ThatOneNeonOrdinal “NeonPumpkin75”: Sells great paints, models, and general craft supplies! I go there mainly to get paints for model starships, but they sell a whole bunch of stuff for different hobbies. This particular location has some of the most friendly and welcoming staff I've seen in a craft store. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars, but it's all the site allows me to give.
Melissa Richard: Love this store…the associates are always helpful, friendly and inviting. Tons of cool things here!! I go for the Warhammer supplies but they have games, models and rc cars to name a few! If you’re looking for something new to do…check them out!

Nicodemous: Great Hobby Shop! Definitely upper tier and modern as far as inventory goes. Loads of GunPla (Perfect Grades go fast check their FB page as they post shipmentsinventory their first). RC cars for days! And table top games like Warhammer 40K wnd anything you need for figure painting, plus loaded of other kids more aimed at just kids like science kits and rubber band guns. If you want older style hobbies and a mix of new check Hobbit on the other side of town for things like ships and planes but also GunPla and etc.
SunWukong B.O.V4x4 (Haon): Amazing shop, clean, chill, wonderful staff that have good brains for thinking out of the box with experiments.. perfect shop for my modeling needs 40k, Gundam, RC, Paints n crafts

Ken Owen: Incredible selection. Primarily RC then game miniatures then model, Lego, and slot cars. Probably one of the best places for hobby goods for miles and miles.
Chubbs Shaffer: I absolutely love coming here, they usually have something that catches my eye, or I order a model kit online like on amazon, and they'll have it in store the next time I visit. The employees are super helpful when helping you find what you need, and will explain on how to use it. Overall, I cannot recommend Hobbytown enough!
Sam Roach: Good store, nice selection.No prices for the paints. At all. The only way to know how much a paint or brand of paint costs is to bring each individual bottle to the counter to be scanned. How inconvenient could they get. As much as I like their selection, I'll buy my paints online where I actually know the price first.

Allen: I don't really leave reviews often but after 8 years of shopping here, today was an encounter I wish not to have again.Walked in at opening. Came to the counter to pay and I guess I wasn't seen even though they were right there. The middle aged lady had earphones in. So I walked around and then came back.Gave my number and asked about rewards, because after 8 years, you'd think I'd have racked up something? I've been coming here since '15 for all my Traxxas needs and Gundam stuff.After dropping $40 on a Gundam kit and asking about my "rewards", I was mid sentence interrupted for her to take a call and deal with another customer over the phone? After 5 minutes or so of just standing there, she finishes her call and it felt bothersome to even continue to ask about my account.Come to find out, they typed my email in wrong and all these years, nothing for rewards. So I asked how it works and what about past stuff and I was informed of pretty much nothing and I suggested I'd just Google it myself since she wasn't of much help.I've kept coming back because Darren? was a blast to chat about models and gundams. He's since left but I kept coming for Gundam. Ive always dealt with Kevin or another younger kid without issue. After today, I think I'll stick to online kits and parts. This wasn't my first encounter with this lady. Cheers.

At checkout the item could not be sold until the release date so we asked for help from a manager. When she came over she was totally hateful, rude and a nightmare. She ended up ripping the ninja turtle plushies out of my 5-years-old hands as she cried her eyes out not understanding. We asked if they could hold the items until release date and she refused and acted like we were trying to steal from the store. I will not be back to the Target in Fayetteville again.

I know some stores would give you 50 to 60% off. Oh wait it’s Fayetteville I’m talking about. Cause the target in Minneapolis would give 50 to 60% off. That’s why I left this ghetto city. I fell in love the first time I walked through the doors. I now try to go every time I'm in Fayetteville. There's something for everyone, especially if you are a music/ funko pop nerd like me!

I assumed you would get 2 books free, but you just get cents taken off the 2 cheapest books. So therefore you actually pay for 4 books just not the original price.

Husby C: This was our first exposure to the chain. If you like nerding out, this is the place to shop. It is the TJ Maxx of nerdology (books, tabletop games, comics, music, D&D, and more). The only downsides are: they do not host gaming events from what I've seen and the MTG deal has uncommon cards at best but it it 50 cards for $5. It is a nice sized store with friendly staff. Give it a shot
A Mills: This is a large book store that also purchases books. There are good selections of CDs and LPs. Not the biggest variety but popular items. They have a variety of toys and collectibles. Books on all genres included. In the back is a clearance area for books and other items. This is a great store and very popular. I was there on Sunday and families and individuals both were there. Customers average. Store personnel not the most attentive or prompt. They do not have bags so bring your own bag for purchases. Prices are high on some items. Look carefully.

Dawna Cockerham: Bought my children each a pair of flip flops, however they're made small and didn't fit them. I didn't keep the receipt but all remained in the original bag with tags and hangers. I go to exchange, and was told no because they need a receipt and they're is nothing they can do without it. Makes no sense being they still have the exact sandles and for the same price (like nearly everything else in the store). Even showed my online transaction, of course it didn't make a difference.

I replied I don't want to do self check out. The lady that was actually ringing up on the register whenever she was done with the customer before me turns and say. I'm only ringing up big orders. So I asked. What's a big order? She mumbles 20-25 dollars whatever. So I turned and say so you won't ring me up unless I'm spending $25 or more ? Nasty attitude and all she replies that's right. I'm very disappointed in the attitude of the employees at this place at this moment. I shop the dollar tree more than I need to. Most of the employees know my face in this store. This woman walked from behind the counter and refused to ring up the paying customers that didn't want to deal with the self check out. Normally the customer service is on point but lately they've been rude. I've been noticing this a lot from the employees here. They don't go out of their way to please and help the customers not even the elderly

Melody Farnham: Went there to get Harry Potter for my little man and to look at calendars. Staff was more than helpful in assisting in locating the calendar section. The atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing.
Jamie Barillas: Always loved BN and even a member, however, whoever the girl with the shaved head who is heavier set with a septum piercing (there's literally only one and they purposefully covered their name tag) was absolutely rude as hell the other day when we're in there. Yelling at customers, horrible attitude, rolling eyes, sarcasm when talking to customers, rushing customers through the mine even those that had questions, talking down to customers, slamming books, I could go on. I'm not sure if it w as because it was 2 days before 4th of July and she had to work? I'm not sure if it's because she hates working there? Or if it's because the line was long? Either way, she's pretty terrible. Driving to Raleigh for BN sounds better than dealing with this garbage. If I can locate her name. I will update this review.
Nicodemous: Great Barnes & Nobles good selection of books, collectables, games, movies, music and kids toys. I always find something neat every visit. Not to mention they have a great Starbucks in house also.Definitely one of the best places to past the time in Fayetteville if your trying to have a relaxing day.

Biggest frustration is that they let people spread out food and bags and stuff on the kids table, leave it there to take up seats and space but don’t actually sit, and don’t shoo them away. I’ve even complained and they didn’t do anything. The workers are often busy chatting to each other, personal conversations, rather than helping customers. It’s normal location, normal variety and good stock, but the service is less than stellar and they really need to do something about the kid section.

With a floor manager name Steve , I order a rug like 2 weeks ago and supposed get in 7 days but dint so I went to the store to ask what was my order status and the Steve was very rude don’t even let me finish me talk when he was already been so rude very unacceptable then after I told him that I’ll find some one else can help me he start to fallow me in the store I did feel so uncomfortable that I left the store right awayAlso before me try to talk to this guys he was yelling and talking very rude and disrespectful at one of his employees in front of all the customers that was shopping there at the time , it was overall was a very bad experience
