Abdullah Waleed: Was here and attended to by a very kind lady at station 03 (H 626) at around 3:30 (I wish I got her name, but hopefully this information is enough to be recognized!). She was very fun and made the state ID process as smooth as possible for my brother and I. I have to take off a star though despite her amazing performance because the wait time is LONG. It took us about 2 hours to be called up. In fairness though, we were doing a walk-in, so beggars can’t be choosers. Besides that, good place!

Sarah Duncan: This was possibly the easiest and fastest DMV experience I have ever had. I did have an appointment which definitely helped as the walk in people had been waiting many hours. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was out 10 minutes after my appointment schedule time. The woman that assisted me was fantastic, personable, and incredibly helpful. I needed both a residency change and a name change and it was handled within minutes. They are booked out for appointments but keep an eye out online. Mine popped up randomly and I was able to schedule it for the next day.

Jas Lyn: The customer service at this location is excellent! The ladies here are friendly and will get you in and out as long as you come with the required documents and a positive attitude. I arrived shortly before 7am and was out by 7:25am for a motorcycle computer test. I had to visit this location on 3 different days this past week to retake an exam and each time the process was smooth and service was impeccable.
Stefanie Sisk: I’ve never exactly gone to the DMV and been thrilled with my experience, but this DMV is rundown, and the staff is all ruder than what I’m used to even in a public services setting.The wait was around two hours, and you have to wait in your car and then the licensing process makes you feel like a you’re inconveniencing them just by being there. I understand that they’re trying to be quick, but they don’t even let you stand up for the photo and the lady at my desk was very curt with me the entire time.they only accept paper copies of proof of license, so you have to fax yours if you don’t have it on hand. I did that, and it apparently did not come through for whatever reason and they told me to come back Monday. All I have left to do is pay them and show my proof of license, no other administrative stuff, and I asked if I would have to do the whole weight process again, and in the least kind tone of voice with a good dash of annoyance, the lady at the front desk told me that yes of course I would be waiting again.If there were other DMV options, I would absolutely never come back to this one. and a minor sidenote, the one bathroom stall they have available for the building had no toilet paper, and the room was rundown and disgusting.

I made sure to get there well ahead of opening for walk-ins, which they took beginning at 7 A.M. The employee who helped me was efficient and polite. Despite my blunder in grabbing my old social security card with my maiden name when I was applying-something I know that perhaps another employee may have turned me away for-the lady took my information and I was in and out in under 15 minutes.If, like me, you can't afford to wait for an appointment two months out this is a great office to utilize. These people have a difficult time dealing with the public and I do appreciate how quickly I was processed. Just make sure you get there by 6 A.M. in order to be at the front of the queue

Love that the people there worked with me and got me in the car and I am extremely grateful.However, let me be brutally blunt, this business has not been very responsible in keeping communication with me. Granted I have no problems calling them, but when it is only a one way street how is that good service? I have called and called and called. It would be nice to receive a call and get information from them without having to pester them.I have received NO updates on any of the tag or registration, no tracking number, no estimated day it should get to our address, nothing. It has been two weeks since my temporary tag has expired. I have now been pulled over TWICE both times I have been given a citation for of which I now have to fight in court. I understand the DMV plays it’s part in headaches but come on… this is unacceptable in my opinion.

Tamika James: Bought car Two months ago and the engine is rattling and crackling. It drove smoothly on the test drive, so they must have put something in it to hide the issues. First three weeks I found out the brakes were completely worn out and needed a caliber. I replaced it all. They prolonged registering the car in my name pass the 30 day temporary tags. Bad engine. Car looks nice and shinny on outside but is a lemon. Do not recommend this place. I will buy a new engine, but please avoid this place. It'll save you the headache.

Ben Bill: I went to the dmv on Friday and lady there told me to come back Saturday to redo my test for my cdl and when we are open at a certain hours and she told me to be here at 10:30, I’ve drove over an hour to get here on Saturday and lady told me we can’t do computer test today. Basically saying my time isn’t worth it and my gas.

