LeeAnna Gibbs: I do not live in Fayetteville. I called ahead to see if they had the item I needed before making the hour drive. The first time I was on hold for forever. But patience is key, right? The phone disconnects so I call back and explain to a different associate. I'm placed on hold and she promptly comes back. She then explains, "We are over run with customers right now and NOBODY IS WILLING TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION RIGHT NOW." Their response to my question, "is there any other pace I can call that maybe able to answer my question?" is the only thing that saved the interaction. They responded, "Maybe GREEN SIDE UP?" Green Side Up answered my question perfectly! Go to GREEN SIDE UP if you need questions answered or value customer service!

Kevin Martins: This is the place to go for garden and plant needs. It is just a site to go in and see all the seeds they have at the seed counter. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. My wife was looking for a blue windmill wind ornament. They only had the orange one on display. They went into the warehouse and built her the blue one immediately. They easily could have said to come back. Excellent small business.

Shahari Pierce: I like the garden center. They have a great selection of plants and herbs to choose from. Sometimes the plants have fungi or pests, which is disappointing. But overall, I think they do a good job of tending to the plants and keeping them organized.
Patricia Slatton: Used the on line pick up service. Nothing ready and had to load myself. Would not use online for anything in garden area. (Bags)
L M: A very large home improvement store with a variety of merchandise and brands all priced competitively. They also have Christmas trees and decorations reasonably priced. Their Christmas section is strategically placed at the front of the store and is well layed out. Checking out took way longer than needed but all in all, good shopping experience.

James Bradley: In a word: awesome. I came in for a chain saw. I left with a superior model chain saw, an education, and an experience that will make me a loyal Home Depot of Fayetteville customer. You need something in lawns and gardens, ask for Chuck or one of the other folks. You WILL get what you want, get a more superior product than what you may have thought, and still remain within your personal budget. FOUR STARS!!!
