Kayy Macias: Friendly staff, very good care for my babies. I love this clinic more than any other. Only downside I'd say is thatI be in there for about 2 hours or a little more lol but I understand they probably booked , over all great clinic 😁

Harold Ward: Had a form filled out last month for my Disabled Son’s Innovations waiver. Doctor forgot to sign a section. Form was returned to me and when i called they said yes onesignature we should be able to get that for you no problem. I drive all the way from lillington and they say 24-48 hrs for a signature that should only take two seconds. I live 45 minutes away and its hard for me to drive all this way at a moments notice. My son is only in school for two hours a day. He is severe Autistic and been on the waiting list for this innovations waiver for 10 years and this is disheartening. The office manager throwing her arms up saying what do you want me to do. I am doing everything i can. She probably did not even show the form to the doctor.

Laura Austin: I had a scheduled appointment for my sick son, the receptionist stated she couldn’t locate my insurance coverage. I then called my insurance myself and was able to verify my coverage. At this point she tells me it’s past my appointment time and they don’t have any other openings so I would need to reschedule for another day. Today is my only day off. She could have at least asked management if they could squeeze me in, but she didn’t. She didn’t even care that I had a sick child. So disappointed. I’m sure if it was her sick child she would have squeezed time in to be seen.

Elayna Bartell: If you care about your kids don't go there. If you need a referral don't bother they will just keep putting it off and tell you thats not gonna help, when clearly sometimeskids need outside help like ENT or ADHD. If you want them to listen to you and help you find out what's wrong with your child forget about it, your wasting your time. I could write a book about why you shouldn't go here, but it still wouldn't do any justice. They don't care about your kid and are clearly there for a profit. You have been warned.
Alex Iriana: We have absolutely loved seeing Dr Olga Johnson for the past 2 years. Both my kids go to her and I find her to be thorough and reasonable. She explains things well, is reassuring to me and my kids and is quick to take care of referrals, paperwork, etc. Her nurse, Katie, is on it and returns messages quickly. The office is pretty good at getting you in for an acute care visit within a day or so, depending on the severity of the illness.I’m so happy I found this clinic and this provider.
Liza Hondros: No better Pediatrician in town! We have been at FCC since our son was 1 mo old, he is now 11yo! My husband was seen by Dr. Kelly Sr back in the day. The customer service is top notch from making an appointment to needing paperwork done. Dr. Kelly is the best.

Both of my boys have been coming here for almost 2 years and we have always received excellent care and fast responses when we call. What my wife and I love the most is how thorough the doctor is. Stephanie Fisher: I cannot recommend this place more! If I could give them 10 stars I would. After months of my child being diagnosed as colic, her head and body oozing from skin rashes, diarrhea and screaming. I finally found Fayetteville Childrens Clinic. I met Dr. Olga Johnson and her nurse Katie who not only switched my child to the correct formula but was with us every step of the way in her feeding journey. Closely monitoring her weight, making countless referrals to specialists and answering all my questions. My daughter had a rough beginning with torticollis, flat head, tension, eating issues, etc. The doctors and nurse staff are the best and are quick to call parents back and bring in children to be seen. They provided me the reassurance as a new mom even for minor things. They are the greatest pediatricians in the area and I’m sad to have to leave the area with the military because I have never encountered a staff that cared so much for their patients. I couldn’t have asked for a better team for my little girl and now she is set up for success because of a staff that is truly amazing. I can’t speak enough great things about Fayetteville Childrens Clinic. They were so patient and thorough, hard working, and dedicated to my daughter. Not being from the area I was skeptical about the care at a small doctor office but they are leaps and bounds above any doctors in the area. The world needs more medical staff like these.
Moriah Martinez: I have no idea how well the provider care is here. I was recommended by my OB, so I called to schedule my daughter. Made it all the way to a date and time being decided on and the receptionist (who was really rude) says we will need a record of your daughter's recent shots. I told them I don't have that and that my daughter has never had her shots. As a parent that is rightfully my decision. The receptionist then very rudely says "well if she's never jad shots and you don't plan on her getting them then we can't see her". I have worked in the medical field for 9 years and never have I heard of a medical office turning away patients because they don't have their "cdc recommended shots". I would not recommend this place to anyone just solely based off the rudeness of that one receptionist.
Alanna Swiatkowski: The Doctors and staff are simply the BEST!! We LOVE Dr. Johnson and her nurse, Katie, but we have also seen all of the other docs and nurses and have always received above and beyond care. 💗

