superbat00: IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I wouldI had my tooth pulled on wed, I called Thursday morning because my ear was aching Lady on the phone said call us back if you have any pain, ( isn’t this why I’m calling) so I suffered through Friday, Saturday and Sunday, ear still aching, I called Monday march 13th the same lady answered and said we don’t have any doctors here go to the ER or extreme care, I said why would you send me there if you know I don’t have dental insurance? ( the care clinic only pulls teeth) she said explain yourself I said if you know your patients don’t have dental coverage why would you send them to another facility? She started yelling and raised her voice and said a few choice words and hung up. So lesson learned, I’m never going back, I feel they don’t care it’s just for them to get experience and move on , all mistakes are expendable. The lady in the front should be trained on how to deal with patients and stop acting like she owns the place. This is my review and how I feel about the clinic I definitely don’t have anything good to say about this place. And if asked by friends I’m not recommending it. Go somewhere else. Or be ready for Pain!! Tylenol & ibuprofen are all you will get, nothing for infection

Melanie Bass: I tried to get an appointment to have my foot looked at and was flat told I make too much to be seen haha now I work at family dollar making $8.50 an hour getting barely 30hrs a week but I make too much I have pain every day and can hardly walk on my foot it swells up not only in the arch but also on top ugh why can't I get any help 😞
John McCosley: This place is run 100% by volunteers. If you complain about this place, you need to remember this. My visit, I was treated as a human with real human compassion and needs. Not once did they make me feel bad about my financial situation and my dental work was taken care of with my comfort in mind. No rushing me to get to the next patient. They treated my needs as of I was a paying customer. If you don't like the way things are run, go volunteer your time and input your suggestions. I plan to come back after I heal to volunteer in 1 way or another to show my appreciation for these fantastic people taking time from their evening to help the less fortunate.
Regina Lawrence-Adams: I was turned away by the "CARE" Center because I had more than one condition going on at the time: Hypertension AND Diabetes. Even though I only asked for help with the diabetes. They were also extremely rude to me about it. I left there devastated!!
Christina “CrissyPop” Kruchesky: I had 2 teeth extracted here. And as much of a baby as I was...they were all magnificent people. They're all volunteers and I can tell they just love what they do and the people they come in contact with. And not a mention of paying. Even my meds after were free. And the dentist and assistants were so great. They did everything possible to ease my anxiety and make me as comfortable as possible. An even better experience than the expensive dentists ive gone to. If I could give it more stars I would.
KAREN MCALLISTER: I was treated so good there. They were very friendly and welcoming. The nurse and doctor were very caring about my issues. I would recommend the care clinic to everyone. Thank you for treating me like a human being. I have no insurance but was still treated great!!
Spring Eads: I called on Friday and was scheduled to see the dentist the following tueaday. I went im with a tooth broken up into my gums. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Naama Aviv came in to access the situation and decided to go ahead and numb me up. She was able to get the tooth out pretty quick and easy. Her assistant was amazing and kept making sure i was ok and the numbing medicine was working for me. Dr Aviv and her assistant made me feel like i was part of their families. I would highly recommend the Care Clinic especially if you are able to see Dr. Aviv.
Carlos Smith Jr.: Terrible experience. I called a week ago (Friday around 11:30) to schedule an appointment for a dental emergency. I was told that they don’t schedule ahead of time & I had to call the next Friday between 8am-12pm to be seen. I asked was there anyway I could schedule ahead of time for the next Friday & was told no.Fast forward to the next Friday, I called 3 times between 8 & 8:10 while on the way to the clinic to ensure I could be seen. No one answered. A woman came outside to our car around 8:15 & asked how could she help us. My mother explained that I was looking to get a tooth pulled & the woman stated that we had to call by phone to schedule an appointment for a week out as they don’t do same day & we shouldn’t be sitting in the parking lot. My mother told her I had called already & she said they don’t take calls until 9. At this point I began to explain to the worker that I had called last week & received contradictory information to what she was telling me. I was in the midst of explaining what all I was told when she cut me off to tell me that we could just go somewhere else & started naming alternative options. I had not been disrespectful, rude or condescending so I saw no reason as to why that was appropriate. I told her that I would like to finish my sentence without being cut off & continued to explain my confusion. I began to re-iterate what I was previously told a week ago when she cut me off AGAIN (after I asked her not to politely) to tell me that was just how they do things, they only schedule appointments a week out, she’s the one who answers all calls (which means she would’ve been the one providing me the misinformation ironically) & that’s their policy. Which was completely contradictory to what she had told me a week ago. At this point I felt disrespected & slighted so I just asked my mom to take me home. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone that doesn’t want to be spoken down to or condescended. Terrible communication, misinformation issues, & unwarranted disrespect & lack of regard. I should’ve asked for her name to formally report her but at this point I was so infuriated that I just left to avoid a verbally aggressive & disrespectful turn to the conversation. Obviously we were not wanted there.
Katherine Delavega: I've tried every Friday to make a dental appt. The recording states to call on Friday between 9-12 she was very rude and said all Tuesday appts are booked and would not make a appt..she said to call back on Friday and I have.. this place is a waste of time. Try somewhere else!!
Frank A: If you're couch surfing or bunking with a friend, *DO NOT* let these people know about it or else they'll demand your friend's paystubs, as if its relevant lol.These people need to understand that some people are couch surfing or simply temporarily bunking w/an acquaintance and that1.the host's income has nothing to do with the guest's2. Some hosts arent going to provide such sensitive information3.some patients are probably too embarrassed to ask whomever they are living with to provide such info for a care clinic visit.What a ridiculous request!

