OldApocalypse: Probably the fastest and most pleasant I've had a large withdrawal be. It was also immaculately clean and the clerks were friendly.
Ty Simon: Generally, customer service is horrible. I have experienced decent service on occasions, but mostly, service is horrible to the point I am strongly considering closing all my accounts with BoA. This branch need to get better organized or simply close. At this point it adds no values, other than location.
Akeyla Boyens: Scammers! Bank of America should be shut down they will close your account with out notice and hold your funds and will not try to help you get it back/ bank with anyone else not this company
Jenny Crisostomo: The fact that they only have one teller operating and the line is to the door. There should be a teller at every window when it's this busy.

Weylin Sandlin: Terrible 10 people in line and 1 teller working. Business line teller is literally blowing bubbles with no customers.....manager is walking around joking with other employees who aren't helping anyone.
Andrew McDuffie: Been trying to call and verify a check for 2 hours now. They picked up the phone and hung it up.
Erika Haynes: They NEVER answer the phone!!! The time we went in there to speak to someone (couple days ago). The guy in the first office on left when you walk in was falling asleep as he was talking to us. When he was typing stuff on the computer he fell asleep in mid type. I felt bad but that's unprofessional.
Kevin Sanchez: If you are going to deposit a check from a different account just be ready for them to delay it for Two weeks for “fraud purposes “ depending on the color or your skin it will be a higher percentage that will likely happen to you. The person in the front is really rude when “trying to help” just save yourself the trouble and the ahead ache
D 92: Drive through teller wait time is horrible. Filled out my deposit slip sent my check with my debit card. Teller sends back my check and said I didn’t put a account number and also no debit card. I had to remind her the debit card was sent.
Alf: in my opinion they are completely incompetent, never had such a hard time opening an account in all my life they don't want poor people to have accounts but instead payday loans and check cashing places
Holly Britton: Typically wait no less than 45 minutes to over an hour in the line to do a simple deposite through the drive through. Usually only 1 teller working 3 lines of cars. Limited hours open and a very long drive from Linden. I dread going to this bank.