lucy ogu: Fraudsters, they will make you pay out of pocket on something insurance will cover or they just bill you for voicing out speech concerns for your child. They care more about money than they care about the well-being of your child. I will not recommend this place to anyone who wants the best for their children.

Kayla Mcallister: On a public post about a child standing on top of a bridge about to jump and causing a halt in traffic, one of their employees, Morgan stated that “if a CHILD didn’t care about their life then why should she” along with multiple other statements such as “if it was one of my kids they wouldn’t inconvenience peoples traffic” I think this proves she should not be working in a children’s clinic around our children. Absolutely inappropriate.
Stephanie Rhees: This office is very close minded and unless you abide by their strict beliefs they will refuse to even see you. I needed standard physicals done for my kids moving from AZ per military orders and because I don’t follow the standard immunization “recommendation” per religious beliefs they told me they wouldn’t see my children as their doctors strongly believe in the standard. What a joke, we are in 2018 with many people and many different beliefs and I can not believe this highly rated office is so close minded and pushy! Pathetic office!

BBY EGAN: When I had my son in January 2014, I was recommended Fayetteville children's clinic from the nurse in the hospital, so I gave it a shot. This is the best choice I've ever made! Dr. Iskander is amazing, and tells it how it is. We love her! There is not anowhere I would rather take my son!
James Posey: I can't give an official opinion on the care and practice of the Doctors here because it was difficult to even get an appointment to see a provided. The women working the appointments was rude and not willing to help with concerns for my child to be seen. I am a new parent and wanted to find a great pediatrician and was referred here by a friend. But because of the staff working here I chose to go else where because they expected me to wait over a month for an initial appointment and I called about an emergency I had prior to then and they weren't willing to accommodate! Poor customer service and it's a shame! I went to rainbow pediatrics and was seen right away with great care and concern. This place is a waste of time.

Kia Davina: First & foremost I wish I could give a 0 stars review, but thats not an option so I gave one.. This was my childhood doctor, so I thought I'd luck up & come back with my baby for my same doctor. When I found out she wasn't here I should have left. This is the absolute WORSE doctor to bring your child too.. On top of extremely long wait times, your child's concerns you may have are completely ignored. Or they either just come up with some type of diagnosis to get you out the office. Definitely don't recommend coming here, will not be returning!
Pam Mayes: I can’t even schedule my child for a sick visit or well visit. Every time I call to schedule they always said oh we don't have enough doctors oh we don't have enough nurses. Every time I call they tell me to take my child to urgent care. What's the point of having a pediatrician? The only reason my baby had the appointment last time was because I threatened to speak to the office manager. And this time she was rescheduled twice. I work in healthcare WE don't turn away our patients!

Anthony Ackerley: First time for my 13yo daughter. Will not be returning. When a healthcare professional responds to being told your child has a previous autism diagnosis with "Well they don't look autistic so they should be able to..." or shows absolutely zero compassion to a patient, completely ignores preferred pronouns, and does not do any of the normal general wellness checks one would expect for a first time patient/yearly check up appointment (did not check ears, did not look in mouth, did not listen for breath sounds, etc), and then you combine that with a half hour wait to get in (after arriving the 15 minutes early as requested for paperwork) and an additional 25 in the room before seeing the doctor...and more time after...I just can't. I have never in my life left a doctor's office with a feeling of outrage before today. My child was "diagnosed" by sight and because they did not fit a norm everything was attributed to that and glossed over in a "do this one thing and everything is magically fixed" kind of way. And we can fully admit they have issues that need addressed, but will not be doing so by subjecting them to this practice again. The one redeeming factor was the intake nurse we dealt with. She was wonderful, compassionate, professional and efficient. But one person can't make up for a doctor like that
vincent ruggiero: So we just left here.. been going here for almost 6 years for our 2 little ones. We know the wait can be long, but it’s always been long. Today, was just too much. We had an appointment for 8:15 am. We get there, wait our usually 20 minutes to go into the back room. Both kids are out in gowns and we sit there for over 40 minutes with no doctor. Poked my head out finally ask when the doctor is coming and some woman said he will be in there. Keep in mind it’s not busy, we were one of first to arrive. After almost an hour with my kids sitting there in gowns, I had them get dressed and we left. On our way out, happened to see the doctor just chatting casually with employees. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Will never be coming back!

