Thomas Barbour: I get a call from Wayne to let me know he is on the way this afternoon after being told no time frame to expect him. Before I can apologize to him that I have another company that was available to come out earlier he tells me I should have called to let him know and then hangs up on me. I called him back and shared my discuss and say it was my intent to call him, he just called me before I could and he would have known if he had not hung up. He continued to berate me and I informed him that this would not look good on a google review. He said he would come by and show me how professional he was in a tone I could only take as threatening. Then he stated that he would leave one on my company board....... Slander anyone????? I don't recommend this company. Very unprofessional and over the top rude.

Y N: I was a 10 years customer with them until their last visit. Which was about six months ago. They installed new compressor in my ice machine. And it stopped working after three days. They came out again and admitted that they have installed the unit incorrectly, causing compressor to heat up quickly then normal. He promised me to come out on following Monday to resolve the issue. I havent seen him since. I have tried to contact him ( at least twice a week). He has not gotten back with nor even answer my calls for six months now. Its a shame to lose a 10 years of loyal customer over a single job.

David Gustafson: I am a manager of a restaurant and had been attempting to contact multiple companies to come and operate on my walk in freezer for three weeks. Finally fed up with waiting I contacted elite air solutions and got immediate service. A gentlemen was here within an hour and was able to diagnose and fix the issue almost immediately, I was expecting it to take a couple days but he was able to do it all right then and there. Highly recommend!!!!
Cash Rules: Was given a work order via First American Home warranty. I called and spoke to a Gentleman on a Friday, Labor day was Monday. I had an appointment scheduled Tuesday Sept 3rd 8am-9am... No call &No show.... called 1st American Home warranty they tried reaching him 3x between 9am-145pm ... plus my calls.. damn he's getting so much business he can turn down free money... stay away

3 Sons Reruns: We recently bought a "new to us" home that needed several big upgrade repairs. We called out three companies with elite being one of them. Terry came out as scheduled and spent a lot of time assessing and explaining our needs in layman terms. His price was significantly lower which is not always my first option but he exceeded my expectations... and that is usually based on prior bad experiences with the many other companies I've used before. I will continue to use and recommend Elite as my go to for future needs.
