Living Balance Studios: what do users think?
Tosca Wilson: I was in town visiting family. I wanted a place to practice during my visit and found Living Balance. My first class I was greeted by Callie. She was warm and welcoming. Attended one other class during my stay. That class was equally restorative. Wonderful experience all around!
Linda Gracellyn O'Roark Holbrook: I just love the place! Everyone is so friendly.do wish they would bring back the hot holds class though, but all the classes and people are amazing.
Symone Collins: Amazing atmosphere. Lovely instructor. Felt completely comfortable and loved being corrected into proper positions. I will be back!!
Lisa Elliott: Great space! Great teacher! Clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.
Kim Pryzgoda: Love Vicky! She always varies the practice according to what participants need. She is very knowledgeable about yoga. I always leave her practice feeling better than when I came in.
Jade Brooks: I did hot yoga with.. Kali? (sp) . The class was engaging and I released some stress I had pinned up from the week. The instructor did a great job of showing the class what to do and being supportive with guidance. I look forward to returning when I visit Fayetteville.
Lindsey Somos: Great studio, intense heat and fun flows.
Mella Green: This has been one of the best experiences of self care that I have chosen to do for myself and this pregnancy journey. I would recommend anyone, pregnant or not, to do yoga and it’s so affordable as well.
Rosa Gregory: I enjoy everything about this studio. Everyone I've come across is kind and helpful. I've tried several instructors on Sunday and they are all great in their own ways. Haven't been disappointed with any of my classes. Although I will say I wish I could make it to more Britany and Lauren classes.
Blair McDonald: All the instructors are very knowledgeable! I have tried many different classes at this studio and enjoyed all of them and the teachers
Carrie Shields: 🔥UPDATE-🧘🏾‍♀️March'23❤️2 mo. later-Still 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I am NOT into yoga. Hot, room temp, cold, tepid. Nope. However, I needed SOMETHING to help me with my neck, my back, and my knee while referrals, scheduling, and conservative treatments were processing. Enter Living Balance Studios via my Mind Body app. I opted to try a free class. Game changer! Hot yoga is as unique an experience as each of the individuals on the mats. Flow your own way from start to finish and WOW in one class I could feel a difference. I could move without grimacing in pain. Yes, others were doing a downward facing dog and I possibly did some broken squatty puppy (not an actual move...yet) BUT I showed up and sweated and stayed the entire time! I'm not physically healed, but I found a healthy way to feel okay for days at a time. Also, I'm having a BLAST! It's fun, it's personal, it's physically and mentally demanding, it's quiet comradery with your mat neighbor, and it's pure achievement EARNING THE CHILLED TOWEL during your savasana (mmmmhmmm you know the lay down, freestyle pose)! The only topic that can top the class environment, cleanliness of the studio, and how great it always smells is the ease of connection with CALLIE FARMER, the yoga teacher. She's a gem! It took one class of hers to get me to reconsider my views on the art. I really enjoy the way I feel from taking the classes weekly. Saturday mornings set me up physically, mentally, and emotionally for the days ahead. When I'm sweating, stretching, squeezing, reaching, breathing, and flowing...it all just pivots into the week where I've been able to use hot yoga perspective outside the studio. I give the studio and Callie 5 stars because it turns out I needed perspective. So...actually I AM into yoga BUT!!!!!! just hot yoga.1st Review: Easy location, warm greeting, exactly what you'd expect from a hot yoga class. Met my needs perfectly and plan to visit again. **January 2023**
Autumn Crowe: The environment is very welcoming, comfortable, encouraging, and clean. I definitely recommend giving this studio a try! I've participated in Jessica's hot yoga class and Vicky's feel good yoga and they were both so amazing! I will definitely be attending weekly now!
Mecha Hutchinson: Peaceful calm environment with knowledgeable instructors.
Lorin Elise: Truthfully, I was on the fence about renewing our class package at Living Balance until Michelle took over my regular class. She is fantastic! Personable, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate. We will be staying.
emily willis: The instructor was great and it was a very relaxing experience
Natalie Higby: Great hot yoga studio with a fantastic dessert cold towel (with lavender) at the end that is AMAZING!
Nathan Gordon: Great studio in Fayetteville! The space is amazing and Ashley provided such an amazing hot flow sequence. Will return!!!
