Eileen Lawson: Had a flat tire and called the Enterprise on Camden Rd. Spoke with Ashley, who was very helpful in directing me to the Enterprise at the airport. The staff were not friendly and wanted me to go elsewhere. They did not have a tire on site despite having a garage. They finally sent me to Black's tire who fixed my tire quickly.Staff needs training in customer service and friendly attitude training.

Dawn Burt: Cal at the Fayetteville airport went above and beyond to help facilitate a car rental pick up from Charlotte and return to Fayetteville, when the Budget representative only handed us a phone number. Cal made the reservation for us, gave us advice on easiest pick up methods, gave us his card for any concerns AND ensured the employees on staff helped us upon return. We are Enterprise customers only now!
Zee “Zee” À: Great Experience! Cal & Josh were the two representatives at the counter. Both gentlemen were very attentive, professional and had keys in my hand in 4 minutes. I felt like a Customer that they were working to send me away happy ( a rarity these days). The car was Beautiful, Clean and Smelled nice. Thanks for a great experience after working hard all day, Finally! Service with a genuine Smile and Satisfaction with what I'm spending my Money on! Keep up the Good Work 👍

Ryan Auger: Reserved a car with them while traveling. Was able to book online, flew to my destination, and they didn’t have a car. Then they upcharged me for an SUV even though they messed up. Really frustrating, enterprise definitely was my choice before this but they’re definitely not a premium brand if they treat customers like this.
Michael Little: Unbelievable. My local office could not get one of our customers a car until Monday (this is a Friday). So I call the Fayetteville office, and explain everything to them and they took all of the information, booked the vehicle. We drive over an hour to get there, they tell us that they can't rent the vehicle because it's not under the same name. When I explain that I had call the office and gave them all the information, they say that I must have called the reservation line, and that they weren't trained as well as the counter personnel are and do not know the proper questions to ask. When I told them I called their number listed (and showed it to them) the other counter person said, "if we are busy the phone call will be transferred to the call center". Would not have been so bad but now the customer has to pay the bill and my company has to reimburse our customer. All that after calling and driving for an hour to get there. I was going to send it with no stars but it makes you give at least one.

Symo Us: I really like Enterprise but this airport location has gotten worse over the years. The employees there do not seem to care about helping people rent a car or being competitive. I remember when you would get complimentary upgrade without even asking or when they were able to manually adjust the rates to offer a lower price. Not so much anymore.I called the airport location twice and corporate once to extend my rental and no one seemed able to help. I went to turn it in hoping I would be able to do on site but the price they wanted to charge me for two weeks was double than a whole month.I walked away and will probably not rent from there anytime soon.
Lamar Ja: Enterprise is usually my car rental place to rent a car no matter what state i am in. Prices are reasonable also.

Bonita Tunstall: The staff member was some what rude and not warm or friendly at all. In fact, we felt as if we were bothering her, though there was no one else there waiting in line. Everything was done in a matter-of-fact kind of way and nothing was render that would make me want to do business there again.
Debbie R: I had a rental car reserved for a work trip and had to make a change last minute through my corporation. The agent at the desk at the Fayetteville, NC regional airport was rude and unhelpful in trying to make anything work, and essentially would not honor a reservation. 0 stars.

Meredith Hall: The service was awesome..i was having issues due to the 400.00 deposit and Shamiyah ( hope that's right) was very patient and helpful. I do, however, think you guys should go out of your way to let people know up front about the UNGODLY amount you want fo a deposit.

Bosskitty Bostic: After paying almost 2k worth of days I did not get a response back when texting the number to extend the rental . This was my favorite place to get rentals from until now .after the no response I still had the rental for three days it was the weekend Monday I would pay them for the days and return the car after finding out that I could put zero down on a vehicle I said forget the rental I will clean it up and drop it off . Today there were two men in Illinois tags sitting outside my house .mind you I work everyday 11:00am to 1:00am have a 10 year old that gets on the bus at 6 as well .I woke up at 1:30 in the afternoon rushed out the house to find these men ready to tow the car I had been paying for for a month straight.i never got a phone call or email they just showed up at my house .It was very uncomfortable had I not looked at the man shirt and read it I definitely would've had to defend myself.i will not rent or recommend this place again and I've been renting from the since 18 I am 31 now ... I gave them the keys and took my shoes and makeup bag and went in my house just as peaceful I'm definitely a great on time paying customer just won't go to them anymore....
Termaine Mason: Daria Hill (Last name as the branch manager) as she likes to repeat as of it makes a difference is really passive aggressive, unbothered & uninterested in customer. This location has the lowest rates in Fayetteville, now I can see why I should have paid the higher rates on skibo, cliffdale or at the airport.
Ryan Keiser: Avoid. Don't use their insurance. They are slow to return the deductible.
Delano Francis: I called to get a rental car reserved and they called me back 2 hours later to tell me they didn't have any economy sizes, thus they only had a full size coming in at 1400 that day.

beauty: Went in to get the car rental and we wanted a luxury car for once because we had to travel to Tennessee and back. We were suppose to have it for two days and we were ready to get it but we forgot we need to rent it with a credit card instead of debit. The lady who worked there.....we very polite and respectful! She was very informational and helped us in every way she could! So we were able to rent the luxury car!!! I will definitely go back to this place to rent another car if need be!!
