VENUS O'Boyle: Highly disappointed. I dropped my 500 page journal to be printed off yesterday; one sided black and white. It exceeded the $75 self serve printer limit. The lady said they could get to it in about two hours. Today I called around 2:00 and I was told it would be done around 5:00. I went at 5:30 and two employees could not find my material. Thank God I didn't trash it from my laptop thinking it would be printed off. I never had an issue ever with Office Max or Office Depot in Knoxville, TN. This was in Fayetteville, NC.

Cherry Girl: Fast and friendly to print and notary.
Amanda Pellegrino: I rented a P.O. Box, and found out the same day that I was able to get a free one on base. I went back a few hours later and tired to get a refund. The employee “taking care” of the issue gave nothing but attitude when explaining why they couldn’t give me a refund. All I say is, at least explain to the customer the refund/return policy when purchasing something like this. Super dissatisfied.

Travis York: I’m not really a fan of leaving negative reviews about places and this is more directed to ups than the individual store. I brought in a bat to get shipped off and paid extra because they put it in a round tube instead of the triangle box they normally ship it in ($38.89 instead of $12-14). No big deal it looked more sturdy so I figured it would just have extra protection. So about a week goes by and I start wondering why I haven’t received word the bats been delivered yet. So I call to find out it was delivered “damaged” but really comes to find out it never made it there because it busted out the tube they shipped it in. So i called the store informed them about the situation and they said I would get a full refund of the bat $300 plus the shipping cost $38.89 but it can take awhile to process. So I said ok cool at least the are taking care of it. So I come to pick up my check today almost 2 months later and guess how much it was for. $138.89 lol what a joke. That’s not even worth the time I had to spend tracking down everything that happened to find answers. Everyone makes mistakes in life and that’s fine just do what’s right and take care of your customers when you mess up. Is that really too much to ask for.

Lesley Perez: If you’re returning a package and use this location, don’t use the drop box. Wait in the line and get your box weighed. We went through a nightmare to get a refund for a phone we returned because the box arrived empty to the manufacture and video clearly showed the box was tampered with. The weight was 1 lb when we weighed it at home but after being scanned into FedEx when it left that location the box read 0 lbs. We followed instructions by the manufacturer and filed a police report only to find out that because the phone was “lost” at FedEx, FedEx was the one who needed to file the police report for any type of investigation and when I approached FedEx about it, they were less than helpful and wouldn’t file the report and told me that without a court order or subpoena I could not see any video surveillance. The manager said no one there would steal because they’ve all worked there for years.. well first, that’s a weak justification. Long term employment doesn’t mean theft could not be happening. They were more defensive than helpful. No apologies or empathy, just defensive. Now, I'm not saying don’t go here but I personally will never use their location again. My advice to anyone is don’t use the drop box, and coming from a lesson learned; take a video and pictures of what you’re shipping in the box and while taping it up and make sure any shipment label shows the weight of the package! Our return was stolen somewhere from the point of drop off or in transit and it took us over a month of back and forth with the manufacturer, corporate FedEx, the police, reporting the phone’s IMEI as stolen, and finally the BBB to help escalate to finally get our return accepted and a refund.. and closure. Worse experience ever and want others to not have to go through what we went through.

I went in this morning to ship computer equipment to a company I used to work for, and I didn't even have boxes either - but once I came in, one of the employees helped me wheel in a heavy computer monitor and then assured me that the FedEx staff would focus on packaging all of that equipment for me. Another employee then made sure I got the cheapest payment option since my former company didn't offer to pay shipping costs. Good service, thanks everyone.

Amanda Hails: Oh multiple occasions have Fedex drivers not delivered my packages for 3-5 business days, and instead for those 3-5 business days my packages have sat in their trucks. At first they would mark that they had tried to deliver the package, which was a lie as I work from home and no one tried to deliver a package. And now they are just driving by my house and marking that the package is operationally delayed. This has happened 5-6 times and their customer support system is not helpful in the least. Fedex drivers seem to be able to do what they please with packages and it has gotten to the point that I do not wish to buy from any company that ships with Fedex.
Fail Forward: Absolutely zero professionalism at this location. This location has been closed without notice, no warning, but is still sending out notifications that packages can be picked up at this location. When you call into Fedex customer service, they don't even know what is going on. There appears to be huge lack of communication going on within the organization and I have been attempting to recover a package for the past several days. First we were told that the location would be open on Wednesday, then Thursday, but actual Fedex HQ has no idea why the location is closed or when it will be open. Their answer is to "keep calling every day to check to see if it is opened" Yet notifications are still being sent saying that your package will only be held at the location for a certain period of time. I never thought I would see the day when the USPS would operate more efficiently than a privately run delivery service, but well done Fedex you've achieved the unachievable. I will not be using Fedex as a result of this experience.

I ordered a background for my terrarium and when I received I found out that it was made of polyester and wouldn't stick to my terrarium. They pointed me in the direction of a company just down the street with a roll scanner, capable of scanning the entire fabric in one pass. Then I gut the image on a flash drive and took it to International Minute Press and they put the image on a what I think is vinyl, and put it on my terrarium. Now it is the best terrarium I've ever seen, my ball python absolutely loves her new tank.Thanks guys for all your help.

Tiera Edwards: I am a former customer of BizCardXpress. I was under the impression that they were now joined as one. When I entered and informed them of why I was there, they got me an employee from BizCardXpress. I ordered 500 business cards. I was informed I would have the sample within 2 days. I paid half of the money and left expecting great communication. It took me to walk in days later to ask what the status was on my order. I was informed they were backed up and she would get it done that day. I was satisfied as business happens. Better communication would have been appreciated. I approved my final on the 5th of March. I called back after a week and a half to see if the cards were ready. Once again, poor communication on every aspect. It was only at that point I discovered the company cut the cards wrong. I was told I could pick up a couple "bad" cards until they were redone. I declined as my brand is no less important than theirs, I was not interested in distributing ill cut cards. It took well beyond the 5-7 days I was told it would take to get my cards. It has been over 2 weeks. I expected a discount for the inconvenience. It could have been anything to say we apologize as I missed having them at an event. I was told they don't cut the cards and it's not their problem by Nancy. She told me "you could have gotten some of the bad cards". I was furious by her statement. The money was never an issue. She informed me casually they purchased BizCardXpress books as if that excused the poor service. They also have employees working there from that company. I had poor communication from the start and delays beyond acceptability. I was their customer so my cards being cut poorly was certainly their issue. The only person with no control over things was me. It is the 24th and I am just getting my cards. I'm out of town which is why I needed them and had to send my friend to check on them because no one ever called to say they were ready. I used BizCardXpress twice with no issues. The cards are beautiful but my time and money aren't invaluable. I am an author who would have used them repeatedly. I feel like my money was good enough but as a customer I didn't matter. I paid the price because it isn't the money issue but the principal of the matter. You don't treat customers in this manner.I waited to leave a review to see if they would attempt to make matters right in some fashion. I was sadly mistaken. I am highly disappointed. I will say the cards are very aesthetic. It is unfortunate I will have to utilize another company. I see many people who could have become customers being an author. I would not recommend them unless quality is the only thing you expect to get. I cannot attest to the professionalism and kindness others have raved about.

Plan DTox: After having a good experience (possibly with the previous owners) my first time I chose to return. Stacey was nice and was corresponding well in the beginning, days passed and I realized I still hadn't got a call back with a quote ( no big deal) by this time I have already went with another vendor but still needed ( same day print services ) for another task. Whoever answered the phone today was short and rude, I held for Stacey only for her to give the same attitude. George must be very pleased with the staff. Customer Service and communication is key.
