounts over the phone/online.
Heather King: Service is way too slow. Waited an hour for something that took 20 minutes. Cross train your employees for better service. There were at least 2 other employees just sitting in their office who could have helped customers waiting for something other than teller services. My assumption is that they were only able to provide the service they were trained for. When your bank is busy, it should be all hands on deck. Margie Childress: This is wonderful place to bank. The tellers and representatives are so informative and helpful. The customer service is excellent. I have never had any major problems. Would recommend NFCU to everyone. Thankful to be a member.
Bert Johnson: Very professional bank tellers but the service is just way to slow. For Fayetteville to only have 2 locations and they service an installation as large as Fort Bragg I’d imagined that there would always be a lot of tellers available and it is not. The bank is normally full and the environment is calm, but the wait time in line is always slow.
Ashley Cabell: GREAT SERVICE!! Even thou she couldn’t help us initially, she called the person that could which then allowed her to help us. Verse the Navy Federal off of Skibo who just turned us away. Thank you Michelle!!
