Hannah Schoolcraft: I had an issue with my first ever PC build, and contacted them to see if they could test my GPU and other components to see what was wrong. Everyone in the store was very helpful and friendly, and quickly figured out the issue (the PC was fine, my power source was the issue! So reminder to check your old power strips and surge protectors). Everything is working great now, and I know if I have any issues in the future with my PC, this is where I will go! Thank you!

Frank Krupp: Great group of Computer Guys. You just have to check them out !!! They do need better communications between messages given to other staff members. Important things that can get missed or miss interpreted.

Isaac Rich: Amazing service, knowledgeable, quick, personable. I brought in two PCs which had cooling and RGB software problems which I could just not get to work, it only took them a couple of hours to trouble shoot both pc’s and tell me the next steps. Eventually the AIOs on both pcs had to be swapped out along with 13 fans on each PC (26 total). All in all the PCs were in there for 3 days which is way way faster than monster computers who had them for 2 weeks and only touched one of them and gave up right away.These guys are the real deal, employees are very intelligent, owner is a vet who appreciates vets. Only thing that would make this place better is if you could come in and build a PC with them.

Shay Ireland: I’m surprised I never did a review on this wonderful place. I met Ted and other silver knight employees from a streamer friend. However they have done some great work for me. My streaming pc had some issues they fixed it and called me back to come get it. Told me what was wrong and also they did amazing custom lazer art work on my case glass and I wont ever get rid of my case because of it. Anybody who says this place is bad is highly mistaken. I can assure you they’ll definitely make it right and if for some reason they did work on your pc and it stopped working welcome to the world of technology where things are bad out of the box for no reason. I have had a friend purchase a 3070 from here during peek gpu times. They do carry a lot of equipment and are extremely knowledgeable… here’s a picture of the laser work and another of their shop.

Flowstrodamus: Don't come here to clone any hard drives just do it yourself. It'll cost the same anyway. I wasn't told that my hard drive would done the next day when i dropped it off and when I called later on in the day to see if it was done they insisted they had told me of the timeline. Obviously they didn't or I wouldn't be calling back the same day to check If it was ready. Then to top it all off after I pick up the ssd it doesn't work and no computer I put it in will even recognize it. Can't speak for their other services but this definitely soured my desire to go back for anything.

Will Jones: I was having issues with my PC overheating. I took it in, and was assisted by a Theo. He was great, and they were able to find out the issue very quickly. (i'm an idiot and didn't remove plastic backer off of my AIO pump) It was great to have the peace of mind that my build was in great hands, and my PC runs to perfection now. I will be consulting them for any of my future PC needs or issues.

Megan: I went in here to get some parts for my build and I wasn't expecting much because we're in lil ol Fayetteville, but they had a lot of the parts i needed! The person who helped me, i'm so sorry i forget his name, was very knowledgeable. I've had bad experiences being a woman in the PC gaming life, but they didn't treat me any different which i truly appreciate because i was very nervous. The person also gave me alternatives for the build and led me in the right direction for parts they didn't have. BTW - if you remember me I was able to get the Lian Li case on amazon 😌 so thank you so much for all your help!

Hayden Diaz: Absolutely horrible! I needed a phone to be fixed so I gave the owner my phone and talked about the situation. He told me up front that he will have my phone fixed in a period of 2 days. I wait 2 days to come back with an answer of "sorry I couldn't get to it, I will check later tonight".So fine, I wait the next day expecting whether or not my phone is broken and he says that he closed shop. Keep in mind that he did not let me know that this was going to happen and TOLD ME the phone will be ready. The next day later he makes another excuse saying that he's been busy. It has been over a week of repetitive excuses and he still has not done his job to take a look at the phone. Had to get my phone back with no answers if the phone can be fixed. I strongly recommend that you do not have this lazy business check your electronics!

Nic Pittman: I found this store while shopping for a phone on craigslist. It was a note 4 which the owner stated was unlocked for Verizon service. When he said he dealt in used electronics and phone repair I asked him if he would take a broken screen Note 3 $300 in exchange for the Note 4. He said sure. This is where it all went south.I go in and take my Note 3. The owner says he will not trade for the Note 3 and money and I said that was the only reason I drove so far to this store and refer him to the conversation (txt messages) I had with his employee. He still says he won't trade. Not a real deal break I'm still thinking of buying the Note 4. So I get the Note 4 and (wisely) check it for Verizon service. I called cust support and Verizon said the IMEI didn't even exist on their network so it was not going to work(which means it was likely NOT unlocked in the first place and possibly even a blacklisted IMEI).So I'm obviously not buying the Note 4. I ask what it would cost to repair the Note 3. He quotes me 225 and some change. So I said OK. They ask for half up front and charge my card 115. This is on a Monday, when I asked when it would be ready he said two days to get the part, and a couple hours to fix it. So I go back on Thursday at 4 PM. He said it wasn't ready I'm a little miffed, but still no big deal. I went back on the following Monday at 4PM to find the store isn't even open (reg hours 10-5). So now I'm a bit miffed. I got back Tuesday, and it's still not ready, at this point I'm a little pissed, and the owner says 'well what do you want me to do about it'. I just said "call me when it's ready." He calls me the following Monday (two weeks after dropping it off) and asks me to bring the screws for the phone (which I gave to his employee in a box but his employee took a couple parts from the box and handed it back). So he says he'll find some around the store. Then half jokingly says he going to charge extra for the screws. So when its time to pay he has to ask again what he charged. I told him 225 and change and i already paid 115. The owner tells him to charge me another 115, so he DID charge me for the screws.This was a poor experience all around. But to add to it all, while I was in there on one of my MANY visits. A guy brought his laptop in to sell him. It was easily a $600 dollar laptop (I'm in IT so I have at least an above aaverage knowledge of computer hardware), the owner offered him 60 bucks. While I get he shouldn't pay actual cost of the computer, if the thing is worth $600 he could EASILY have sold it in his shop for $300. Which means he could have at least offered half that?The whole storefront and their practices just seemed a bit seedy to me. I would not recommend going here. I gave two stars because I eventually DID get what I paid for even it took too long and I paid a bit more than originally quoted (worth noting he didnt even knock off 5% or something for taking 2 weeks instead of 2 days).Sorry for the long post but I think it's best to be very descriptive when reviewing somebody. It is after all their livliehood.

Never there, said he'd meet me, part hadn't come in, out of town, on and on...I have a notepad full of email and text messages.Also, left a hard drive about 5-years ago for him to recover content s. Can't get it back either!

I have had very little down time when the computers have had problems as they are quick to respond to fix the issue. Franco (and his staff) ran numerous scans and performed numerous tests on my computer to determine the problem, and when the computer was returned to me it was like brand new with an added virus protection/scanner! The price was fair, and Franco has been and is always extremely helpful in providing friendly and reliable computer service. He is extremely knowledgable about computers. I will NOT go to Best Buy "geek squad" for anything in the future, as I have used them before and was dissatisfied. Franco is and will be my computer "go to" guy in the future should I need any more assistance with my computer.
