Erica Esslinger: I've always had excellent interactions with the ladies in the front office as well as Mrs. Beverly, especially after DSS interfered and ruined a LOT of things. These were the only people to help me correct DSS pure screw up and get everything settled. Would highly recommend. The convenience of not having to shuffle kids to another place after school and even morning care and all day care is just awesome. The site directors I've come into contact with in the 4 years now I have used Primetime have all been excellent (especially Mr. G). Well worth the fees. I have two children who attend after school care and all day care when it's offered school is closed.

The two ladies that were at the front desk continued with their conversation as I walked even as I stood in front on them there was no sense of urgency or implication that they wanted my business luckily this isn't the staff that will be actually watching my child but it does speak volumes on the quality of employees that are hired. There is a rare chance you actually get someone when you call forcing you to go into the unwelcoming environment as they do not return phone calls this is a place you can definitely judge by is appeareance

Averi Jolly: I am very impressed with this daycare. This is the third daycare we have tried for my children and this one is by far the best! I have a one year old and two year old that attend Childcare Network. For the one year old class, the teacher is outstanding. She brags on my child everyday and how much he is learning. Her name is Ms. Maritza and she is so kind and you can tell she loves her job and the kids she teaches. I hate leaving my kids everyday, but she makes leaving my one year old easy. For my wo year old, he is very attached to me and doesn't really like leaving me, but he runs to the door to go to daycare. Sometimes I have to talk him into going in, but it is not because of the staff (just because he misses me). His teacher is working with him on potty training and she even has a child in the class too so she understands the age group. They make it fun for the kids by having parties on some Fridays and they are creative in the crafts they do everyday. I am extremely happy with this daycare.I live in Southern Pines and drive 40 minutes everyday just to ensure my kids get the care they need. When the day comes I have to leave this center to find one near me, I will be very sad. I may shed a few tears. The directors here are awesome and very professional as well. They know all of the children by name. It is impressive. Sit on that waiting list as long as you have to and get your kids in this center.

Peggy T: During the tour the facility was cleaned, organized, & labeled with appropriate information. Security was good. My kids shared with me how they were treated by certain staff and enjoyed Ms/Mrs Brandy. They also had positive feedback about Ms/Mrs Nicole(A.D). Giving 2 stars b/c my kids don't usually complain about going to daycare;they did inform me when staff was mean to them and questioned them about my job criteria. My kids were there to learn, grow, socialize, and to be looked after, not interrogated or feeling they got treated unfairly b/c staff had their kids there and they got away with certain things. If your kids are absent, they'll call bout the parent fee and not to see if the child is sick. I picked my child up one day and she had a red eye(Nobody informed me about her eye nor noticed it til I dropped her off next day & was called to retrieve her.

Despite the building being a bit aged, that doesn’t take away the love those two have for the children and that is exactly what you want in a daycare! Tha T: I would have written this review on my phone but I had to whip out the laptop for this one because it is a book. I want to start by saying thank you to the staff that has helped with my child today 1/11/21 @ 2:15pm. Thank you guys so much!! I accidentally registered him into another daycare and they were patient with me, even when I registered him last minute. They are responsive and understanding. Since LJ had been acting up I even called to push back an hour later. They were still kind and patient with us. They knew him by his name. The place is clean, secure, they take measures for COVID 19, there are tons of toys and the staff are so kind! LJ is not easy to take care of and we have been through plenty of drop-in daycares. The first drop-in daycare that I took LJ to had closed so we had to find a new place for him. The second time at a drop-in daycare was two years prior to this was not a good experience for him because he was bruised up when I got him back. So I am pretty paranoid now a never took him back there. The third drop-in daycare was a good daycare, and he spent a year and a few months with them. However, his behavior was tough to handle due to his temper tantrums, separation anxiety and he made himself puke purposefully. There was a point he was doing good after seven months, but I believe that since we did not have a regular schedule to take him, he began to not get used to it anymore and started crying/ throwing his temper tantrums for hours. The staff was good and patient with him but there is only so much that they could take. I understood why they could not offer their services to us anymore due to his behavior. Initially, I felt sad and hopeless and I thought that no provider would be able to handle LJ at all… After three daycares, I nearly thought it was impossible. I prayed that we would find somewhere for Luke and prayed that he would be okay. I stumbled upon “The Drop Zone” and saw that they have five-star reviews and after taking LJ I understand why the reviews are so high! I was scared to take him because it is another new beginning. I gave them a paper typed up a while back pertaining to what he likes and dislikes ( I do this for every place he goes to after the second daycare) and I did not think that anyone would read or use it, but they did! The staff takes the time to learn about your child. Usually, LJ would cry throw temper tantrums for hours. He did cry at first, but when I came back he was happy and in a high chair. I thought it was impossible! He does not like sitting in high chairs at all, due to the feeling of isolation. The staff managed to do so, and he was happy! He did not want to go home! I repeat! He did not want to go home for once! He ran everywhere! He even sang to the person putting on his shoes! I have never had LJ never want to go home! I am still in awe after three hours! It took him almost a year to become used to a place and it took him less than then minutes to love this place. I am still shook! He was so happy today that he fell asleep when we got home. I really want to thank the staff for being patient and taking the time to understand him. You guys gave me hope again! I do not think you guys realized how thankful I am to find an amazing establishment with great staff. I am so glad we found a place for him. Thank you guys so so much!!

