H: Manager is rude and could care less about customer concerns. Staff is not knowledgeable about repro (fake)games and will try to sell it for full price. So disappointed in GameStop.
Hopelessly Lost: This store is always clean and organized. The employees there always go above and beyond to help out their customers too. (To the guy who complained about them taking a break with a ten minute sign up in the reviews. How entitled are you? Employees are human too. They need to use the restroom and usually there’s only one person there working if you’ve ever been in this GameStop more than once.) I digress. Great customer service here all around.
Mr. Jones: Apparently they close randomly during the day for no reason. Guess the employees want to take breaks.
Mafer Oñate: This is the worst store I have ever visited, they have terrible customer service and a terrible attitude to help, I do not recommend it at all!!! 👎🏽

Ryan B: I callled this location and asked about pre odreder bonuses that were offered specifically by Gamestop for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet but the guy that answered the phone was not even able to tell me about the flying pickachu preorder bonus?
Oral Pierce: Nice employees. Very polite with my son who was trading in some games. Didnt find what we were looking for but Id go back again.
Kevin Jones: One store had used PS5 controllers but no PS4 controllers. And Another store on the corner of Yadkin and Skibo has Used PS4 controllers for over $50 and the NEW controllers for $60. Sounds pretty jacked up to hike up the prices on used merchandise where it cost as much as the new stuff.
Tam Petersen: Really nice store. Breonna assisted me and she was so helpful!
Dan Uebel: This location time and time again has the most negatively disposition employees. If you don't want to be there find another job or talk to your bosses about making it so you enjoy being there more. Whatever it is don't take it out on the customer I spend upwards of 400$ a month at gamestops getting various items... never from this location again I hope it closes down honestly to allow those miserable employees a chance to find work they truly enjoy instead of having the hard life of working for a video game company...

Justin Guernsey: I called and was told they had a used game in stock, drove from Sanford to pick up game only to be told when I got there that they couldn’t find it and the only thing they had was a new game. Josh, who I was dealing with acted like this was no big deal and in unapologetic. Terrible service will not do business with game stop again if I can help it.
Weylin Sandlin: Their customer service is terrible I would go to any other gamestop ,we pulled up at 8:56 with with my son and the guy locked the door right in front of us .we knew exactly what we wanted had been trying to call for over an hour with no answer I guess he was too busy playing on his cell phone , They weren't busy no customers he definitely was not Polite he saw us pull up and was standing at the door and when I got out of the car right in front of the door ,he reached up and pulled the chain on the open sign ,and locked the door . I can understand if management tells them to shut the computer down at a certain time .An employee who cares about his customers Would have empathetically explained the situation instead of just shaking his head and saying no.

Marvin Martinez: The store sold me a defective item and although I have the transaction information for them to look up the receipt they chose to decline my request. The employee to whom I spoke with was uninterested in building customer relations and cared more about a one time(final sale)

ibanezjemgmc: I've been shopping at this location for at least the past 5 years (it is set as my home store) and I have never had a single negative experience. The staff has always been extremely helpful and they are all very knowledgeable, so no question has ever gone unanswered. The manager, Eric, is friendly and solved just about every problem that I had. This is also a smaller store so the customer traffic is much less than the larger Skibo store and as such I get more personalized care.

David Kilpatrick: Very quick and in out store! Eric is a great help. Store is very organized and Eric knows all the going sales offers, and the inventory. He recommended a bunch of things to preorder and payoff before they come out. The store is next to a coldstone, and is a great little shopping plaza. The used selection is great as well.

Kenton: One of the best up and coming Warhammer stores in the area! Owner is super cool, prices are DIRT CHEAP to rent a table and play. Heck you can even rent an army is you wanna try out a new faction or if your friend doesn't have one yet!The DnD room is cool and provides a nice place to sit and play some classic DnD without having people always looking in or hearing your Role-Playing.Has drinks, food, and snacks at decent prices and the guy sells models at a really great price compared to other shops. They are talking about getting a 3d Printing Farm and if that happens... oh MAN this store is gonna be the new stop for local Warhammer and Wargaming with your friends!
joe bumbera: As soon as you walk in you are instantly greeted and welcomed in. I myself have no idea how to play Warhammer, so I had questions not only was I shown around but was given little lessons on how the painting of the figures work. I Bought my first piece to look at it and get ideas from. Which they do sell used pieces making it easy for someone like myself to pick up and start playing. As well they have a D&D room and room for those that like to play Magic the gathering. Definitely a place I can see myself going over and over again!!!!
