Kamila Rygiel: UPS store #109 on Ramsey St in Fayetteville, horrible customer service, have called this store trying to find my lost package, employees I spoked with had no intention to help, when I said it is their job to help, he said no it isn’t 😂 When I asked to spoke with someone else this employee finished the call. Super unprofessional, go to other store to do your business.The employee I spoked with was a lady, maybe she is the same one that caused so many low reviews. I know one thing, if talk like her to my clients I will be terminated!!!

rayising: I see im not the only one who has a problem with the old lady ms dee I went to get something notarized not only was she calling me a whole different name than what was obviously on the paper she was trying to correct how my notary instructor who has been a notary over 20 years and literally taught over 10,000 students had me fill out my form and made me mess up a letter than says with an attitude "you dont know how to spell your name?" she doesn't know the difference between a full legal name and a commissioned name and no you dont have to make your signature EXACTLY like your license as she tried to tell me and was WRONG about they will know its the person when they recieve the application thats why her job is not an instructor then says she wasn't notarizing so I went to a different notary and called the secretary of state office they both said put a line across your mistake and just write it again SIMPLE. She was obviously commissioned to notarize in the year 1910 its time for her to retire this is a young person game now. I was being nice, one day she's going to have an attitude with the wrong person and it wont be pretty for her. l feel sorry her.

I wanted to get a document notarized I previously went to the Westwood store.i had to leave there the wait was to long when got to your store I was greeted by a Mrs. Dee she handled my request within minutes and was very pleasant as well as professional. Taylor Stepp: I've had two Terrible experiences here first De (shady disrespectful manager/owner) stole my package and a friend is mine as well then I go in to get a notary and she would tell me what to do on the paperwork after I did what she told me she would then tell me it was wrong and make it seem like it was my fault untill I called her out on it after the third piece of paper she then proceeded to put me down as a person before I just gave up and walked out. UPS do yourself a favor and remove de the shade tree
J Shel: Don’t EVER ship anything important through this store. Time sensitive legal documents were returned, and the store took over two months to notify me. Now I have to sort through legal issues due to their nonchalant approach to returned packages. Just go somewhere else and save yourself. I was told they are short-staffed and busy. Got it—they don’t have capacity to provide services.

Sayori Acosta: I went in today to have a document notarized. As Mrs. Dee explained certain things things to me, I responded with "ok." I probably said it about 3-4 times total. She asked me not to say "ok" again. I was not being disrespectful at all, I was just acknowledging understanding. I don't know what makes someone think they should tell their customers what to say/not say, when the customers are being completely respectful. Needless to say, this location has lost my business. Unfortunately, as an Amazon seller, I often use UPS to mail my products. I will ensure I do so at other locations. While I have had a much better experience with the other employees in the past, this experience was bad enough to where I do not wish to return.

Dana Lea: The old woman should quit if she hates her job so much. I sent a print job to be printed and they said they didn't get it. I used the cart on the website and this store was listed as my store. Not her problem. She didn't offer to assist to help figure out what was wrong or if we could get to it. All she said was she never looks at that website. She gets enough UPS working there that she doesn't need to look at the website. She would not help me get to my print job. She must have said at least 5 times that she just works there. Apparently she doesn't because she didn't bother helping a customer in the slightest. She could not have cared less. Brutally rude and terrible customer service. It took everything in me to not go full Karen on her. Calling her useless would be a compliment.

J.R. Stidham: Convenient location but there are hidden risks when shipping your packages here. They offer FedEx services, including pre-paid FedEx drop off services. However, they assume no liability for a FedEx drop off there, and do not scan your package into the FedEx system. They only give you a receipt showing they received the package. I dropped off a package to go to my son at college, received a receipt, and yet it never got into the FedEx system. They cannot find the package and state they assume no liability. FedEx says they never received the package, and they assume no liability. I have a receipt and a tracking number, but no package and no recourse. I am only commenting on my experience dropping off a package, and not other services. If you plan to drop off a pre-paid package understand that they do not scan the package into the FedEx system and assume no liability.

Mr Bill: Place used to be my go to, but after May 2023 they hired this new guy who's is a know it all and is pretty condescending. He explains things in a matter.of fact way and his reasoning is of a grader. If the rules has changed then tell the customer the rules have change instead of lame explanation that makes everyone question their intelligence. Geez dude.
Chelly Mccoy: They take way to long to deliver on base,most my packages don't even arrive till almost 5-6pm 😒 it's beyond annoying when we don't live that far from the ups. I'm sick of having to go and physically get my packages from them to ensure I get them in a timely manner.
kimberly pilson: I brought a large, 8x11 black and white document print order 5 minutes before closing time, which was different than the posted time on the site. I called ahead for pricing, within the 3 minute phone call there was no mention of an early closing time. Once I came in, the employee was agitated by my request to have my 129 page document printed(I know it’s annoying that’s why I’m bringing it here) and stated hastily we will absolutely not have time the doors will be locked and the lights will be shut off at 4pm. This interaction was rude, dismissive and unprofessional and has left me scrambling to find another location that can print my document.F**k this location.
UprightBilly: Spent 136$ to ship a package that got broken and shipped back, when I asked if I can get them to resend it I was told I would have to pay again. Later checking the package they switched box’s and items were missing.