Chelci C Austin: All three of my kids are patients. We have been proud members for almost 10 years now and I have never had an issue. They are amazing. They even took me back after I my insurance cancelled and had to visit the health department. If your not familiar with most offices protocols, usually when you switch providers they dismiss you indefinitely from the practice. I thank all of the staff and doctors for helping me on my journey through parenthood. God knows I've had my share of visits, phone calls and crisis lol. You guys are rock stars!
xRT0x: This place is garbage, every staff member is so rude and unprofessional...they do not care about the children's well being, the Doctor we had (Dr. Miller) does not let you speak or ask questions regarding your child. Worst service/child care place I have ever seen...if I could give 0 stars I would... mediocre at BEST...it was more like a reality show where they're "playing" doctor instead of actually knowing what they're doing/talking about.

Wadnesha Cherry: I started coming her in December 2000 when it was Melrose peds. Dr. J, Dr Pang, Dr. E, and a few of the new Drs. Have been wonderful. I have never had the desire to go anywhere else.
Maria Padilla: It pains me to write this review because the staff was actually really nice. Unfortunately I would not recommend this practice to someone else. My family was seeing Dr. Sharma and every visit seemed really rushed. She was not very friendly and during our visits she was not very informative of the development of my newborns. They also scheduled their one month visit at 1 1/2months, and then they decided they would make that their 1 month and 2 month check up. At this appointment the babies were given their shots and when we took them to their new pediatrician they were completely horrified to know that Cape Fear Pediatrics allowed that. If you would like to receive better care I would look elsewhere before coming here. My husband and I thought that because this was an attachment of the cape fear valley system the care would be much better, but boy were we wrong!
Christina Chavis: I have been bringing my kids here for the last 16 years. All 5 of my kids are happy and healthy. This is one of the best pediatrics in Fayetteville N.C. My son is autistic and epileptic if it wasn't for the dr. Here I would have never found out what was wrong with my baby. And my daughter was born with gastroschisis. They helped me understand it more and helped her with her digestive problems. I highly recommend this pediatric for all parents with special children.

He was her doctor since birth and if we weren't moving he'd be her doctor forever. I don't think we'll find a doctor as good as him in our new town. He's very friendly and you can tell he genuinely cares. Also the wait is never very long and the rest of the staff is friendly.

We just moved here not to long ago, and I was trying to get my son established, called to make an appointment and told her everything she needed, then last minute she tells me she can’t see my son because I had a no show appointment back in December, after having a reschedule in November. I told her I didn’t remember having an appointment, never got a call or anything as a reminder.Now, I work in the medical field, and that to me sounds absolutely absurd. I never in my medical career have heard any clinic turning down a new patient over 1 no show. Sadly, it’s their loss, and after reading the reviews I’m glad I ended up with kidzcare, the receptionist there was a lot more professional then the one at cape fear, this goes to show you, you can’t base your decision on the name of a place, this just gives cape fear a bad name if you ask me, if you can’t take care of kids in a professional way, then I sure as hell don’t want to see what they do to adults!

