I didn’t receive my registration for my car. & also they giving me run around for my tag for months now ! Everytime I call they will say they will call me back never get a car back. Old.Joints: I’m rating 5 stars so others can be aware of this business! My name is Tanner. Recently i Purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Great car. I love it. Love that the people there worked with me and got me in the car and I am extremely grateful.However, let me be brutally blunt, this business has not been very responsible in keeping communication with me. Granted I have no problems calling them, but when it is only a one way street how is that good service? I have called and called and called. It would be nice to receive a call and get information from them without having to pester them.I have received NO updates on any of the tag or registration, no tracking number, no estimated day it should get to our address, nothing. It has been two weeks since my temporary tag has expired. I have now been pulled over TWICE both times I have been given a citation for of which I now have to fight in court. I understand the DMV plays it’s part in headaches but come on… this is unacceptable in my opinion.

I came to him humble and honest and he got me in a vehicle. He even picked me up over 30 miles to get to office. So I can’t say anything bad. Only issue was something slight with my tires. But it is a Used car. I just recommend you getting your car and before you putting crazy miles on it and trying to drive to Jamaica. Get a tune up. And maybe tires. Save yourself the time later. But honestly that’s any dealership. I KNOW MY SITUATION WAS ROUGH SO FOR HIM TO GET ME IN A CAR WAS A BLESSING. Thank you guys. And honestly if I have an issue. I’d talk to you all professional and hopefully we come to some sort of solution. But I pray that doesn’t come to surface, but again. Tamika James: Bought car Two months ago and the engine is rattling and crackling. It drove smoothly on the test drive, so they must have put something in it to hide the issues. First three weeks I found out the brakes were completely worn out and needed a caliber. I replaced it all. They prolonged registering the car in my name pass the 30 day temporary tags. Bad engine. Car looks nice and shinny on outside but is a lemon. Do not recommend this place. I will buy a new engine, but please avoid this place. It'll save you the headache.

I have purchased two vehicles from Dax in the past and have had nothing but problems with the most recent in the short time I've owned it. I give the staff 5 stars. However, their inventory is questionable.

Alex Dallas: I bought a car online and the salesman and manager did not reveal the true condition of the car. They did not disclose numerous faults that the car had. The car was not as described over the phone and the pictures online were not the same pictures of the car that was delivered. They car was dangerous to even drive and I had to do steering repairs immediately to make it safe. Many parts were rusted and broken and I was very disappointed in the car. The chrome was pitted and paint was foggy and dented. They were not interested in even talking about how to resolve the problems and did not want to talk to me any more and hung up on me on the phone. I will have to resort to an attorney. Do not trust Dean at this dealership to tell you the true condition about the vehicle you are buying. He will tell you what you want to hear and not disclose any of the flaws or Items that need to be repaired. Do not buy a car from this dealer sight unseen because they will cover up the true condition of the car and you will be in for a surprise and have to hire an attorney to take on trying to get some resolution. This was a collector car over $21k and I was told it needed nothing and was in great running order and looked great. I did not expect to be taken for my money from a professional car dealer but apparently they don’t know how to be honest about the condition of a vehicle and are only interested in closing the sale and getting your money. Buyer beware of knowing the true condition of a car you are buying from this dealership.

Christina Osborne: We weren't greeted professionally and the place reaked of cigarettes. The SUV was priced $6k over book and when we tried to negotiate he said that's how much he needed for it because he paid too much for it. He told us we could finance 130% of the value and when we asked if there was any wiggle room, he said no and that it could just stay in his $3 million inventory. Dean was absolutely horrible. We would never recommend this place!!

After 3 months Finally got it back and still has issues. Leaking oil which they were suppose to fix the first time.. I will never purchase from them again. I would not refer them to anyone! They do not care about their customers. Care about you until you purchase vehicle.