D: If it’s within 30 minutes of closing it’s almost impossible to get someone to help you if you have an issue that requires a tiny bit of effort from the employees. I’ve been told to come back because it’s too close to closing to help me more times than I’ve actually gotten help from the employees here.I at first gave 2 stars but now I’m changing my review to a 1 star after seeing how this store owner responds to criticism and bad reviews. They are just as condescending and as apathetic as their employees and now I understand why I get treated a certain way when I come in. Do not use this business at all cost. All reviews are accurate.
Say: I like this store. You can drop your amazon returns here and you don't need to wrap them yourself, take your returns and scan the code and you're good to go. So fast and easy process. Can be a little crowded but the people who work there are doing their job right. The line goes fast. If you go around 10 am and sometimes at 2 pm, usually there is no line. Like i said, even if there is a line, it goes fast. Super friendly people too! I love when everyone is happy doing their job. There is plenty of parking space too. If you want to grab a bite, go to mini mall, there are restaurants inside, and a starbucks as well. 👍

James Wilson: Only gave one star because I couldn't give it less than that.Absolutely awful. I will never use UPS again because of this store. We sent an important document and paid over $98 to get it to our son quickly. It said that it delivered when we tracked it, but they actually rejected it. Why? because he doesn't have a box there. I went to a UPS authorized shipping facility and they entered the address. Nobody said anything about this being an issue. Nowhere on the UPS website does it state this either about this location. Somehow people are just supposed to know that this location, a UPS Store, does not accept UPS packages unless you meet certain criteria. To make matters worse, they treated him very poorly when he was there. So, I guess that's how servicemembers get treated at a business on a military base. I called and asked to speak to KNIGHT, who signed for the package. The guy on the phone just asked what it was in reference to and didn't offer up his own name and proceeded to explain to me their policy on accepting packages and the criteria that you have to meet. He couldn't point to a single place where I would've been able to know that, he only said that I should've called the store first. I don't call a hotel when I ship items to my coworkers and check to see if they can accept a package and they have the hotel name on the front of the building not a UPS sign. I called customer support and someone is supposed to call me back so they can "find" where the package is because they don't know for sure. Their best guess is that it is on it's way back to the hub. I should have at least half of my money refunded, since I didn't get the envelope in 1 day AND a sincere apology to myself and my son. I won't hold my breath, because I doubt their customer support will do a 180 with such a lack of customer care and treating servicemembers horribly. The base commander should have this business removed from Fort Bragg.

IMK Productions: So let me get this straight! I return a box to UPS on Friday 11/25 at 5pm. The pic clearly shows it closes at 6pm but this store decides to close at 5pm sighting "Black Friday" Hours. He also has the nerve to blame Google for not updating their store hours when its UPS's responsibility to do so. When will these businesses take ownership for their mistakes instead of point the finger at others like a child? Do not use this place. Military needs to fire everyone or blacklist this store.

Still have to stand in line to drop off prepaid packages though.Original review: Literally the only UPS I've ever been to that forces you to stand in line to drop off a prepaid package--even if you don't need a receipt--and with an extra helping of attitude while they're at it. Every other Fedex, post office, and UPS has a spot to drop packages or will gladly take them from you with no hassle. But not this UPS.

Sarah Dees: Usually very fast, depending on what day and time you go in depends on how busy it is there. Great service, even when people are being Karen's they keep composure. Recommend if you have a need for a P.O. Box or just need stamps/send a letter quickly!

Timothy Ingram: This is a very busy location! The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and customer oriented even though most people who come into the office is unaware of what happens here. There are plenty of Post Office boxes for rent in the store, which work great for security and delivery of high dollar items. I use this place for all of my shipping needs for my computer business and I know every package is accounted for during the transfer process.
M Pressive: Overall good experience other than the wait time due to precautionary implementation, but once I made it to the station the lady was really nice and it only took a minute or so and I was on my way. The clerk made the experience much more pleasant, so it kind made up for the wait time.

Cindy Vai: I had to send a rather large item to the West coast a few months ago. I had already taken my package to UPS and Fedex and they gave me a price quote of over $40 just to ship. I decided to go to this post office and the employees were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find a box and repackage my item to ship at a cost over half of the price I originally got a quote for. They educated me as well on sending large packages and how the dimensions of the box were driving up the costs. Since then I've packaged my items as small as I can go thanks to their advice.
