Victory Packaging has gone dow hill in quality and customer service in the last few years. What a shame.

Michaela Sampson: Edit to add: The package was received empty. The manager has not been of any service since I made him aware of this. I fully believe he is partially responsible for this or knows exactly what happened to this package. I gave him the benefit of the doubt against my better judgement. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!I shipped out an expensive item from this place and it seemingly got lost in transit. I called and spoke with who I'm assuming is the manager, even though the situation was out of his hands, he was so helpful and so nice. He answered every time I called and was patient with me and answered my many questions. He also called me back as soon as the package was found and updated in the USPS system.
Jonathan Cunningham: If I could leave -0 stars I would, does not except UPS Amazon returns. Today the short bald man behind the counter conveyed this to me in the most unprofessional way. The location on Gillis Hill in the Walmart plaza accepts all. And the customer service is always great. I will go out of my way to never patronize this business again.

Luis F Garcia Rivera: A couple of days ago I walked into this shop and was waiting for his service because he was with two other people while working with the two people he asked what I wanted I told tell him I wanted one copy of the page I had the man told me to proceed to the computer and print out the paper there since he was busy. When I asked him how much I owe him he told me I owe him $2, when I told him that that price was a bit extreme he told me you made a copy on the computer, I told him you told me to make the copy in the computer, then he proceeded towards the shredder and I asked him what are you doing ? and he told me I'm shredding the paper since you are complaining about the price. Since I was in desperate need of this copy I paid the $2 but will never go to his shop simply because the way he handled the situation and for him trying to rip me off. Now that I see the reviews on this store and his rating I understand why. I've never experienced someone doing such a thing and simply being so rude.

Vince GUNTER: The owner is very helpful and very professional. It is disheartening to see people refuse to follow NC Guideline during this COVID 19. He is doing his part recognizing the safety of all patrons even those some people feel they are above the requirement and try to defy the requirement to wear a mask. The warning is clearly posted on the door as he has taken an effect to let patrons know of mandatory requirement to use the facility. The service you get there is well worth having. I always recommend people to use this establishment for all your mailing needs along with the Notary service .

The sheer number of poor reviews graphically outweighing the positive ones is very telling....🤔Facts don't lie.I hope the owner reads and takes to heart ALL of the feedback enough to change his way of conducting business...before he goes out of business😳

Amanda Pellegrino: I rented a P.O. Box, and found out the same day that I was able to get a free one on base. I went back a few hours later and tired to get a refund. The employee “taking care” of the issue gave nothing but attitude when explaining why they couldn’t give me a refund. All I say is, at least explain to the customer the refund/return policy when purchasing something like this. Super dissatisfied.

Travis York: I’m not really a fan of leaving negative reviews about places and this is more directed to ups than the individual store. I brought in a bat to get shipped off and paid extra because they put it in a round tube instead of the triangle box they normally ship it in ($38.89 instead of $12-14). No big deal it looked more sturdy so I figured it would just have extra protection. So about a week goes by and I start wondering why I haven’t received word the bats been delivered yet. So I call to find out it was delivered “damaged” but really comes to find out it never made it there because it busted out the tube they shipped it in. So i called the store informed them about the situation and they said I would get a full refund of the bat $300 plus the shipping cost $38.89 but it can take awhile to process. So I said ok cool at least the are taking care of it. So I come to pick up my check today almost 2 months later and guess how much it was for. $138.89 lol what a joke. That’s not even worth the time I had to spend tracking down everything that happened to find answers. Everyone makes mistakes in life and that’s fine just do what’s right and take care of your customers when you mess up. Is that really too much to ask for.

rayising: I see im not the only one who has a problem with the old lady ms dee I went to get something notarized not only was she calling me a whole different name than what was obviously on the paper she was trying to correct how my notary instructor who has been a notary over 20 years and literally taught over 10,000 students had me fill out my form and made me mess up a letter than says with an attitude "you dont know how to spell your name?" she doesn't know the difference between a full legal name and a commissioned name and no you dont have to make your signature EXACTLY like your license as she tried to tell me and was WRONG about they will know its the person when they recieve the application thats why her job is not an instructor then says she wasn't notarizing so I went to a different notary and called the secretary of state office they both said put a line across your mistake and just write it again SIMPLE. She was obviously commissioned to notarize in the year 1910 its time for her to retire this is a young person game now. I was being nice, one day she's going to have an attitude with the wrong person and it wont be pretty for her. l feel sorry her.

Now I have to sort through legal issues due to their nonchalant approach to returned packages. Just go somewhere else and save yourself. I was told they are short-staffed and busy. FedEx Office Print & Ship Center: what do users think?
Lesley Perez: If you’re returning a package and use this location, don’t use the drop box. Wait in the line and get your box weighed. We went through a nightmare to get a refund for a phone we returned because the box arrived empty to the manufacture and video clearly showed the box was tampered with. The weight was 1 lb when we weighed it at home but after being scanned into FedEx when it left that location the box read 0 lbs. We followed instructions by the manufacturer and filed a police report only to find out that because the phone was “lost” at FedEx, FedEx was the one who needed to file the police report for any type of investigation and when I approached FedEx about it, they were less than helpful and wouldn’t file the report and told me that without a court order or subpoena I could not see any video surveillance. The manager said no one there would steal because they’ve all worked there for years.. well first, that’s a weak justification. Long term employment doesn’t mean theft could not be happening. They were more defensive than helpful. No apologies or empathy, just defensive. Now, I'm not saying don’t go here but I personally will never use their location again. My advice to anyone is don’t use the drop box, and coming from a lesson learned; take a video and pictures of what you’re shipping in the box and while taping it up and make sure any shipment label shows the weight of the package! Our return was stolen somewhere from the point of drop off or in transit and it took us over a month of back and forth with the manufacturer, corporate FedEx, the police, reporting the phone’s IMEI as stolen, and finally the BBB to help escalate to finally get our return accepted and a refund.. and closure. Worse experience ever and want others to not have to go through what we went through.

Savannah Mcclung: i don’t leave reviews very often, but this place definitely deserves it. I’ve done things from just printing papers off, to shipping things out and all of my experiences have been great. I’m ALWAYS greeted with kindness and a smile. Every staff I have spoke to and that has helped me has been extremely helpful, informative, and kind at this location.They work diligently and I’m not sure if they deliver my packages that I order as well but I have never had a problem with it so If they do then there’s that. Definitely my staple location for anything shipping/printing!

SunShine Johnston: This fedex has a variety of items to fit your packing needs. This location also takes return products from Att. They were a little busy, but the manager assured us they would help as soon as a station was open. Customer service was friendly and I would recommend.
Kimberly D Valmores: Fast, easy and reliable. I went in this morning to ship computer equipment to a company I used to work for, and I didn't even have boxes either - but once I came in, one of the employees helped me wheel in a heavy computer monitor and then assured me that the FedEx staff would focus on packaging all of that equipment for me. Another employee then made sure I got the cheapest payment option since my former company didn't offer to pay shipping costs. Good service, thanks everyone.

Sun Ivy: Went there twice the past week. One for overnight shipping and one for printing, the staff is so nice and helpful there. Give a shout to the guy who helped me ship my documents and another shout to the guy who helped me print out my document ( only one page but he patiently waited more than 10mins to receive my email )! Amanda Lynn: Fedex is such a terrible company. My package has been sitting on their truck for 5 days and this is NOT the first time this has happened. Even worse is that THEY DO NOT CARE. There is no way to address this issue and customer service is a joke.

Amanda Hails: Oh multiple occasions have Fedex drivers not delivered my packages for 3-5 business days, and instead for those 3-5 business days my packages have sat in their trucks. At first they would mark that they had tried to deliver the package, which was a lie as I work from home and no one tried to deliver a package. And now they are just driving by my house and marking that the package is operationally delayed. This has happened 5-6 times and their customer support system is not helpful in the least. Fedex drivers seem to be able to do what they please with packages and it has gotten to the point that I do not wish to buy from any company that ships with Fedex.
Fail Forward: Absolutely zero professionalism at this location. This location has been closed without notice, no warning, but is still sending out notifications that packages can be picked up at this location. When you call into Fedex customer service, they don't even know what is going on. There appears to be huge lack of communication going on within the organization and I have been attempting to recover a package for the past several days. First we were told that the location would be open on Wednesday, then Thursday, but actual Fedex HQ has no idea why the location is closed or when it will be open. Their answer is to "keep calling every day to check to see if it is opened" Yet notifications are still being sent saying that your package will only be held at the location for a certain period of time. I never thought I would see the day when the USPS would operate more efficiently than a privately run delivery service, but well done Fedex you've achieved the unachievable. I will not be using Fedex as a result of this experience.