Also, beware that there are 2 different locations on Elm Street. One is for license plate related, the other office for IDs. So, don’t get in the wrong line like we did! Lol. Also, if you want a Veteran designation on your ID, bring an original DD214. Copies and VA identification cards will not suffice.

Quinton Blake: The customer service experience at this DMV location leaves a lot to be desired. They work in a small building with roughly half of their staff present at any given time. This pushes wait times to be roughly 2 hours or more especially if you show up after 10am. This forces their customers to often sit and wait outside in the heat or cold. I would strongly recommend finding another DMV in another town if you are looking for quality and timely service.

Crystal Cambisaca: Be aware!!! Terrible business!!! We bought a vehicle from them a few months back and driving home that same day all sorts of lights were flashing on the dash. The vehicle was even jerking all around. We went to them right away and they made a ton of excuses about the “mysterious owner” that you yourself could never talk to. As to why they couldn’t help us with the costs. We brought the vehicle to an actual dealership that gave us an estimate of over $5000 worth of problems that they claim they didn’t know about. They refused to give us not even a dollar for the repairs of the vehicle they gladly took our money for. Be very careful when doing business with them. I am never a complainer and hate to complain but this is bad business and I hope I can save someone else the hassle of doing business with crooked people. They will not help you once you sign the papers.

I also like to add with the limited warranty they provide; I was able to address minor issues with the vehicle and it was handled with no problem. The team went out of there way to make sure I had transportation and put me in a loaner car ( which I heard NEVER happens); so I can make a important meeting. I literally had to beg to get an answer to my question, and Jonathan Gibson, their sales manager, went to great lengths to intimidate me. It was an extremely distressing experience.The situation eventually reached the regional manager of Volkswagen, and with their intervention, I finally managed to secure everything that had been negotiated in the contract. It was a lengthy process, lasting approximately two months, and it took a toll on my nerves.However, I must commend the outstanding service provided by Volkswagen once I contacted them. Their assistance was truly awesome, and they went above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure my satisfaction.Despite my love for my VW, I have no intention of ever setting foot in any Valley Auto World location again.

Sean Osborne: I went to the VW dealership in Fayetteville to get the brakes checked out on my 5 month old VW Jetta, that has 4,900 miles on the car. The brakes are making noise and are not releasing correctly. I also received a letter from VW stating that there was a possibility of issues with the brakes. So I scheduled a appointment and had the brakes looked at. I had to get a rental car as the dealership would not provide a car during this time. The dealership did not change any thing on the car and I was told it was fine. 2 days later the brakes stated making noise again. I will drive to the VW Dealership in Greenville NC, where I bought the car new. So that I can get the car fixed like I asked yhe VW dealership in Fayetteville. Don't take your car to this dealership. Natalie C: We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle back in 2022 and love our Tiguan. The issue I have currently is with the service dept. I took my car in because the Travel Assist alert kept going off at random times. When I took it in I was told that it needed a new sensor and they had ordered it and it should take a week or so to come in and I would be called when it was there. A few weeks went by and I still had not heard so I called the Service Dept and was told it’s still on order but they will keep me updated. I totally understood because I know parts are sometimes hard to get. A couple of months passed and I still had not heard anything so I called again and was told by a young lady that she did not know when the part was coming in and they would call me. Fast forward to the beginning of 2023 (this has been going on since the August/Sept of 2022) I called again to be told oh yeah your part came in and someone notified you and said that you didn’t respond to which I responded no one notified me of anything! I was then told yeah so since we didn’t know who the part belonged to we sent it back! How this is even possible is beyond me because first you said oh we tried to contact you to now we didn’t know who the part belonged to! The part apparently has to be ordered again and no one has any godly idea when it will be here. My last call to the service and parts dept was well I think a dealership in Cary has one so you can try and call and see if they will sell it to you. Why I have to call another dealership to have them sell me the part is beyond me. All I want is my car fixed! It’s a warranty part and this has been going on for way too long.

