Victoria Lemrabott: I had a 5 star experience the first few times I dealt with them but as of lately, the experience has been frustrating and upsetting. I’ve been trying to get my injury claim settled for a year now, the paralegal did little to no work on my case and then I was notified via text that she was no longer with the firm. I can never get anyone on the phone because they don’t answer. They do not return calls/voicemails at all. The door to the office is always locked even during business hours so you can’t even try to speak with someone face to face. But they expect a third of the money you receive from the claim. I’m so disappointed with the representation I have received thus far on this case. I’m seriously considering filing a claim for inadequate counsel, especially because I asked for the actual attorney to contact me 3 weeks ago and although I was told the attorney received the message, I did not receive a call from either of the 3 attorneys. Little to no communication and if this issue is not rectified, it will cost them plenty of business in the future. I definitely have changed my mind on doing business with this firm in the future.

Allison Kovac: From the get go Mr.Hogan and Mrs.Brown have been amazing! Even before I retained them, Mr.Hogan would call me in a timely manner and put my mind at ease about the process ahead. Their communication is top notch. All my questions have been answered throughout this whole process. Mrs. Brown is patient and takes time to call me to explain what documents she is sending me and why they’re necessary. So thankful I found these guys and have them in my side. I can’t recommend them enough!

I did just that the following day, once they got my money I never heard from said lawyer again! All communication ceased, besides the occasional response back I’d get from their paralegal(who gave me inaccurate info to begin with)! When I went in to review my paperwork, it had other people names and info on it! Very flippant about it. Took two more weeks to even file it! I got frustrated and said please don’t file it im going to find another lawyer and it was conveniently filed the same day. Zero communication once they got my hard earned money. It was so bad trying to get someone to respond that I dismissed my case and asked for a refund. I am on day 14 of “I will update you as soon as I can”,” counsel hasn’t let me know”, “ you may not even get any money back”!! I’ve never felt so insulted or bamboozled in my life and they made 3700 to do nothing. Stay away!! Go somewhere else!! Just shameful the way they treat people.**12/23/22still waiting for even an update****UPDATE—12/29/22–still not one single returned phone call or email****UPDATE-1/5/23–per email “request is still waiting for review”! This was received AFTER 5 unanswered emails!!!**UPDATE-1/13/23…emails and phone calls still go unanswered! Last response was “request is still in review”. Very unprofessional…take your money elsewhere**UPDATE 1/27/23- after sending 14 emails and a few phone messages I received “it’s is still under review “.**update 2/15/23-emails still go unresolved and only response I get is “counsel has been too busy to review”—two months for two months it’s been “unreviewed”.**update3/3/23- FINALLY got an email back stating “to contact NC mediator to dispute fee”…after three months it’s contact someone else to dispute—oh I plan to!! Scammers!!!!! Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere

First they lost my documents, that should’ve been the first sign to leave but I stuck it out with them. Since the accident I lose my car, my job and now my house. I been calling them for weeks, I also Message them on their own app and still didn’t get no response. I still haven’t received a call back. It’s really sad how Unprofessional and unsympathetic they are for their clients. It would make a big difference if they would at least return a call and give a update. Instead they blocked my phone calls. Nobody will never understand what you going through unless they was in your shoes. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Before stepping in the door and talking to any of these so called “lawyer” first look at all the reviews about people after retaining their services and not being able to get in contact with anyone. We started our process with HEB almost three years ago. When I mean they did nothing. I mean they did absolutely nothing. They lost our paper working including our child’s birth certificate 2x. They never met timelines that THEY set for themselves. They never returned calls. And constantly hired incompetent paralegals. Let me be completely clear, These guys are either the most incompetent “lawyers” in the state of nc or they are crooks. It truly takes an awful organization to take advantage of people in their most dire need. Don’t get distracted by the supposed advertisements all over the city of Fayetteville. You would honestly do better representing yourself. You WILL NOT be able to talk to your lawyer in a timely manner. YOU WILL NOT be informed about your case in a reasonable manner. They will change lawyers on you without your knowledge. These guys are completely incompetent and should not be able to practice law. Once they have your money they pretty much no longer care about your case. If you have already retained them and your wondering what’s going on? Is this normal? The answer is no. They are actively screwing you.

I been attempting obtain higher resolution however, this office does not return calls. My attorney calls when he decides to and puys very little thought to my case. My attorney has been blind billing my husband's estate. Please choose very carefully, when considering this location.

James Wernli: My case that Mr. Hogan handled took a couple of years to settle mainly because Cumberland County wanted to drag it out as long as they could before we actually had to go to court. During the process Mr. Hogan let me know the details or news that he had received from the DA's office in a timely manner and what my options were at that time. When we did finally go to court Mr. Hogan was really supportive and let me know step by step on how the trial process worked. While we were in trial Mr. Hogan was very professional and polite and very knowledgeable. I can say honestly that I am glad I hired him for my court case.