Ashley W: It has been almost a year since we have relocated to North Carolina and utilized The Drop Zone. I had left a review in the beginning of sending our son to The Drop Zone and they continue to amaze me. Each and every time I needed them they were there! He comes home with surprises (arts and crafts ) and is happy. If you want your child in safe hands, reliable, and professional individuals bring them to The Drop Zone.

Ryan W: They are not reliable anymore; staff shortages force them to use first come first serve which results in parents waking up at dawn to drop off their kids before others do. You may not have a spot for that day which results in parents scrambling to find last minute solutions or miss work. Their before and after care is great, but their full-time daycare is severely understaffed due to many employees quitting. I really hope they can fix these issues and get back to being the reliable daycare they used to be.

Joshua Siebach: Excellent hours, mostly positive reviews from our two sons, good communication with parents. The young daycare is right next door to the preschool, which is ideal for those of us with children in both age ranges. Unfortunately the corporate management restricts how many staff members are scheduled depending on how many kids are going to be there, so if there is one or many call-outs you may show up to drop your kid off and get denied because of regulations on the adult-to-child ratio.

lucky luu: My son & daughter just started yesterday, it was def harder for me lol. My son has been going on all day about how much fun he had, the friends he made and he is excited to go back. My children have never been in a daycare / school setting before & both directors + staff are making the transition great for both the kids and I. Before anything I was asked again if any of my children had food allergies. My son is allergic to peanuts and the director was already on-top of things as they are a peanut-free facility. Awesome 😎 My youngest is 1, but they have a educational based child care structure. So she’s not just playing with toys all day, she’s learning and gaining social skills. My son started off crying, scared of a new environment. But they quickly resolved it with kindness & patience. They also let me do a quick check in before nap time & kept me updated, as well as informing me of anythings we can improve on. As a mother, I really appreciate the communication. They also have meals posted on the outside of classrooms and send me the cuties email updates with pictures. I really am really pleased I choose this facility for a daycare and preschool and would highly recommend; especially to first-time daycares.

Makenzie has been going to Child Care Network for 2 years and she graduated last week from there. If you a hands on mom you'll understand where I'm coming from with this message. I've been blessed to have Marsha to look over my child as I go to work and school. When I tell you she's walking in her purpose I wouldn't be lying this woman is gifted with kids. Not only does she looks after my child but this is her up down in and out EVERY classroom in the building with a smile on her face. There's been a few mornings my child didn't want to get out the car and all I had to say was I'm calling Mrs.Marsha or she had to come get my child out the car and work her magic. Makenzie teachers were AWESOME, they kept me updated on everything and was on point. I couldn't asked for a better group of professional women. I just had to let you know Marsha Melvin McDowell we appreciate all that you do. As Makenzie continues on with school journey I pray that we get the same if not all but half of what gave my child and others.

She has grown so much since she has started: more outgoing and excelling in her academic milestones.The staff always keeps us up to date about what is going on. Kee Kee: Now this is one of the more expensive daycares..In this case you do not get what you pay for. The whole time I was there I seen teachers come and go (high turnover rate) poor quality of food the kids were eating (where is the expensive tuition going) and my child was not learning anything, more playtime than anything. The only good thing about that place was Mrs Yvonne, the lady at the front desk she's everyone's favorite, so sweet and kind-hearted. The Director Ms. Latoya is so slow and clueless about everything (How did she become Director) overall I would never choose this place for another one of my kids and that's for sure