They had some nice cars on the lot and they have financing options for the ones that need it. When I'm ready for a new car I'm driving back to Eagle Motor's in Fayetteville to purchase my car it's really worth the drive only about 1 hour from Raleigh, NC. They also have a repair shop that they refer you to for any car repairs. Eagle Motor's also work with a company for extended warranties for your car. I was very impressed with this company and the kindness they showed won me over because I love good customer service skills and professionism.

He said it had no engine or transmission problems. On our first drive it appeared to be okay, but when my daughter tried to drive to work, she only made it half way and 4 hours after purchasing the car, we had to have it towed because the transmission was badly broken and now we are looking at $3600 to replace the transmission and Shawn is no longer answering my messages asking them to help us repair the car!! The car has been in the shop for 11 days because I can't get an answer from the Car Exchange about helping us with repair bills and they won't take the car back. So we're stuck with $3600 that my 17 year old can't afford and my husband is a 100% disabled Army veteran and we cannot afford the $3600 on our fixed income. If I could give less than one star I would.

George Walters: I bought a car here a month ago that I was told would be really good. The sales person repeatedly said the company won't sell me a junk car or anything unreliable. I've had to get it jumped twice in the past 3 weeks. Today it stalled out at a light and completely died on me in the middle of turning at an intersection. I was stuck there for about 20 minutes before I was able to get it started again. I tried to call about the issue and was told there was nothing they could do because they don't offer warranties on their vehicles. So they lied about the quality and now I'm paying $12,000 for a car that I can't safely drive.

Tracie Miner: Do not come to this dealership unless you want to waste your time since they do not value customer service and business ethics. We researched online and found a vehicle we liked here and drove from Raleigh to see it in person. The price at first wasn't right for us, so we decided to walk away. A week later, we saw the online price drop, and we were still interested so we reached back out to our sales rep. We came to an agreed number and made a deal. We told the dealership we would come by the next evening to pick up the car and finish the paperwork. Four hours before we planned on picking up the vehicle, we received a text saying someone else put a deposit down on it. This is our first time purchasing a vehicle so we did not know the process, but we would have been happy to put a deposit down if asked. They did not take us seriously as customers probably because we are young and they obviously told the other customer that they had serious buyers lined up since the customer wasn't able to see or pickup the car until a week later. Needless to say, we are very disappointed because we thought we finally found our vehicle and they undercut us and screwed us over. This dealership is the definition of a used car lot and customer service is not a priority for them. I'd rather spend more money on a vehicle than work with them.

The manager called me and stated that as soon as the title came in, he would call me. I GET A TEXT MESSAGE THAT THE CAR WAS SOLD. They have lost a customer. Looking elsewhere. #unprofessional
Matt Allen: Everything was great until the guy who closes you out and does all the paperwork tried harder than I've ever seen anyone try, to sell us extra auto protection on our Honda Odyssey. When we insisted we did not want extra vehicle coverage, he got noticeably angry- saying, "I have mouths to feed." So apparently he was not going to receive a commission off of us and was not happy about it. It was the most ridiculous behavior, and he made my wife feel uncomfortable- so we'll never be back.
juliandavis93: Ok experiences with the salesman prior to my purchase (75% was done online). You're obviously talking to management through email. Received good priced vehicle; I told Bert I wanted no extra services added to purchase (you'll find better rates literally everywhere! Especially Gap!). He had me sign about 5 signatures through pen and paper, then said the others would have to be online so he had to read off the statements. I signed it and found out 20 minutes later he added a warranty on it that I said I didn't want(and wouldn't help at all because manufacturer warranty was valid longer than the one he added). Now they're ignoring my emails and act like I'm a criminal when I walk in.Just make sure you take the Paperwork out and go over it before they stuff it in their envelopes and send you out.
