Eileen Lawson: Had a flat tire and called the Enterprise on Camden Rd. Spoke with Ashley, who was very helpful in directing me to the Enterprise at the airport. The staff were not friendly and wanted me to go elsewhere. They did not have a tire on site despite having a garage. They finally sent me to Black's tire who fixed my tire quickly.Staff needs training in customer service and friendly attitude training.

Dawn Burt: Cal at the Fayetteville airport went above and beyond to help facilitate a car rental pick up from Charlotte and return to Fayetteville, when the Budget representative only handed us a phone number. Cal made the reservation for us, gave us advice on easiest pick up methods, gave us his card for any concerns AND ensured the employees on staff helped us upon return. We are Enterprise customers only now!
Zee “Zee” À: Great Experience! Cal & Josh were the two representatives at the counter. Both gentlemen were very attentive, professional and had keys in my hand in 4 minutes. I felt like a Customer that they were working to send me away happy ( a rarity these days). The car was Beautiful, Clean and Smelled nice. Really frustrating, enterprise definitely was my choice before this but they’re definitely not a premium brand if they treat customers like this.
Michael Little: Unbelievable. My local office could not get one of our customers a car until Monday (this is a Friday). So I call the Fayetteville office, and explain everything to them and they took all of the information, booked the vehicle. We drive over an hour to get there, they tell us that they can't rent the vehicle because it's not under the same name. When I explain that I had call the office and gave them all the information, they say that I must have called the reservation line, and that they weren't trained as well as the counter personnel are and do not know the proper questions to ask. When I told them I called their number listed (and showed it to them) the other counter person said, "if we are busy the phone call will be transferred to the call center". Would not have been so bad but now the customer has to pay the bill and my company has to reimburse our customer. All that after calling and driving for an hour to get there. I was going to send it with no stars but it makes you give at least one.

Symo Us: I really like Enterprise but this airport location has gotten worse over the years. The employees there do not seem to care about helping people rent a car or being competitive. I remember when you would get complimentary upgrade without even asking or when they were able to manually adjust the rates to offer a lower price. Not so much anymore.I called the airport location twice and corporate once to extend my rental and no one seemed able to help. I went to turn it in hoping I would be able to do on site but the price they wanted to charge me for two weeks was double than a whole month.I walked away and will probably not rent from there anytime soon.

Zhami Towles: Reserved on Sat for pick up on Sunday. They called only 15 mins before my pick to inform me they only have 2 cars available first come first serve as they had 35 reservations. No prob. The problem came when the "manager" tried to argue with me about using my Chime Credit Card. Falsly accusing other branches of not following policy. I have used it at different rental companies as well. I know I just can't use it at an airport location, which this is not. I called the corporate number to confirm and indeed he was WRONG! They loAnd yet he still would not rent me a vehicle. From the reviews at least I didn't waste my time going there. They need to stoxp lieing to people and be honest.

Enterprise sent me to this location for my first swap out my second truck was grinding at turns due to lack of inspection by Enterprise. After all the inconveniences have gone through on my when I pick up the third vehicle I had to deal with a sad excuse of a manager who told me that Enterprise took care of me by swapping out my car and was very rude about compensating me Cedrick was the manager I spoke with after the way he conducted himself as a leader for Enterprise I should have left and went to another location definitely will not be renting with Enterprise anymore especially after the multiple vehicles inconveniences🖕
krystal pichardo: If I can give NO STARS I would !!!! They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating. We reserved a vehicle over the phone to be picked up on Thursday at 4:30pm and returning it on Sunday at 10:00pm. We were never told that because they will be closed til Tuesday (since it’s memorial weekend) we would be charge for those 2 extra days. Like; why was this not told to us over the phone when we reserved it! I asked them and they acting as if they didn’t even care that they wasted our time. “Who would be OKAY with paying for 2 extra days?” It’s crazy …. No good customer service what’s so ever!!!!I would recommend going to somewhere else or the airport. They were more helpful and efficient in assisting us asap.