Don't make a swift decision because of the fact that this place is an extension of Cape fear and recruite you after you have your baby at the hospital. Even though it cuts down on the Hassel of finding a pediatrician right away..beleive me you will definitely want to give it more thought.The front desk sets the tone for a Doctor's office and this is something this place doesn't get.I agree with all comments about most of them being rude minus 2 of them ..There is one lady up front that is very rude and not professional and should not be at anyone's front desk ...You can clearly see from the way she grooms herself her attire that is and the look on her face that it is clearly a chore to greet the people that clearly is the reason she is employed..The doctors don't see the urgency in sending over perscriptions fast enough after you leave as if you have all day to wait and ride up and down the road waisting gas..My experience with one she wrongly diagnosed my baby with a life threatening illness and told me these negative results on a Friday on my answering machine which meant my self and husband had to wait all weekend till Monday to find out it was positive by a specialist.. On another occasion I took my baby in and Doctor said she was healthy then turned around and sent a perscription to my pharmacist which me and the pharmacist tech after calling her found out it was not for my daughter but was wrongly put in for another patient.Today is the last day we will ever go to Cape fear pediatrics..Stop treating these beautiful bundles of joy like a number and just maybe you all will keep patients!

Doris Tobar: Horrible, absolutely very bad. I called Sunday and there was one Dr on staff. The front desk personal told me to call today at 5pm and he will make sure my son can be seen today. It rand busy for 15 so I got in the car and drove there. I arrive and he asked if I have an appt and I explain what he told me the day before. He said they are booked up again and refused to see my child. If there was a way to give No stars I would.
Peyton Niquiporo: I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH URGENT CARE. When I went in they said they wouldn't see my son without an appointment if it's an URGENT care how can you make an appointment if it's an emergency?! Secondly the boy at the front desk was extremely rude was unwilling to answer any questions. I asked if I could make an appointment & his response was well we're about to close. Proceeds to go get the Dr for her to stand behind the wall & have him ask if my son is having trouble breathing when he's having an allergic reaction & says sorry we just can't see him!
Milla Bi: Booked for 7:20, turned out it’s 7:40. Staff is nice but Taking their time while kiddo is in pain. Suggested like 24 hr Pharmasy was closed two hours already when I showed up, right after appointment. Went to other suggested by their staff pharmacy and they are not accepting my insurance. Ended up with suffering from earache daughter on my hands and medicine will be ready hopefully next morning. EF this care, don’t even bother to charge my insurance
Alexandria McNeill: If I could give 0 stars I would. My 3 year old son had a 103 fever it was just past when his pediatrician closed. I was so happy to find that there was a pediatric after hours clinic! But that was quickly soiled when they turned me away with my sick baby in my arms saying even though they were an urgent care they had a limit and I should go to next care. I wanted to see someone who SPECIALIZED in pediatrics. Never have I been turned away with a sick patient in my arms. They didn’t even ask what was wrong. But I guess I’ll try my luck at urgent care.
Holly Watson: My son was having some troubling symptoms, and I couldn't get in with his regular doctor until the next day. I'm so thankful for this office. They were very patient, and helpful. The entire staff was kind, and they listened to every concern that I had. My little man is finally on the mend, and it's thanks to their prompt care.
Josephlyn Orona: I was told by Dr.Gladys she was going to see both of my children at 6:10pm. I arrived late due to traffic and they cancelled my appointment without not calling me. I had schedule two appointments yesterday. The system allowed me to set up an appointment in two separate time slots. I got a called around 5:33pm to confirm and they said I had to be their at 5:50pm even though my daughters appointment was at 6:10pm. I had ask if I could bring them both at 6:10pm. They said no several times the secretary since they were checking me in for the first time slot. I requested to speak to the doctor on the floor today Dr.Gladys and said she could accept them. She said to get their when I get their. I arrived at 6:22pm due to heavy traffic just to find out the secretary had cancelled my appointment without even bothering to call me. First they never bothered calling me to say their cancelling appointment while I was making my way to them. Gas is extremely expensive now a days and they just made me waste my gas just to tell me their no longer seeing me today. I will never go to them ever again. Extremely unprofessional she literally just said sorry I taught my secretary had called you and I explained no one called me. I literally told this doctor I was on the road just for them to cancel on me. Please don’t waste your gas on this place because I surely will not ever make a trip to their location.
Hilary Garrett: My husband made an appointment online for our son and we didn’t get any kind of confirmation so I called to confirm and I was told they didn’t get the reservation, they had no other appointments today and then hung up. Terrible customer service and phone etiquette to a mother with a sick child.
ursi032084: Quick, very clean and thorough! Dr Hodges was great and the nurse was great too! Even the lady at the front desk was nice!
Laura Felippa: Amazing experience, my daughter came down with a stomach bug and the doctor really reassured her and made her less stressed out.
Stephna Rawles: I've had to take my daughter here twice and had a great experience both times. The entire staff were so friendly, professional, and efficient.
Sara Haimes: I was surprised at how quick I was in and out of there. They have the paperwork on the website you can fill out an advance which is super convenient. We were in and out of there in 20 minutes. I always expect places like this to have a super long wait. Dr. Hodges was super friendly and professional. My son responded really well to her. I will definitely be going back anytime we have medical issues arise!
Essence Douglas: Came in with my daughter and the receptionist didn't even greet me. We just stared at each other and then I greeted myself. He was just looking at me as if I was an issue. He spoke in a sort of condescending tone, and I felt dismissed. But other than that the facility was clean and Ms. Simmons was awesome to be around. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Super bubbly and friendly. Not sure if the receptionist was having a bad day or not though. I'd come back. It's wayyyy better than Cape Fear. Plus I've only been here once so I'm sure he could have been having a bad night. You never know what a person is going through. He was still polite but it just felt cold.
Eva Mayer: The medical team is fantastic and very professional. They took so good care of our daughter. Having an after hour clinic is such a great thing to have available.
Angel Vega: After having the worst experience at cape fear emergency children’s, I found them. They had my boys in and out. I highly recommend, amazing staff and clean environment!
Brandy Aldridge: We had our first visit at the after hours clinic this morning and wow! We were in and out in less than an hour and everyone was so nice and professional. The doctor was understanding of my son having Autism and didn't want to push on his limits while doing the exam. Everyone was so great and made the visit really easy for us!!
Racheal West: We got saw very quickly, the office was very clean and bright. Dr. Hodges was very professional and nice and personable. Everyone who we spoke to was really nice to us. I definitely recommend taking your kids, we plan on bringing our daughter here next time if we need to.

