Diana Siegworth: My husband's Dr. fax over a prescriptions to them twice! They claim they haven't received it, and kept making excuses as to why they haven't received it. I find it funny they received the very first one and not the second or third one. Both times Katie said she didn't received them, when my husband's Dr. got a confirmation it went through both times. J R: I was seen pretty fast, but Anita took my blood and it was incredibly painful and left a bruise. I have had my blood drawn many times and never felt pain nor have I been bruised afterwards.

Tabb Lynn: There were two people working (one was new) so, long wait, gloves and bandage wrappers on the floor, I will say that the redhead with pretty blue-green eyes was very friendly and it didn't hurt at all when she drew my blood. I do have a mark now.

Dayna Witt: I can't remember who I had take my blood, but she was an absolute blessing! She took her time, spoke kindly, and made me feel so less nervous! I made an appointment online and was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Also, the waiting room was full when I checked in, so I assume that making that appointment rather than walking-in made the difference!

Brenna Delmont: I was hesitant on going here due to the bad reviews but do not let that stop you! I had a great experience. I arrived on a Friday around 12:30 as a walkin. I was called back within 15 min of checking in. Mrs. Anita was amazing! Her first stick was successful which NEVER happens for me. It’s usually take 6-10 try’s. EVERYONE I interacted with was pleasant.

Kelly Peterson: The employee that took my blood was so rude. I almost left crying. To start she didn’t greet me or give me instructions in anyway. She started berating me on why I purchased my own test and didn’t file it with insurance. After letting her know I didn’t have insurance she acted like she didn’t understand. After explaining again, my doctor required me to purchase my own blood pregnancy test for a wisdom teeth surgery that I was paying for out of pocket because I don’t have insurance, she let it go. Then I tell her my appointment is the next day and she said there was no point in even doing the test because it wouldn’t get to them in time and said I SHOULD have come the day before. Your employee has no idea what my life is like. My doctor told me 1-3 days before. I found out I was having surgery on Thursday, Friday was not in the window, Monday was a holiday, and I had to play catch up at work Tuesday. Wednesday was literally the first day that worked for me. After telling her I’ll hope for the best she reluctantly did it but was so rough with me. I bruised really badly. I won’t be using your services again. I understand places are understaffed but a little kindness goes a long way. In case anyone is wondering, my results got to my doctors office at 2am and I was able to have surgery.

My user name is not recognized, I can't create a new log in because they already recognize my email, when I ask to recover my username they don't recognize my email address. We are doing a circle dance and I'm dizzy. Ridiculous !

M H: I have had to come in a couple of times with my children.BUT....my son hates bloodwork. He had a horrible experience as a younger child. He looks at blood work like an "alien probe"- he works himself up. We came in this morning and the two ladies that always help us are the BEST!!! So kind, sweet and patient. He did great today thanks to them !

Jc Joe: Long waitingI have made an appointment online for 8:30am this morning. I arrived before 8:00am and checked in online at 8:00am. Soon I received a notice, the online checkin has been received and let me wait for the technician's call. I waited for 30 minutes and heard nothing. 10:30am, exactly two hours after my appointment time, I received a text and said "You Labcorp technician is ready to see you. Please proceed to the Labcorp check-in area and your name will be called shortly." It would be nice to let me know in front if you couldn't see me on time. That would avoid wasting 2 hours of my time without doing anything.

Jessie Bright: Lab techs themselves were very kind, but this place is not prepared for pediatric patients AT ALL. Lab technician told us that they normally needed two or three people to hold down peds patients arms; because of a prior incident, parents weren't allowed to do it... but despite us having an appointment, there were no extra techs to help her.The bathrooms were not clean, and had no changing table. Urinalysis for young children is not available unless your untrained child just happens to go to the bathroom while you sit on the floor of the nasty bathroom holding a cup.Overall, nice and kind staff.... But poor preparation and many oversights for young patients higher up the food chain.

Well if you are running behind then you work through lunch to accommodate all of the people who have been waiting. Also they are telling anyone else who comes in that they need to leave and come later or go elsewhere ! When they say I’ve been fasting or do I need to fast the answer is I DONT KNOW. UNACCEPTABLE! As soon as I hit submit, I was called back for blood. I typically have a difficult time getting my blood drawn because my veins are difficult. The guy working there got it first time. Pulled blood. Finished up and sent me on my way! Wow!

Leslie Lee: I've been using this site to get all of my labwork done now for 11 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Paul is both friendly and professional and since I have to get labwork done every three months he even knows me by name! Even the office is clean and inviting too 90% of the time there is little to no wait time and when there is U know Paul will do his very best to move his patients along (without rushing them) so it's worth the wait I've even heard him work with a scared young child and he did so in a caring and reassuring way that calmed the child's nerves I recommend this site to all of my friends and will continue to do so U r lucky to have such a competent and professional employee and I hope he is compensated in a way that reflects those qualities

Kelly: I stopped by at 2pm to see if my insurances would cover the cost of my pre-op labs. The one male staff member ran Tricare Prime first and then my NC Medicaid. Everything looked covered although he didn't clearly state anything. He immediately drew blood and I filled my urine sample. I was out in less than 10 minutes, it was super quick. Reading the other reviews, I hope they don't try to bill me later since they didn't state a patient responsibility cost. 🙄🤞🏼

Crystal Gary: I would rate ZERO but it is not an option. This place is in need of a LEAN project. The amount of time that patients have to wait is absolutely ridiculous. When people come in for a urinalysis, or urine drug screen they have to do what is right and be ready by drinking plenty of water so that the specimen can be collected. When they have to sit and wait 2 hours, to go to the bathroom that is not okay.Someone should really consider taking a good look about what needs to be done to get this clinic/lab running with more proficiency. Seek more help, analyze and review wait times vs processing times, something!I pray I never have to come here again!

John Bleazey: You couldn’t tell me if my lab order was covered by my physician during my visit and then sent me a bill for $385 a week latter. I just pulled up what I would pay if I had booked the visit myself at your location through a third party online service (where the third party makes money as well) and it was $145. Your pricing should be up front. Hopefully tricare will cover this (probably at a tenth of what you billed me.) I am shocked at how much people without medical insurance are overcharged buy businesses like you.

Christine Bacon: They tell you to show up hydrated, but you don’t get acknowledged for about 30 minutes. They also don’t provide any sort of timeline for how long you have to wait. Staff was rude and not helpful.
