Tha T: I would have written this review on my phone but I had to whip out the laptop for this one because it is a book. I want to start by saying thank you to the staff that has helped with my child today 1/11/21 @ 2:15pm. Thank you guys so much!! I accidentally registered him into another daycare and they were patient with me, even when I registered him last minute. They are responsive and understanding. Since LJ had been acting up I even called to push back an hour later. They were still kind and patient with us. They knew him by his name. The place is clean, secure, they take measures for COVID 19, there are tons of toys and the staff are so kind! LJ is not easy to take care of and we have been through plenty of drop-in daycares. The first drop-in daycare that I took LJ to had closed so we had to find a new place for him. The second time at a drop-in daycare was two years prior to this was not a good experience for him because he was bruised up when I got him back. So I am pretty paranoid now a never took him back there. The third drop-in daycare was a good daycare, and he spent a year and a few months with them. However, his behavior was tough to handle due to his temper tantrums, separation anxiety and he made himself puke purposefully. There was a point he was doing good after seven months, but I believe that since we did not have a regular schedule to take him, he began to not get used to it anymore and started crying/ throwing his temper tantrums for hours. The staff was good and patient with him but there is only so much that they could take. I understood why they could not offer their services to us anymore due to his behavior. Initially, I felt sad and hopeless and I thought that no provider would be able to handle LJ at all… After three daycares, I nearly thought it was impossible. I prayed that we would find somewhere for Luke and prayed that he would be okay. I stumbled upon “The Drop Zone” and saw that they have five-star reviews and after taking LJ I understand why the reviews are so high! I was scared to take him because it is another new beginning. I gave them a paper typed up a while back pertaining to what he likes and dislikes ( I do this for every place he goes to after the second daycare) and I did not think that anyone would read or use it, but they did! The staff takes the time to learn about your child. Usually, LJ would cry throw temper tantrums for hours. He did cry at first, but when I came back he was happy and in a high chair. I thought it was impossible! He does not like sitting in high chairs at all, due to the feeling of isolation. The staff managed to do so, and he was happy! He did not want to go home! I repeat! He did not want to go home for once! He ran everywhere! He even sang to the person putting on his shoes! I have never had LJ never want to go home! I am still in awe after three hours! It took him almost a year to become used to a place and it took him less than then minutes to love this place. I am still shook! He was so happy today that he fell asleep when we got home. I really want to thank the staff for being patient and taking the time to understand him. You guys gave me hope again! I do not think you guys realized how thankful I am to find an amazing establishment with great staff. I am so glad we found a place for him. Thank you guys so so much!!

I had left a review in the beginning of sending our son to The Drop Zone and they continue to amaze me. Each and every time I needed them they were there! He comes home with surprises (arts and crafts ) and is happy. If you want your child in safe hands, reliable, and professional individuals bring them to The Drop Zone.

Some people in this daycare do not care about the children and the owner refuses to do something about the way the kids are treated. They force feed your child if they are eating too slow and grab them aggressively and shake them. Yank them up by their arm and just all around are basically abusing kids. If you have kids there I would pull them out as I am doing the same.

Dustin Murphy: Mrs Rowes is the absolute best daycare we have had. We had to move away unfortunately and have tried 2 other daycares, and nothing compares to this place. The staff are extremely friendly, kind, caring and loving. I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a great place for their kids to go and receive amazing care and learn with their peers.

Erica Blakely: my nephew goes here to this daycare every other 4 months or different times he comes home from falling everywhere on his head and daycare teachers seem to not watch him, he has a slash on his forehead from falling on the corner of the wood from missing a step THEY say, soon i will be sueing these people because my nephew can get a concussion or anything and they seem to just put ice on his forehead these people seem careless and I will give them one more time for my nephew to have a bruise on his head on their watch I still will file a complaint and show them this picture I have of his forehead its disgusting, and I know not to EVER have my daughter go here at all over my dead body.

My child has been eating table food since 4 months old. There excuse was he is not supposed to be eating table food. Another little girl was screaming and all they did was shove more food in here mouth. So no id check, no sign out when my child was removed. The lady in charge is super nice and caring but has zero control of her staff. Stay clear. I have to leave a rating or else there would not be one here.

As a parent and customer for three years, I have peace when I take my child to Rowe's Child Care. Mrs. Rowe and her staff are good at keeping open lines of communication with parents. In addition, Mrs. Rowe always keeps the facility really clean, which is a plus in my book.

Amanda Zotti: I called & was told there was availability but no space for infants. Yet after I stated my child was 9 then it changed to there were no spaces until after August 29th. So no help to working parents during summer vacation. Good luck.

Mik Wags: First off I want to say thank you for everyone's positive reviews. I visited Mrs Annie two days ago with a last minute accommodation for my wife's birthday party. I'm amazed at how polite, uplifting and definitely how professionally she was. The last reviews from 3 years ago should be removed. This has all the bells and whistles offered and it feels like home with an incredible staff.. almost like family ran. The staff is amazing and Mrs Annie has been doing for the last 25 years. It truly is very impressive setup and I feel very comfortable send my 5 yr old daughter and 8 yr old Son here. I was able to tour the establishment during daycare hours and I just felt very welcomed. It is very difficult to find something of this calibur that offers overnight care that is so reputable in the fayetteville area. I'm impressed and will definitely go here again. Specially as a service member, with last minute changes always occurring. She will be very happy to assist anyway she can.PS: Seriously those last reviews should be removed. This is truly a hidden gem.
