Amanda Sopchak: I called regarding potential concerns regarding a challenger electrical panel that is actually an Eaton Panel. THANK GOD there wasn't any issues. Grant answered my phone call and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was extremely knowledgable and the answers he was unable to provide me, he knew where to go and who to ask, and promptly called me first thing the following morning. Great customer service!