Sherri Hall-Duresky: Ms. Laytoya the director doesn't know her Bum from a hole in the ground they can't keep up with their, our children, their sitting 3 to a seat on the daycare buses. Then lie to the parents about where they are located at in the daycare having the parent(s) wondering around the whole daycare until they can locate and place the child were they belong instead of just telling the truth to begin with. Then you have Ms. Marsha her trusty side kick the one driving the bus putting them illegally on there 3 to a seat and not worrying about their safety ever. She would rather be on her cell phone than to pay attention to the children. Zero stars for these 2 ladiesThere is also Ms. Elizabeth she is a horrible teacher she doesn't know how to keep her hand's to herself. Rebekka Koettel: I have taken my children to Childcare Network for the past year. Starting in the infant room and one in the toddler room. The staff is exceptional! With any daycare there can be concerns. Mrs. Yvonne Reaves, the assistant director, has made me feel comfortable and welcome. Any concerns I have had she has taken the time to listen and resolve the issue. She greets everyone by name and invests in our family. Thank you for all you do Mrs. Yvonne and staff!

Mrs. Yvonne Reaves always goes the extra mile to make sure my children and our family's needs are met. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and excellent childcare and preschool services.

Desy R: So confused by these good reviews. This place is not it. everytime you walk in there’s no smiling faces. I never got that warm comfortable feeling. You can tell the genuine love for children is missing. It’s a mess not clean. My daughter got the flu instantly after starting. My husband witnessed multiple times a young teacher yelling at the 1 year olds. My daughter cried bad when she knew she was coming here.(at her new daycare she’s excited & doesn’t cry) &I really don’t believe they treated her good when i left. The AD is unprofessional . Brooke the director told me before my daughter started to prepare for her to come home with bites and scratches. She’s Unprofessional & be getting her hair done in the office. She will tell you one thing & forget & then it’s something different. These people didnt really want my daughter here and it showed. I could really go on & on. I worked at a different sunshine house for a couple years & it was lovely so this experience was shocking. Im familiar with the big bosses Emily & barbara lovely women but 147 needs some genuine love & professionalism in the building

Brittany Waller: The is by far the best center in Fayetteville! Brook and her staff always go above and beyond to provide the best excellent care possible for the children! I love all of the staff and have always felt very welcomed and part of a family since my child started attending this center!

Kaylee Erlewine: The staff is very friendly and caring, the director is amazing, and they are very clean. My son has been going since spring time and I would not have him go anywhere else.They are like my second family. Keep up the amazing work.

Chris M: I will admit to having some concerns about the way things are done sometimes, but with a proper understanding thanks to the amazing director, I realize it is all done for the growth and development of the children to become independent; I.e. when getting dressed and using the restroom. I cannot be upset knowing my child is learning properly, and his decision making and his private space are being respected. Nobody is perfect but the director Mrs. Brooke will listen to your concerns and passionately address them accordingly. I am very satisfied with how my concerns were addressed and wish for the best experience to every parent enrolling here. The only other concern that I understand is a problem that only corporate can change is sand in the playgrounds. It’s used at every center and fills my child’s shoes everyday leaving a mess in his hair, the car and house if we forget to shake his shoes out; not to mention the bacteria that sand Carries. Sunshine house please switch to rubber chips! This would be a five star review if not for that.

Charles Osei: My son has been attending this center for years. Mrs. Brook is the 3rd Director and Mrs. Shy is the 3rd AD that has been there since he started however they are the BEST management team that center has ever had and I don’t say that lightly you have to be a long time parent to really appreciate the difference in the level of care being received now versus what was. The fact that the kids love the teachers that are there now… all it takes is peeping inside the other classrooms to see all the work being done. You know the center not letting parents in due to Covid worried me but when I walked back into my sons school and saw what had been done in the building my mind is blown away. The building not only looks clean it also smells clean. If I could give this program 10 stars that wouldn’t be enough. Just the fact that when I have an issue they are willing to admit their mistakes and work towards a resolution is more than one could ever hope for! Thank you Mrs. Tyson for all that you do with my child in the time you’re able to. I’m glad to be a part of the 147 family.

