Alec King: Very great customer service, told me it would be a week before my computer was fixed and they did it in 3 days, and they kept me updated every step of the way, always letting me know what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair. They don’t fix things without running it by you first. Overall great place and will surely return to them for any future computer needs.
Naidaniel Nelper: Went in to get some upgrades done on my laptop. The dude who helped me was very flexible and went out of his way to help me a step further than was necessary. He even took time to show me how to disassemble my laptop and taught me how to put a certain part in myself. After everything was said and done he cleaned the fans and gave my entire laptop a wipe down. Cool guy.

Called them and they, for free, helped me out with a stand-off and a thumb nut so I could get my aio to seat properly. I cannot express how thankful I am to be able to play hogwarts legacy again after I fix this. Y’all are the best!

There was a slight miscommunication with the arrangement but the owner was very understanding and accommodating.

Trey: I dropped my rig off because I was having some issues with it blue screening and randomly shutting off. They were very fast to diagnose the issue and letting me know my courses of action instead of just trying to fix the problem and make a profit. They let me know my products should be still under warranty and sure of enough they were so they took my old products out of my rig and let me ship them out to be warrantied. The warranty process took a minute but after everything came in they knocked everything out in a timely matter.

It needed to be repaired and Instead of doing it myself I had brought it to “Monster Computers” where they did an awesome job with fixing my problem and had it all ready to go by the time the game came out. Highly recommend their services. Remember things like repairs take time so don’t worry and keep calm. It’ll be back to you before you know it.

Audrey Hasslocher: Great service and quality repair. I accidentally spilled water on my MacBook Pro on Sunday. It was unresponsive and wouldn't charge properly. I took it into the repari shop on Monday and got my computer back Friday. The repair took a little longer than expected but the computer was 100% in working condition and he even fixed an extra issue I had with my keyboard. I was very grateful he only charged $250 due to not needing a new mother board replacement. If I took this same repair into Apple to repair it would have cost over $1,500 (water damage and mother board replacement) plus $650 (for the keyboard). It would have cost almost as much as my computer purchased brand new. I have zero complaints and I am very satisfied with the repair done at this shop. So happy I don't need to buy a new computer and my Macbook Pro is up and running smoothly with no reside of any water damage. It was an expensive accident but overall glad it ended up being more affordable than I expected. Thank you, Techno Express!

I spilled liquid on my computer on a Friday (it crashed within two minutes), took my computer here on that next Saturday and got it back that next Monday full functioning. So thankful for the quick fix. It was $260. Not sure what the general computer fix price is but I needed it fixed fast. I recommend going here 🙂
