She always makes sure all of my lockers are well maintained and looked after, I often receive deliveries and she will either hold them for me and even personally delivers them to one of my units. She is always willing to go above and beyond the call if duty. Just an absolute joy to be around.

He is currently stationed overseas and of course he had not completed the appropriate paperwork to allow his parents into the unit. April worked with us through emails and facetime to make sure all was in order and we could enter the facility and take care of what needed to be done. I would recommend this facility, especially to our soldiers and their families.

After visiting many places, I settled at this location because the female in the office assured me that my belongings were safe because she lived on site.Both of my vehicles were broken into. My car window was knocked out and random personal effects were stolen. My truck window was slid down and my subwoofers and Amp were stolen. The thief UNBOLTED my subs! (Where is the CCTV footage? )I was not contacted, they said they couldn't reach me. No report was filed, I want even emailed.A few months later, my account was passed due because they raised the rates during Covid-19, and guess what miracle happened, I was contacted.The female tried to sell me some garbage story about her having Covid at the time, how convenient.The break in happened 9 months after I parked my vehicles, and I found out A YEAR LATER after I got over my fear of traveling internationally during a global pandemic. Unacceptable.I have a strong dislike for this company. They lied, it was an inside job because no other vehicles on the lot were disturbed. I asked for a report abs all they sent me were photos.... GARBAGE STORAGE FACILITY WITH GARBAGE EMPLOYEES. I'm poor, steal from the rich and leave us poor people alone. We work hard for our belongings, stop stealing.The level of h.a.t.e. I have toward that lady is immeasurable. She's a damn liar.

Insurance I pay for doesn't come close to what I have lost. One month free suppose to help and still tried to charge me extra insurance the next month. So understanding nice area but public relations sucks.

It was climate controlled, clean, secured, and in 6 years, NEVER had an issue with anything! My unit, payments, no bugs, no moisture issues, and no safety issues!! They are courteous, nice, always available even if there is nobody at your site another person from another site will come assist. They are amazing! John Andrews: For anyone who needs storage, I would recommend this property. Why? Compared to other storage units that I have found, it has cameras, security codes, locked doors, and a higher fence with rolled concertina wire--which at least suggests they are trying to protect your stuff. I found staff to be responsive to any concern I brought to them. They even contacted us when they had a concern that we weren't aware of, which it turns out affected our unit. When we got a 15x20 unit 6 years ago, it was very reasonably priced (comparatively) and they didn't jack up our cost the next year. We continued to pay a reasonable price for the amount of storage we had climate controlled. They have an accessible bathroom if you are there when their office is not opened. We only moved locations due to our inability to get down there because of our jobs. The more local (to us) American Flag properties were unreasonably priced, so we didn't stay with the company; but in leaving we gave up a lot of what I spoke about in this review. For the 15x20, we were paying $160 plus $10 for insurance as of September 2019. So this is a very recent review.