RaeInna Griffin: My child has been attending sunshine house since he was two and I love the entire staff!! Ms.Brooke is a wonderful director and stays on top of most of everything from the center to the children , to activities for the children to interact in from simply holidays to activities expanding their mind and skills. My son will be 4 on Wednesday and I’m VERY excited for me to move to Ms.V’s room and tell me all about his new learning experiences he’ll be learning! I love the sunshine house!! Tyneshia Davis: My children been with sunshine house 2 years now. Never had any problems at all. I love everything they do with the children there. All the ladies that work there is very nice and very professional. They listen to the parents is anything is wrong and make changes right than and there. The convenience the babies have to learn and the fun they have. And party Fridays when the have there music playing and all the children dance and have fun.. my children love everyone of the ladies that works there. My children are older so if they had any issues there I would know about but they haven't since they been going there.. they love all the ladies that works at the sunshine house.. my children trying to get me to work there too lol..

Sara Taylor: I have been bringing my son to this center since Sept. 2021. Brooke and her staff have always been welcoming, accommodating, communicative, and professional. My son has attended two separate age group classrooms and they transitioned him carefully and are great with the potty training process. This center always looks AND smells clean. Brooke is great at including teachers and students in holidays and different planned activities. I'm very happy with the care we have received- especially when considering the price we are paying. I recommend this daycare to anyone looking to have their kid in loving hands!

Susan A Fennell: Ms. V is doing great teaching my child. My daughter is in Pre-k and she is definitely learning a lot. She knows her numbers, ABC’s, days of the week and even know how to write some letters now. I appreciate Ms. V, Ms. Brook, and the whole SSH Center 147 team!!!

Hellen Kriz: My daughter is a new four year old and has been attending sunshine house for a little over two months now and i absolutely love it. She comes home sharing so much knowledge that shes learned there. She came home all last week telling me the person that invented potato chips and the first black woman that went to the moon and about so much more historical figures. shes learned her months of the year and days of the week and has retain so much with the help of her wonderful teacher. So thankful my daughter has fun all while being in a stimulating environment that prepares her for her following years!

Christina Waller: Sunshine house 147 is an amazing place that I decided to put my toddler in! He has never been to daycare before so I was a bit nervous but from the first conversation with Mrs. Brooke I knew it was fate especially with he lady bug comment! I had recently lost my Grandmother and she loved ladybugs so I felt like that was my first sign to pick this facility! My son is very shy and over the last 9 months I have seen a big change in him! He loves to go to “school” wants to play with his friends and learn! He has learned to count/colors/ and how to be a good toddler! If your looking for a center your child will excel in this is the place to pick. They truly care and have a true passion for the cause! The staff is not just a daycare that watches your kid but a place for them to learn and grow into greet humans!

Yazmin Delgado: The Sunshine House has been amazing to my family! My son enjoys attending and I always pick him up in a great mood. The director Mrs. Brook is fabulous, she is genuinely interested in the success of every child that attends and her passion towards child development is inspiring. She always answers any child development questions I might have with such in-depth knowledge and provides great resources. Jackie Cabral: My 3 kids have been in this daycare for only 4 months and it definitely the best daycare. The staff is extremely professional and caring. The director is very involved and you can tell she cares about the kids. She is very responsive to any questions I may have. I have never seen a daycare director be so involved even to just open the door during pick up. I am inspired by the contributions they do for kids and other causes in the city. Helps my kids learn about volunteering and helping others. I also like that she ensures covid procedures are enforced with the kids and parents. It really helps me have a peace of mind as a military parent to know that my kids are in the best hands under Ms. Brooke Fletchers care.

McKinzie Rehnke: This is the absolute best place for your Children! I wouldn’t think to put my kids anywhere else! I know they are safe and well taken care of at Sunshine house on Hopper road. Ms Brooke is an angel! Not only do they take care of the kids they also make sure you’re taken care of.

Faydra Boynton: This is the first time my son has been away from me or his dad since having him and let me tell ya, the staff at SSH off Hopper have really helped make it a peaceful process for all of us. It is such a huge relief to know my son is in great hands and taken care of in our absence. They send updates (if you request it) throughout the whole day and send photos, it’s like I know what he is doing every hour throughout the day and that alone really helps. My heart is a ease every time I get one of those because I know he is happy and well taken care of. The staff at the SSH are professional, educated, and really friendly. I am so happy with the decision we made with picking this daycare.

Tasha Johnson: Outstanding care at the Hopper Rd location. My son attends and he loves it. Especially Brook the director has been helpful as well as her assistant Ms. T. Brook outshines everyone else in the childcare industry in town. You won’t get better hands on personal care. She knows her stuff and she makes sure her center is run according to state policies. What I love is she is able to do so while still showing love and care to the little ones. I love Hopper Rd Sunshine house and I don’t plan to leave.
