Nicole Castle: Wish there was a zero star. I needed a second opinion so I went in just to see what they would say. I was hoping I was wrong about them being crooked.This time they told me I needed all new rotors and all new brakes. Even though their diagnostic paper showed my brakes were good I did not need any of those services. I had a family friend check to see if they were right or if I were right that they are crooked. Turns out I am right!the first diagnostic from the other company was correct. Thankfully I go to Lumberton. They seem to be more honest.

Kyle Smith: I am consistently displeased with the length of time it takes to get my vehicle serviced. The previous Nissan dealership I went to (in Greenville, North Carolina) usually had shorter wait times. When I had to wait longer, they were consistently more accurate in their estimations. If something happened that would make the visit take longer, there was communication about what was going on. I do not get any of these things with Flow Nissan. I understand that Fayetteville is larger than Greenville and has more clientele; however, honesty and communication go a long way.For instance, when I was seen Monday, June 19, at 8:47 (for an 8:45 appointment), I asked Jenna how long I should expect to wait. I was just getting an oil change and tire rotation. She told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half (60-90 minutes). I heard a different customer be told an hour and a half to two hours (90-120 minutes) for the same service a counter over by someone else. As you can imagine, this was confusing. Why would there be such a large discrepancy in estimated wait time? Which one is correct?However, neither of these times were right, nor was I spoken to voluntarily at any point during my THREE HOUR wait about what was taking so long. It was not until I went back into the service area and asked Jenna what was going on that I was told someone was "almost done." I told her then that I had been quoted the 60-90 minutes, and she deflected my concern IMMEDIATELY, stating that people were regularly told this over the phone when they call in the Flow service line. She explained that the call center isn't connected to the dealership's actual service department, so they don't know proper wait times. I had not mentioned asking anyone on the phone, nor did I call the call center at any point for this visit, so I am confused as to why this was brought up in the discussion. I had asked HER when I came in. She gave me the time quote, and when I told her this, she called into the service bay and asked the technicians what was happening. While she was polite, I was never given an explanation for what took so long for a simple oil change or why she assumed I was talking about the call center.When my service contract for oil changes is complete, I will take my vehicle elsewhere for service. This is not the first time it has taken far over the estimated time, nor is it the first time I have had to check on my vehicle due to a lack of communication. This should not be the standard operation, yet it has been my repeated experience here. As I stated earlier, I understand this is a large-volume service center. However, communication is necessary.

James Mason: Jessica and Edwin were amazing. I spent 8 hours at that dealership test driving and negotiating and they stayed friendly and helpful the entire time. They came up with a deal that worked for me on a new 2023 Rogue, something I didn't believe I could afford when I researched on my own the night before. They were extremely friendly, easy to work with, and I enjoyed the experience. While I wouldn't say they didn't put ANY pressure on me I would say that they were very respectful and any "pressure" they did apply was well within good/tasteful sales tactics such as "you know you like the car whether you buy it today or a month from now". They were by far the best experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. Most other sales people I have dealt with were pushy or arrogant and they were neither. I have only had the car for a week but I love it and as long as the car proves reliable I could see myself buying more Nissans from them in the future.

Alex Dallas: I bought a car online and the salesman and manager did not reveal the true condition of the car. They did not disclose numerous faults that the car had. The car was not as described over the phone and the pictures online were not the same pictures of the car that was delivered. They car was dangerous to even drive and I had to do steering repairs immediately to make it safe. Many parts were rusted and broken and I was very disappointed in the car. The chrome was pitted and paint was foggy and dented. They were not interested in even talking about how to resolve the problems and did not want to talk to me any more and hung up on me on the phone. I will have to resort to an attorney. Do not trust Dean at this dealership to tell you the true condition about the vehicle you are buying. He will tell you what you want to hear and not disclose any of the flaws or Items that need to be repaired. Do not buy a car from this dealer sight unseen because they will cover up the true condition of the car and you will be in for a surprise and have to hire an attorney to take on trying to get some resolution. This was a collector car over $21k and I was told it needed nothing and was in great running order and looked great. I did not expect to be taken for my money from a professional car dealer but apparently they don’t know how to be honest about the condition of a vehicle and are only interested in closing the sale and getting your money. Buyer beware of knowing the true condition of a car you are buying from this dealership.

The SUV was priced $6k over book and when we tried to negotiate he said that's how much he needed for it because he paid too much for it. He told us we could finance 130% of the value and when we asked if there was any wiggle room, he said no and that it could just stay in his $3 million inventory. Dean was absolutely horrible. We would never recommend this place!!

Shakeria Rogers: Customer service was nice. However the vehicle needed an alignment and tire balance. Upon test driving i notified the sales agent and he assured me it had only been on the lot for 14 days and had been fully serviced prior. I returned after a day because the shaking got worse while breaking the sales rep test drove it and claimed there was nothing wrong. So I decided to utilize the 30 day warranty and took it to Firestone and they confirmed my claim. Although the diagnostic, tire balance and alignment were covered, this should not have happened. I do feel taken advantage of as I was told the day I purchased the vehicle I was the only sale of the day, along with other things to make me confident in purchasing that upon doing my own investigation was a lie as well. This isn’t by first buying from Drive Time so i was really disappointed. My first experienced in 2015 from a Virginia branch was nothing short of amazing and that’s the only reason for this two star review.
