Cadyn Taylor: This store is absolutely terrible if you're looking for used consoles of any kind. Bought a Nintendo Switch light that was "refurbished" and "like new" so I passed on the buyers insurance. Low and behold 3 weeks later the thing developed unplayable stick drift. Most recently I was wanting to buy a Pre-Owned Xbox On S. I was already running behind on my way to work to buy what I thought was a like new Xbox. I just rushed and bought it so I could make it to work on time and that was probably the worst shape i've ever seen a console in. Unremovable stains, very clearly had been dropped multiple times and there was a rattle in the console itself from lose parts. Whoever took that console in doesnt deserve the job they have. I immediately went to another gamestop and got a refund for it now i'm short 270$ for at least a week while I wait for this refund to go through. Save yourself a hassle and never go to this one.

The game will overheat and shut off about every hour and a half and we've swapped it out about four times and every single one of them cannot do it some of them do it more often and have memory loss which ruins any game you're playing so the location is really good the people are really good unfortunately the used games are not all they're supposed to be

He was able to order a game for my daughter and have it shipped to my house as they didn't have one in store. For a great price, too! I left the store happy with the encounter and my daughter was smiling. Kudos to having employees who are extremely knowledgeable concerning gaming. Highly recommend!

Hopelessly Lost: This store is always clean and organized. The employees there always go above and beyond to help out their customers too. (To the guy who complained about them taking a break with a ten minute sign up in the reviews. How entitled are you? Employees are human too. They need to use the restroom and usually there’s only one person there working if you’ve ever been in this GameStop more than once.) I digress. Great customer service here all around.

Mr. Jones: Apparently they close randomly during the day for no reason. Guess the employees want to take breaks.

Kevin Jones: One store had used PS5 controllers but no PS4 controllers. And Another store on the corner of Yadkin and Skibo has Used PS4 controllers for over $50 and the NEW controllers for $60. Sounds pretty jacked up to hike up the prices on used merchandise where it cost as much as the new stuff.

Dan Uebel: This location time and time again has the most negatively disposition employees. If you don't want to be there find another job or talk to your bosses about making it so you enjoy being there more. Whatever it is don't take it out on the customer I spend upwards of 400$ a month at gamestops getting various items... never from this location again I hope it closes down honestly to allow those miserable employees a chance to find work they truly enjoy instead of having the hard life of working for a video game company...

Josh, who I was dealing with acted like this was no big deal and in unapologetic. Terrible service will not do business with game stop again if I can help it.

Weylin Sandlin: Their customer service is terrible I would go to any other gamestop ,we pulled up at 8:56 with with my son and the guy locked the door right in front of us .we knew exactly what we wanted had been trying to call for over an hour with no answer I guess he was too busy playing on his cell phone , They weren't busy no customers he definitely was not Polite he saw us pull up and was standing at the door and when I got out of the car right in front of the door ,he reached up and pulled the chain on the open sign ,and locked the door . I can understand if management tells them to shut the computer down at a certain time .An employee who cares about his customers Would have empathetically explained the situation instead of just shaking his head and saying no.