Sheri Whitehead: My 2yr old son has been there for almost 2 months now, he ❤️ it. He loves his teachers, there very hands-on and attentive to him and his peers. Ms. Thomas makes sure that she gets to know the kids likes and dislikes food wise and makes it her business to make sure the kids are fed what they like to eat. They work with me if i need transportation with getting him home from daycare. Awesome daycare and i would recommend this daycare
Jadey Mathias: YOUR CHILD WILL NOT GET FED ACCORDINGLY HERE!! Also waiting on a refund and the manager hung up on me mid conversation OWNER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. And Is waymore worried about making money than the kids for sure.

Samantha Quigley: When I pick my child up she is hungry . Like starving.when asked what time they ate lunch she said 11:00am and take a nap by 11:15 that's 15 to eat. Also I received a paper saying my child ate lunch at 10am who gives lunch at 10 am that's 6 hours before I pick her up. The lady that runs this use to run a group home I attended they shut it down due to not enough food. staff members were bringing dinner to cook from there own pocket also the water was cut off at that group home . She can not run group homes and I'm not sure how she's allowed to run a whole daycare. My experience under her care was not fit. And I will not be bringing my child back to this daycare . And they are going to write my child didn't attend this daycare after I post this. But I'm certain this is in fact the daycare I did pick her up from and dropped her off this last past month till I finally realized who this women was. Highly not recommend for child care.

Ashlynn Mathias: By far the worst daycare experience I’ve personally ever had. Extremely unprofessional and not dependable. Only leaving this review in hopes that the next person that sees this place does not take their child here. I am at a loss for words with the NEGLECT we experienced at this daycare. Countless times of speaking with the owner, wondering what happened with my infant from the hours of 7am-3pm because the staff members were not responsible enough to fill out any paperwork or could not recall when the last time was that he ate, slept, or had his diaper changed. After expressing our concern multiple times we still were left in the dark. PLEASE do not take your child here!!
