Taye & Chasity Mcneill: Me and my wife had a date night and decided to stop here we normally do Crab De Jour on Legion road or just cook at home if we want a seafood boil but we were in the area, so 1st the atmosphere was good the music was great but after that everything else was horrible the garlic butter in our bags was bland had no taste they give you two slices of sausage (yes just two slices ) and to top it off there is an upstairs but it was not being used so it wasn't lit i look at the stair case and I see a mouse coming down and he quickly went back up that jus messed up my whole experience and to top it off our bill was 104 dollars for the little bit of food we received and I don't mind paying but give me my moneys worth .

I gave 3 due to the fact that one of my friend’s food came out almost 20 minutes after everyone else’s then the person we were celebrating left their cards on the table. When the restaurant was contacted not even 6 minutes later they were informed that they had been thrown away. ☹️

Our server's name was Frankie, and she was amazing.. she was very friendly, made some pretty funny jokes with the kids and they loved her.. she was also very informative and knowledgeable of the menu and made some great suggestions that we wound up getting and enjoyed very much! Tamara Moore: Today was suppose to be a special day for my cousin a high school graduate. She chose Bonefish grill for her graduation dinner. What was suppose to be a memorable occasion turned out not to be so memorable. This is something she will remember for a long time. Our waitress name was Helen. We had a party of 15 we ordered appetizers and our meals at 6:20 pm. At 6:50 we still did not receive our appetizers. When asked how long on the appetizers we were told by our waitress she will check on it. It’s now 7:00 so 10 minutes went passed and we did not see or hear from our waitress. She finally came over, it’s now 7:05 only to tell us there was technical difficulties with our appetizer order and the order did not go through, but our main dishes was received. By this time we were frustrated and wondering why we waited so long for appetizers only to find out the order was not placed. Some of the members of the party were frustrated and wanted answers to why everyone around us was receiving food but we were not. The waitress became upset and said she was not going to argue and we asked for another waitress. The manager came over and tried to explain to us that it was his fault and he tried to apologize but he was talking so low we could barely understand what he was saying. The waitress kept refilling our drinks and trying not to give eye contact. We asked again how long will the food take because if the food was not here in 5 mins we are going to leave. She mentioned she was checking on our food and the cooks were saying she was rushing them. We ended up leaving without any food.The final straw was at 7:40pm our party of 15 had not received any food so we politely walked out with no remarks to our group from the manager! Appetizers did finally come before we left, two of our guest received their appetizers at 7:15 pm but others did not receive any food. We did ask if we needed to pay for the 2 appetizers that were delivered and our drinks as we waited and the manager response was no! Such a beautiful celebration turned into a nightmare!

Kim Geer: Had a 5:30 pm reservation and weren't seated until 6:05. Taking my elderly mother out for Mother’s Day dinner (the night before). I don't mind waiting when I don't have a reservation, but don't offer that option if you can't honor it. I understand it, gets busy, but every 10 minutes we were told "just 5-10 minutes", which was obviously not the case. The hostess avted "huffy" and even said "well its not my fault people take their time eating". Very true. But this wasnt opening night. You should know your typical stats. People who came in behind us were told the same thing. Be honest. It goes farther. Once seated we had a nice server who was overloaded but he was pleasant. However when the food came, it was literally barely warm, much less hot. Some things are tolerable this way but not seafood. Not Mac and cheese or potatoes. We ate a few bites and took the rest home to reheat. With a bill well over $100 for 3 ppl, there should've been a bright spot. There was none. Won't go back at least not to this location.

Zakiya Rush: I ordered trout fish grilled and Brussel sprouts. Spend $40 on the meal.. The fish was unseasoned.. literally no salt or nothing on it besides pepper ( nasty) and my brussel sprouts were burnt. Wasted money. Tried to put some salt or something on the fish to make it taste better.

They knew we had a group of 30+ planned months in advance. There was 1 waitress taking orders and bartering at the same time. There was no clean silverware. Then, added to the bill. Elaine Martin: I got a crabcake from here. Before purchasing I asked was it lump meat. The gentleman who works behind the cashier register says it's crab meat. I asked I know but lump or back fin. He said it's regular crab meat. I asked about the steam bag and made a purchase of both items. The steam bag I got was shrimp and it was overcooked. The crabcake was claw meat and a lot of shell. Lol Tyrone has always been cool and kind and we always engage in great conversations when it’s not extremely busy there. He has a great heart for people and the community. I read some folks negative comments up here and it bothered me. I don’t know who they’re talking about. But the good comments outweigh the negative ones. If you come to steamers enough, you’ll know how he talks and interacts with people. He’s from NY my Goodness!! I know I wouldn’t be kissing no one’s tale either when I’m trying to work lol.🤷🏽‍♀️ I think his personality is great. Never has changed since I met him….And the food!!!! 😩 My goodness! We paid $78 for 2 Bar Harbor Lobster Bake and was complete and uther disappointment! We expected better quality for $78!.I definitely don't recommend it!!!

Bi Rr: 4th visit - Consistent all around now. Kelly was really on point.3rd visit - Met my five star approval. Have really upped the ante. Love all the covid measures. Encountered several professional staff members. New menu items were really on point. Slowly prepared well cooked food. Kayla was yet another great server. I do suggest changing the music.2nd visit - Much better experience! John M. was a fantastic server and on point from start to finish. Food was fast again, but no complaints because it was prepared well. Everything was tasty. Job well done. Thanks!1st visit - Epic fail. Kitchen rushed and overcooked our food. Not sure how that's possible. Hannah's great service was the only highlight.

The Ruthless Vato (The Ruthless Vato): Went to try to enjoy the all you can eat shrimp... it never happened due to out waiter having "a 12 top in the back" !!! We got a table and it took roughly 20 minutes to get the first set of shrimp... then nearly an hour before the second order was brought out. We were constantly being told "it's on its way" "it will be right out" and then when it did come out, only one scampi came. The other was "on its way". Needless to say we ended up speaking with the manager and still tipped the waiter.Note to people in the waiter/service industry... STOP TREATING PEOPLE AS IF THEY WONT TIP!