Wayne Jones (Young Soldier): DO NOT COME HERE!! I CAME HERE TO GET A TOOTH EXTRACTED. IT WAS IN SOO MUCH PAIN. THE DENTIST TOLD ME HE COULD PULL IT BUT THERE MIGHT BE AN INCOME BASED DENTIST WHO CAN PERFORM A ROOT CANAL INSTEAD. THE FRONT DESK ALSO TOLD ME I COULD SEE WHAT ALL IS AVAILABLE FOR ROOT CANAL. LONG STORY SHORT I WAS UNABLE TO FIND A DENTIST WHO COULD WORK WITH MY INCOME. I CALLED BACK AFTER ABOUT A WEEK TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO GET MY TOOTH EXTRACTED... THE LADY WHO I WAS SPEAKING TO TOLD ME THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO RECEIVE ANY SERVICES FROM THEM BECAUSE A TOOTH EXTRACTION WAS NOT DONE THE FIRST TIME. SHE BASICALLY SAID "YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE & THATS THAT". NOW IM STUCK WITH EXTRUTIATING PAIN NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO NEXT.

Christianna Ashley: The providers are inconsistent. High turnover. They cancel your appointments the day before or the day of because providers are no longer working there or not going to be in the office and don't have any way to fit you in for another 2 months, keep in mind that it took 2 months for this appointment that they canceled. This has happened with both the therapy and medication management side multiple times. Typical Cape Fear.... look elsewhere
Sarafina Alton: This mental health provider would tell patients with dementia that they missed appointments and dismiss them for not remembering. Not reaching out and not checking in on them!
Melinda DeGeorge: I had a truly horrendous and disheartening experience here after giving birth. The Dr. I was seeing actually told me she wouldn't continue seeing me if I didn't stop googling my symptoms. When I requested to switch providers, the lead MSA was awful (literally the worst I have ever dealt with). I couldn't get in with the new provider that I asked for for a couple months so I reached out to my primary care Dr. for help in the meantime and I was told by this lead MSA that I went behind my Dr.'s back. I began crying on the phone and she told me "you got your [name of medicine I was taking] ...you're good". Yes, she really did say that. My husband was so upset he went to speak to her boss in person. She actually lied and said I lashed out at her on the phone and cursed at her (which I absolutely did not)and was trying to have me discharged as a patient. When we asked her supervisor to listen to the recorded conversation to prove that she was inappropriate and unprofessional on the phone, they said they don't record any of the calls. I escalated the issue to patient affairs. If you have a similar experience, you have every right to share your experiences and concerns and report misconduct and unprofessionalism. It is your right as a patient. I know it may seem like nothing is being done when you submit a grievance or complaint... but if people continue to come forward with the issues they are having with the staff and care (or lack thereof) provided, the true issues will come to light and hopefully encourage appropriate and disciplinary action to be taken. I have since found a different mental health provider to see in town and she and her staff are amazing and kind. It's been such a relief after the nightmare experience I had here.After reading the other reviews here, I am saddened to see that others have had similar experiences to me. Something has to change. It's crucial to stop hiring people who lack the professional conduct and capability to work in a mental health facility because mental health is not a joke and it's not something to be taken lightly.
Dj Fosster: When I first started going to CMH everything was great! Over the years things have changed. The receptionist's are rude, the doctor's do not care and the MOA's act as if they hate their jobs. The whole place needs an overhaul. There is one pharmacist that is rude and needs to leave too. I recommend finding somewhere else to go and please don't leave me a message asking me to call and talk to anyone for they won't listen either.