Cuttas Lady: The vehicle my husband reserved was not at this location even though online it said premium truck available. We rented the 2022 DodgeRAM bighorn to go to the mountains for our anniversary. One guy left this location and went to the other right down the street to get the truck. They wouldn't have gave us the truck at the price quoted online if we didn't have it reserved for a few days before getting it. Beware before going. Book online and pull up the reservation before getting there. If we didn't have it booked, they would have charged us $200 per day instead of what we seen online. Do your research and check availability, book and pay online but don't use priceline, they don't honor those prices and have a $300 security deposit readily available with a major credit card.

danielle sprott: I reserved a 7 passenger van on March 6 to be picked up on April 6. The day before the Manger calls to inform me he couldn't accommodate my reservation because they over booked. Very short notice!! I asked would I be able to get a Suburban or Tahoe he said no but I have a jeep compass. I informed him that the vehicle is to small. I then go on to ask if he could contact other locations to find me a vehicle and the answer was no, I had to find one myself. After locating another vehicle at a different location I was informed they couldn't accommodate that reservation because he canceled it and had no way to verify the price, and had to pay as if I'm doing a new reservation. He is very unprofessional, inconsiderate and need to be retrained on customer service! I did make a complaint to the regional manager and hopefully they follow up with me.

Brittany Braxton: I reserved a rental 3 weeks ago for a surprise trip my husband and I had planned for our kids spring break vacation. I reserved a van because of the space and we have a 8 hour trip and I want my kids to be comfortable. I’ve been getting several emails confirming my rental and even received on this morning to make sure I was there to get my rental only to arrive at my scheduled time of 9:30am to find out there are no rentals available and they have no idea if and when they will be getting on in. I wanted to be on the road by now because I don’t want to be on the highway at night and at this point I am losing money because check in to my hotel is at 4 and who knows that time I will get a car. Never again will I use this company for a rental car this is insane and of course every other rental place do not have what I need available so I am stuck playing the waiting game. Thanks a bunch Avis this spring break is starting off truly amazing!

That took up a lot of time.While we were driving the side mirrors were dirty and foggy and the lens for the back up camera was foggy as well. We could barely see out of the side mirrors. There was trash under the seats and there were crumbs on the floor and the seats.In the future, please make sure the vehicle is clean on the inside and the outside before giving it to the customer.

karl akama: Great 30 plus day experience while I waited on my truck to get fixed. Had to swap vehicles due to maintenance of the rentals but was a seamless transition. The staff was top notch and very pleasant. Jordan Carr was a great help as well as the GM!
James Cox: The folks here absolutely killed it for us. They bent over backwards to get us what we needed for for a big group trip. We planned this out about a month or so ago and they were able to get us 9 plus mini vans for my units trip to DC.The customer service was beyond awesome and they worked quickly to get us all out and on the road as we had a tight schedule to keep.If and when we need a rental again, we'll be coming back here.Keep up the great work y'all.
magdelen1123: Absolutely the worst service I've received from any company ever.The manager was rude, refused me service due to an issue with the reservation. She did not elaborate on what the issue was, only that she would not rent me a vehicle. She also implied in an overt and condescending manner that I could not afford the vehicle. A vehicle that was not what I reserved, but what they had available.The manager was aware that I was renting the vehicle as a means to commute to work, but she seemed more concerned with continuing ongoing side conversations with her employees rather than helping the customer.I've filed a complaint with Enterprise, and have since rented a vehicle from a competitor.
Gadgit DR: Had a last-minute emergency where I need it to get a rental and take off and they were very accommodating in assistant me. Especially fallon was very kind and understanding to my situation and needs and make sure we were well taken care of. I'll definitely be back for my next rental!

Abigail: Less than two days after having my rental car I received a phone call saying I need to bring in the car for an oil change to Black's Tire during weekday and service could take up to 2 hours. I was told "most people have someone pick them up so they don't have to wait". I offered to bring my car in that day to exchange because I will not be able to support changing the oil for two hours during the work week and was told that was not an option. This policy makes zero sense and is extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate of customers.
Mr. Cole: Service was incredible! Fast and easy process, plus got a free upgrade!! That RAV4 is something else, haha. Will be using again in the future! Appreciate the experience.

Raj Mendi: A very POS service. I had to book twice for a rental car and both the times the operator said they are vehicles avaliable. But I received no calls from the skibo location. Everytime I call them they are diverting my call to the operator. So I went to the skibo location myself where they said they have no vehicles available and asked me to look for other locations. Frustrating and very disappointing.
Kianna winstead: This is the absolute worst Enterprise I’ve encountered. A car wasn’t available in the morning when I initially came to pickup a car, which wasn’t a big deal. I was told a car should be ready for me around 4 or 5pm but was asked to call before I came. I called 7 times, and each time I was on hold for at least 15-20 minutes before someone picked the phone up and hung up on me EACH time I called. This is ridiculous and a poor example of the exemplary customer service you claim to provide.