Bailey Smith: I love classes with Lindsey! She's not only helped with my physical health but also my mental health!
kelly Brooks: Excellent first time yoga experience! And the instructor was wonderful!
Just Jenna: Clean studio. Class was really full(Happy New Year)instructor Tara didn't do any floor work in the hot yoga class. Also was very loud instruction(she has a big voice) overall okay. I bought a series so will try other instructors
Taylor Godbold: Very relaxing hot yoga! Great workout for experienced or beginners! The studio itself is very welcoming.

HOTWORX- Fayetteville, NC (Freedom Town Center): what do users think?
Lynn: Zero stars. Kristen the GM is terrible and is not willing to solve any issues. My granddaughter and I joined in 9/21 and canceled in 12/21. all was fine with no billings then in 10/22 they charged my account $590 for my account and $390 for my granddaughters. Past dues???I was told there was no cancelation letter in my file. Seriously I was not billed for months because I canceled. The letter which is not in my file is between them and who has access to their system.I filed a complaint with BBB.
Rachael Stude: The management here is atrocious, specifically a girl named Kristen. I’ve seen high schoolers that are more professional and I will be seeking a new establishment. Do better.
Allison Sporkman: I love Hotworx! The workouts are challenging, but so fun! I love the variety of workouts Hotworx has to offer. It’s great to go with a friend.
Joshua: I would give zero stars if I could. Without going into too much detail, I’ll just say the only thing I’ve gotten out of this gym is uncomfortable experiences. They let me try a class for free and it went well so I got a membership. All down hill from there. 9/10 whoever is working is on a cell phone acting like me simply being there is an annoyance. Most of the time one or two of the saunas aren’t working. While packing my gym bag I overheard the girls at the front desk saying incredibly disrespectful things about our military and that was enough for me. I won’t support a business that doesn’t support me. I’ll be going to the Southern Pines location from now on.
TanTanTheG: Decided to try this place cause I heard all the good things about it and wanted to give it a try. The lady at the front was kind of rude and acted as if I was such an inconvenience being in there. I think her name is Kristen. I was really disappointed because I thought it was going to be relaxing and all I could hear was her vacuuming. Once I got done with my workout I tried to ask her a couple of questions and she was on her phone the whole time and had me repeat myself a million times. I definitely will not be back to this location.
Elizabeth: I don’t usually leave reviews but I just couldn’t leave this unsaid. I made an appointment to go in and try the facility before signing up for a membership. The appointment was at 1, and I was told to arrive early so I got there 10 minutes before. The door was locked and I waited outside for about 5 minutes calling to let them know I was there, I was about to just leave but someone who was already a member let me inside. Then I sat in the front area for about another 5 minutes and a lady finally came to check me in. It was well past 1 at this point and I tried to sign everything fast so I could get started and she insisted on showing me everything in the building before I started the workout, even after I asked if I could do that after the class, and the lady (name was Kristen I believe) says she’ll just “put me in the next class”, without even asking me. I was on a schedule and did not have time to wait for the next class, I showed up early and everything and I’m extremely annoyed that she wasted my time like that.
Hannah Fairfield: I absolutely love the variety of classes, flexibility of time, and how clean the facility is. The workers are all friendly and helpful too. The only thing I would change is the size of the saunas. I’m 5’11” and have a hard time comfortably doing simple poses such as a sun salutation when standing or a cobra when laying down. Everything else about Hotworx is wonderful.
Nancy Harris: Professional, welcoming staff. Gym is super clean and the workouts are really good!
Raychel Carpenter: Nice small facility .. intimate but private. Very clean and the staff are sweet ❤️
Alexandra Bacon: Positive:Communication,ProfessionalismGreat gym. Friendly staff, clean facility, and your own workout space.
DJ Shortt: Don’t appreciate the hidden cancellation fee of $99
Drone Gypsy: Critical:ProfessionalismWasn't greeted upon entry.worked out w/friend but space is extremely tight for 2 and best if shorter than 5'5 as I'm 5'6 & didn't have room to fully extend for exercise
Nicole Wilson: The staff is amazing the facility is spotless as well as the workouts and plans are Rewarding. Hands down one of the Best gyms i have ever been to💕
Arien Stebbins: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
chris sibley: Positive:ProfessionalismAwesome friendly staff. Convenience and cleanliness is exceptional. The variety of programs keeps the motivation, interest, and encouragement high.
Heidi M: Positive:ProfessionalismI've been really impressed with the classes available, cleanliness and professional staff at this location. I couldn't ask for a better workout!
jeni adkins: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThis is the only workout I actually look forward to!! I love this place so much!! The workouts are perfectly timed and super effective!!! Member for life!!
Wendy Merritt: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityLove the variety of workouts, the recovery benefits of the infrared, and 24 hour access! Always plenty of time and options to get it done!
Cheyenne S Johnson: I absolutely loveeee going to hotworx. I just recently got my membership, and have been going every single day. Before COVID I was going to a regular gym that offered fitness classes, and they were fun to go to but I didn’t see the results as much as I do at this fitness center. Combing the infrared heat with a workout truly leaves your body feeling rejuvenated. I always leave feeling so good about myself from the accomplishment of getting my workout in for the day. I highly recommend going to this fitness center, it’s definitely worth the money!!
MacKenzie Foster: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityStaff are friendly, professional, and very helpful with anything I need. Highly recommend!
Lorine Neale: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI've been coming about 3 weeks and I love it. Cycling and Blast been my favorite so far but I'm looking forward to trying the other classes. Love it!

Guiding Wellness Institute: what do users think?
Billy: This was my first time using an immersion therapy pool and the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff assisted through each step of the process. This was an excellent place to be introduced to the process.
Judy Gordon: Such wonderful people. I visited for a Rolfing Massage with Mike and he is amazing. Stayed for the chair yoga class with Mimi which is always good. What a great way to start my Day.
Anne Lee: Guiding Wellness offers so many individualized and group services to help you keep a more balanced and healthy life. My very favorite place to go where everyone truly cares for your health and well-being!
Anju Gurung: GW is by far the best Yoga studio ever. Me and my brother love to come here for yoga sessions and massages.Mimi is a sweetheart and very skilled at what she does. She always listens to her client’s concerns & requests, goes above & beyond to make your yoga sessions very therapeutic.Another big shoutout to Alexis, the massage therapist at Guiding Wellness. She’s phenomenal and very good at her work. Thank you guys so much !!
L R: I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is so relaxing and feels like home. It’s also decorated beautifully. I’ve had the 2 massages and flotation therapy so far and both have been amazing. I highly recommend this establishment and I can’t wait to come back to try more services.
Melanie Shorter: My massage by Alexis Jarvis was heavenly. She really knows what she is doing. The space is absolutely peaceful and the staff is friendly and caring.
Lorna Ricotta: Coral Esparza is a gifted massage therapist. She has helped relieve my back pain. Guiding Wellness offers a welcoming, clean, safe space to focus on wellness. I appreciate the mindfulness of details, treatments, policies, trainings, and the atmosphere.
Richard Kaplan: This ROLFing technique is AMAZING!!!! I have tried many many different holistic approaches to healing my 44y/o body and this has been the one with the best results
Meghan Sikes: I saw Mike for Rolfing. I did the 10 session series and have waited until the end to leave a review. What prompted me to look into Rolfing was the dead end that typical medical practice brings you to when you’re in my boat: bulging disc in lumbar spine, too young and not bad enough for surgery but too interested in weightlifting and health/wellness to accept the “you can have this drug and if that doesn’t work we can inject this drug. Neither will heal you.”I had already done a round of physical therapy with a sports PT (I certainly learned some helpful things in regards to lifting but my underlying spinal issues were not resolved.) Someone mentioned myofascial release to me and my search for someone local led me to find Freedom Rolfing online and get set up at the GWI for some Rolfing sessions. Now I did my research first and was bummed to not see many reviews specific to Rolfing so I’m determined to make mine helpful! Something I noticed while searching through Reddit threads was that reviews about Rolfing were very polarized, with some people saying it’s a total scam and others saying it helped them so much. The more I read the more I realized the ones calling it a scam hadn’t actually experienced it themselves and all seemed to be referencing the same wiki article….interesting. But I did find many a sufferer of bulging discs or spinal issues sharing that it had helped them. I’m happy to be one of those people.Spinal issues heal slowly and mine is maybe slower because I’m always testing my limits. My spine is not healed, but it does feel on its way. Each session was very fascinating to me and it was so cool to actually feel the difference when a creak or pop disappeared, or range of motion opened up, or my body felt lengthened in ways….I feel more comfortable in my body. More aware of my internal structure and how it all works together (or against itself). My body feels like it moves more harmoniously. It’s hard to explain and describe without writing a novel, but if you’re desperate for something and other approaches aren’t working….what’s to lose? My theory was that I’ll pay for my back issues in one way or another. I’d rather pay by laying on a table and letting my fascia and CNS get worked on than by being in a drugged stupor and unable to lift weight. Also, the staff at GWI are all very kind, the atmosphere is warm, and Mike is a very knowledgeable, pleasant, and friendly person.
Kate Colonna: Walking in I felt like I was home! The way Guiding Wellness is set up just exudes peaceful and welcoming energy. I truly felt lighter just stepping into the atmosphere. Julia, who was working the front desk, was a beautiful soul! She took the time to give me a full tour, answer any and all questions I had (there were a lot) and just take some time to get to know me in general. She gave detailed instructions on how to best utilize the float service and was patient when I asked for further instruction. I decided to become a member and even sign up for a day retreat and I CANNOT wait to go back and enjoy all Guiding Wellness has to offer!
Kelsey Budge: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI felt so welcomed and supported! I absolutely loved the whole experience! The flotation suite was beautiful and I had such a fun, yet calming time while floating. After getting out, I noticed my muscles had relaxed so much that I could feel the weight of my bones and support of my skeletal system! So cool! Can’t wait to go back!!
Lindsey Paredes: Lindsey Lawrence is a great hot yoga instructor. Her tempo allows for yogis of all skill set to partake in her class at their own pace.
Lise Glazier: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityStaff is welcoming, making me feel most comfortable. Aura is embracing.
Blandina Peterson: Kelsy is truly amazing, caring, perceptive, understanding, and very supportive. Her plethora of knowledge along with her vast clinical experience in wellness, mindfulness, creating balance, yoga and so much more is leading to making my best life even better! I know she is helping others improve their best lives too because I can see it in their smiles, which is a reflection of her bright, radiant, contagious smile she always has. Thanks so much Kelsy for all you do!
Rich S: Extremely polite and professional staff. Did a 60 minute float session and received a short tour of the facility. Would highly recommend.
Ellen Brooks: Every member of the Guiding Wellness team is a professional, a friend, a listener, a guide in some way. Every service is done with thorough care and passion. Kelsy’s vision permeates every aspect of this wellness home. Try Stephanie for an amazing tissue massage. Try floating, tai chi, yoga at any level, life coaching. Try anything and/or just go visit. You will be transformed.
Nikki Prentice: I've been going here for a few times now. Everything about this place is simply amazing..the staff is always smiling and inviting..Yesterday I received a Therapeutic Massage from Ms. Coral...and let's just say...she will see more of me...I highly recommend this place..also they have yoga classes, a Therapeutic Float Tank, Facials, Nutritional needs, personal coaching...and so much more..They are entuned with the community and the Veterans that live in the community 😀
Loud for stroud: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThis is the best holistic approach in the area very informative very understanding and very conscious of which route to take to better someone’s health I’m glad I chose you guys looking forward to the journey
Alejandro Godinez: Guiding Wellness has many services, all done with high quality and lots of understanding about the community it serves. There are many things I like about this space and the people who work and reside there. It's welcoming, encouraging to newcomers and experienced practitioners alike. The classes have a communal feel to them, as I have always been greeted by at least three staff members every visit, and that's beside the class instructor. Wellness depends on community. And that is what stands out about GW. Its dedication to karmic action through sangha: nourishing clients with a welcoming, genuinely compassionate approach in the spirit of communal health. This is a great place for anyone looking to practice, for self-care, wellness education, certification for teaching yoga and meditation from a therapeutic approach. It's a place you find necessary to frequent to help you cultivate wellness. Find out for yourself.
LISA POWELL: Guiding Wellness is a wonderful place to get information, knowledge and improved health. Kelsy will answer any question you have and give you the back up research so you can understand why an issue should be treated in a specific manner. I highly recommend Guiding Wellness.