SilverMoontress: Georgia Strickland is the worst provider ever. Very rude and unprofessional. I will certainly not return to this facility. If you dont like your job helping mental ill patients QUIT! with your nasty a$$ attuide. I am going to follow up with the NC MEDICAL BOARD about her.
TIERAH TEASLEY: they cause my first real mental breakdown. They turned me away because I was there at 2:08 my appt was at 2:00 . Today it was raining so bad I drove from spring lake and was caught in two wrecks was calling them 45 mins to appt to let them know called 3 times . Got there and they rescheduled already marked me a no show before even giving me a chance I waited on this appt for 2 months the day I really needed them and was so excited to talk to someone about my life they turned me away ! I hate it I was literally begging and crying to speak to someone l I was balling crying and she just stared at me with a blank face as if she could give any care and she was a supervisor! Who turns away someone willing to get help when it’s already a burden for me to admit I actually need it
D White: She couldn't even get my prescriptions right even after I showed her the empty bottles even after I saw her for the second time. The place it's self looks like it came out of some Sify horror movie. What a place looks horrible very depressing indeed. I am hoping to find and looking to go somewhere any where else that not here.
Mariah Briand: If I could give this place 0 stars I totally would. Do not go here. They do not care for there patients. They do not care for anyone really. If you do end up going here do not get Jasmine Taylor she is a terrible therapist. I had her for 2 years and we never went over anything in those 2 years to help my mental illnesses and she dropped me and kicked me out of the clinic right after I said she was a bad therapist and I wanted to transfer. Customer service rep is horrible as well. She is a liar and stated she has never spoken to be before and that I've never filed complaints about previous therapists before, which is a lie because I have had issues with a previous therapist names Christina (in this office as well).They are aware of the lack of care they provide and one day someone is going to die as a result and they will be responsible. So as a PSA anyone suffering from mental illnesses please do not go here. They do not care for there patients and you are putting yourself in danger by going here. Stay safe and go somewhere else!

Kali Cain: We saw Dr Jadapelle for my 7 year old son for ADHD. The clinic very rarely ever answers their phone, and after several phone messages for Dr Jadapelle, she still has yet to return my call after 3 weeks. Maybe many of her patients do not have many choices in providers? I don’t know how any doctor can completely ignore a patient for weeks on end. Needless to say, we will never be going back to Dr Jadapelle or Cummunith Health.

candy100837: These people “treated” my mom which really meant, first dropping the word “cancer” before any kind of diagnostics and then proceeded to run every test under the sun (paid out of picked of course) and thousands of dollars later just ending up saying they don’t know what’s wrong with her and she needs a specialist. They said she was “premenopausal” almost two years ago, refused to give her medication of any kind to help with the symptoms she was living with and calling back a year and 7 months later… they claim she’s “premenopausal” again. In every kind of aspect this clinic has failed to communicate effectively any kind of treatment plan or diagnosis and multiple times she had to drive from Pinedale all the way back to get retested on something that was lost or uncharted by the staff. Do not go here.
Angela Stauffer: The worst company, will take your case and make u wait a yr for a provider who will be transferred a month in and blame it on the location, do everything last minute and google their treatment plans. Garbage communication only exceled by their incompetent management

