Salina Medlin: Was disappointed to say the least. Took my niece/bonus daughter to Honda to buy a car she was looking at on their website. Got tonthe dealership and filled put all the paperwork for the purchase. She put $6,000 down and she was supposed to pick it up the following Monday. Monday comes and they call to tell me they can't sell her the car because it would cost them to much to fix the issue, it was burning oil. So she goes back to get her deposit back. They weren't rude to her but very short worded. Please do not put cars on your website unless they are ready to be sold and don't make your customers do all the loan process and insurance process and especially take our money if you aren't even sure you can actually the car.We went to Nissan and not only did she buy a beautiful car that was $10,000 more, her payments are the same and it came with a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. Then, they loaned her a 2023 Rouge to drive until her car was ready for pick up. Honda lost a customer because of how they deceived us that day. Everything happens for a reason they say. In a way it was a blessing but on the other hand it was bad for business on their part. Nissan felt horrible about her experience with Honda and the stayed true to their word when they said they would take care of her.

Alex Farias: They call me to set up an appointment for accessories, I felt like I was rushed to take the appointment that I was given, then they offer me a shuttle bus ride to my home which I waited for over 3 hours with my 3 years old kid, and obviously was really upset I went to ask for the second time where the hell the shuttle bus was, was told that she has been there many times but no one came to look out for me… everyone knew that I was there, they even took the car seat 💺 out of my car and left it in the service office which also was sitting there for over 3 hours. Instead of apology, I was told that ever was my fault because the shuttle driver was there the whole time I didn’t know who the shuttle driver was, but when they show me the driver , I notice that she was in the service department for about 30 minutes, she never moved from that office and she never came to the waiting area asking if anyone needs a shuttle service. Lack of communication and that girl Dominique has an attitude with customers… really disappointed I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody
