David Thornton: This place use to be our go to place for seafood in Fayetteville but it has really fell off!! Our experience tonight was horrible.The bad thing about it there was Noone there and the staff ignored you!! I'll give them 2 stars hoping changes will be made if not good bye Joes!!

Riley Martin: My husband and I dined here the other night and absolutely loved it!! Our server was amazing and super helpful with all of our questions. Food was great!! The drinks were so delicious!! I had a TKO and i can’t remember what my husband ordered but i know he said it was really really good!! You should definitely check this place out for good seafood, service, and especially if you’re looking for a kid friendly environment!!

Tabatha Kearney: Most of our food was vet good. Some of the fried food was a bit overcooked. The mustard salmon was delicious, and the king crab was soooo surprisingly good. SO MUCH MEAT! 😊The tin drinking cups are adorable and free to those who order that type of drink.Unfortunately, I forgot mine on the table when we left. My bad😔.😊 I would definitely recommend this restaurant and go back, but during peak hours.

Holly Sharpe: We was sat down around 7pm. I had to go up to the front counter and tell them that no one came and took our drink order after about 15 mins. When they finally came to take our order we was ready to place said order. Took another 30-45 mins for our appetizer and drinks to come out. Then we finished our appetizer and waited another 30 mins or more for our food to come out. They was out of the ol'Bays seafood seasoning for my husband's food and the fries was cold and soggy. I believe they was short staffed or something but this was the worst experience I've had in my 20+years living in the Fayetteville area.Kid-friendliness: Playground was a savior for the length of time we waited

lup: When paying those prices, we expext good service, but we paid for the food and service that was horrible, and incompetence management is to blame. They knew we had a group of 30+ planned months in advance. There was 1 waitress taking orders and bartering at the same time. There was no clean silverware. Then, added to the bill. I ordered an 18.00 plate and 2 drinks. And my bill was 100. The restaurant was empty except for us, and still, the service was bad. I can't express the disappointment. I'm not interested in going to any Joe's Crab Shack ever. 😒

Taye & Chasity Mcneill: Me and my wife had a date night and decided to stop here we normally do Crab De Jour on Legion road or just cook at home if we want a seafood boil but we were in the area, so 1st the atmosphere was good the music was great but after that everything else was horrible the garlic butter in our bags was bland had no taste they give you two slices of sausage (yes just two slices ) and to top it off there is an upstairs but it was not being used so it wasn't lit i look at the stair case and I see a mouse coming down and he quickly went back up that jus messed up my whole experience and to top it off our bill was 104 dollars for the little bit of food we received and I don't mind paying but give me my moneys worth .

My food was overcooked, seasoning was okay. And I had like 7 pieces of shrimp…..im not a fan of this place. Great customer service, but the food is not good. Im disappointed. Yulanda Diggs: My experience here was good. I had an awesome waiter who took care of my large party. Our food came out hot delicious (although at different times). I gave 3 due to the fact that one of my friend’s food came out almost 20 minutes after everyone else’s then the person we were celebrating left their cards on the table. When the restaurant was contacted not even 6 minutes later they were informed that they had been thrown away. ☹️

Sarah Wade: I shall never return to this place. I had a big order, and I had to upload the receipt to my Upside app. The receipt did not have the last 4 of my card, and when I asked her she said they don't put that information on receipts. I asked if she had something with my number so I could take a picture, and she said she can't do that because it's like giving out people's info. I said it's my own information and I need it. She refused, so I told her to screw off and I walked out. I will not get my 30¢ bonus on Upside, I hope she's happy about that. Also, my calamari had more breading than actual squid.
James Platt: First of all, do not go here if you think you will get credit with your upside app: they do not cooperate. They will NOT let you have a copy of your receipt or take a picture of your own receipt "for security reasons!" Yep, secure your info from yourself. And they were pretty rude about this "policy" of theirs.Further, the food was pretty mediocre. Not very well cooked.

When I confronted the younger man at the cash register he acted as I was lying an didn't want to hear it. The person I am referring to has been there awhile and he is the unfriendlyiest person in the whole establishment, he has no business dealing with the public. When I purchase a product I should not have to check to see if my order was filled correctly. This person was one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with by his ignoring the customers and a personality like a dead person.