Julie Russell: I've been overcharged for both visit to this office. It took 6 mos to get the billing department to credit my $25 deductible (x2) that I paid them but they are still charging me an additional $25 for each visit and won't tell me why I'm being charged. Since this was a wellness check up with GP my insurance company says that I should have only been charged the $25 deductible that I had paid at time of service. I can't get answers from them so I will not go back here. They have lost my trust.

Laurence Vaughn: I backed to my Dr's appointment at Goshen medical, forgetting to bring along a mask and the receptionist says that they didn't have a mask to give me so I would have to test an appointment u already waited 2 months to have.When I'm outside, calling to reschedule my appointment, a gentleman walks out of the office with 2 masks that they gave him. I argue with the receptionist as to how they can hand out fresh masks but they can't give you one on entry. Because I raised my voice to them about a completely insane policy, they told me to find another doctor.

Robert Henderson: So, this place was to become my family and my PCP. About 3 weeks ago, I got sick. I called them to see if they would see me. They told me, “no” go to a doc in a box(Next Care). I ended up at a Doc in a Box to confirm I had Covid. The Covid turned into Covid pneumonia. Doc in the Box, told me to make sure I followed up with my PCP. I had an appointment set with Goshen for Wednesday August 11, 8:30 am. I wanted to alert them, about what I had been dealing with prior to being seen by them. I gave them a call, and was told over the phone, “technically we are not your PCP, since we have not seen you, yet.” “You need to go back to Nextcare…” this is the medical assistance this place gives. Avoid them at all cost. Go to the ER, a Doc in a Box, or a witch doctor, before these people.
Niki H: They have failed to diagnose me in the past and I have gone to the ER instead and gotten better treatment and care. This last incident is the final straw though and makes me thankful for taking the time to do my patient intake at Southern Regional during my office visit at Goshen. I went and saw them on Wednesday and the doctor didn’t put my prescription in until the next day and put it in at the wrong pharmacy, now it’s at no pharmacy! Completely unprofessional and unbelievable considering it’s antibiotics for my out of control tonsillitis! At this point I don’t trust the diagnosis and will be following up at SR to ensure that I don’t have strep! Seriously get it together and hire some actual MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS!
Jeremy Thompson: Was told I have to come back every 30 days for a refill on my blood pressure medication. Couldn’t even give me a 14 day supply to get me through till my next appointment. Asked what do I do about my high blood pressure and they told me to go to the emergency room. What a pathetic organization.
KENT OTTAWAY: I have the Medical Power of Attorney for the patient. I was not allowed to enter the building unless they were allowed to Bill my insurance for a COVID swab, even though I have been fully vaccinated. A rip off. I will say the staff was polite.

Robert de Graaf: I have had several appointments here to date. Service by medical staff has been consistently good, but service at the front counter has been consistently poor. Every time I have been here I have been disappointed (even shocked) by the lack of professional courtesy and the poor manner of service. While not verbalized, the impression given by front counter staff is one of, "You again? Didn't we see you just a month ago?"Dr. McAllister is exceptional; he is the only reason I will return. (Edit: Dr. Mcallister is no longer at this branch.)
Sarah Williams: BEWARE! This is a horrible place. They lied to me about their promise to see my son inside in a private area. The knew he was in a medical emergency and did not get in touch with me although I was signed on his paperwork. The office manager, Amy is extremely rude and mean. The receptionist asked doctor to see my son inside but the doctor ignored it. Corporate called and took info but never called me back to discuss what they found out. My son died and I blame Goshen in Fayetteville for their lack of concern for him. His blood glucose level was extremely dangerous and although I was signed onto his paperwork, the PA did nothing. If they were not legally bound, they were morally bound. I will tell everyone I know about this horrible place.
