Annie Riley-Bussey: Terrible experience here. They get you with a promotional rate and then double it without warning. They add on a crazy amount for insurance and little does the tenant know if you have home owners insurance you can use that for insurance. Do not let them take advantage of you. People are very greedy and like to get over on you especially if you are new at renting units. Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!The only good thing is the customer service from James and that’s it!

Jonathan Savage: My wife and I had a great experience getting our storage unit today. We went in there expecting a good price and left with a great one-which included the use of a move in truck and the first month free. Service there was great! Keith was very polite and patient with us as we discussed our options. He answered any question we had and helped us to make a well informed decision on which unit to rent. We will definently rent again! We even got a grand tour of the climate controled and outdoor units!

Keith was always there to help me out, and was more than willing to go out of his way, to make sure I was taken care of! He's very professional, friendly, knowledgeable when it comes to his job. The units overall were very clean, well kept, and reasonably priced! They also offer insurance on your storage unit that is not expensive at all. Every unit is also behind a gate with a keypad access! The location of these units are very convenient, just 5 minutes outside of the Reilly and Yadkin gates from Fort Bragg. Overall I'm very pleased with Extra Space Storage of Reilly road. Especially with Keith, and the rest of the staff there! Thanks so much for everything you did for me!

They go above and beyond to ensure that all of your needs are addressed. I checked out several storage locations before settling here and I am so thankful that I made the right choice! The use of their truck comes with renting a unit and that has been clutch. Don't think about this anymore, go to the website or call them and get a dang unit. You may be able to find a better deal on-line than they can offer you on the phone...so check there first.

No one was going to ruin it, especially not grumpy storage people. We chit chatted for a bit, talked about price range and how well and secure their facility is. I decided to make a trip to check it out. And just as i expected. Clean facility, reasonable price, Secure with Video cameras and super awesome round locks, and the staff was just amazing!! Helpful and explained everything. I left this place with complete satisfaction, therefore i am proud to put Exelent for them on Google!! Good luck guys!!

Sharon Lee Daniels: Pitiful service and their Units are old with “NO” Metal walls. The walls had Plywood or Sheetrock which were molded and took away the “Width” measurements. Plus there is nobody there most of the time. I left like the wind, fast and furious.
Sarah Wade: Units are not well cared for (patched up walls chipped and flaking paint) ( spiders and other bugs everywhere). And the lot is so washed out it's rough driving through the facility. And while moving my moms business stuff out there was a gentlemen riding a 4 wheeler at full speed through the complex.

Destiny Cowan: This place had false advertising on the website! They gave me a deal for 3 months then changed it to double the price 3 months later. I got a faulty lock and was locked out of my unit. They gave me the wrong gate code. This is a terrible company. Nowhere on the website did it say “we can charge your rate to whatever we want,” or us subject to change!! (even if you are a loyal customer who pays your bills on time). They raise the rates and have rude associate named Paula working at their office on a Owen drive. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else!
