Living Balance Studios: what do users think?
Tosca Wilson: I was in town visiting family. I wanted a place to practice during my visit and found Living Balance. My first class I was greeted by Callie. She was warm and welcoming. Attended one other class during my stay. That class was equally restorative. Wonderful experience all around!
Linda Gracellyn O'Roark Holbrook: I just love the place! Everyone is so friendly.do wish they would bring back the hot holds class though, but all the classes and people are amazing.
Symone Collins: Amazing atmosphere. Lovely instructor. Felt completely comfortable and loved being corrected into proper positions. I will be back!!
Lisa Elliott: Great space! Great teacher! Clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.
Kim Pryzgoda: Love Vicky! She always varies the practice according to what participants need. She is very knowledgeable about yoga. I always leave her practice feeling better than when I came in.
Jade Brooks: I did hot yoga with.. Kali? (sp) . The class was engaging and I released some stress I had pinned up from the week. The instructor did a great job of showing the class what to do and being supportive with guidance. I look forward to returning when I visit Fayetteville.
Lindsey Somos: Great studio, intense heat and fun flows.
Mella Green: This has been one of the best experiences of self care that I have chosen to do for myself and this pregnancy journey. I would recommend anyone, pregnant or not, to do yoga and it’s so affordable as well.
Rosa Gregory: I enjoy everything about this studio. Everyone I've come across is kind and helpful. I've tried several instructors on Sunday and they are all great in their own ways. Haven't been disappointed with any of my classes. Although I will say I wish I could make it to more Britany and Lauren classes.
Blair McDonald: All the instructors are very knowledgeable! I have tried many different classes at this studio and enjoyed all of them and the teachers
Carrie Shields: 🔥UPDATE-🧘🏾‍♀️March'23❤️2 mo. later-Still 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I am NOT into yoga. Hot, room temp, cold, tepid. Nope. However, I needed SOMETHING to help me with my neck, my back, and my knee while referrals, scheduling, and conservative treatments were processing. Enter Living Balance Studios via my Mind Body app. I opted to try a free class. Game changer! Hot yoga is as unique an experience as each of the individuals on the mats. Flow your own way from start to finish and WOW in one class I could feel a difference. I could move without grimacing in pain. Yes, others were doing a downward facing dog and I possibly did some broken squatty puppy (not an actual move...yet) BUT I showed up and sweated and stayed the entire time! I'm not physically healed, but I found a healthy way to feel okay for days at a time. Also, I'm having a BLAST! It's fun, it's personal, it's physically and mentally demanding, it's quiet comradery with your mat neighbor, and it's pure achievement EARNING THE CHILLED TOWEL during your savasana (mmmmhmmm you know the lay down, freestyle pose)! The only topic that can top the class environment, cleanliness of the studio, and how great it always smells is the ease of connection with CALLIE FARMER, the yoga teacher. She's a gem! It took one class of hers to get me to reconsider my views on the art. I really enjoy the way I feel from taking the classes weekly. Saturday mornings set me up physically, mentally, and emotionally for the days ahead. When I'm sweating, stretching, squeezing, reaching, breathing, and flowing...it all just pivots into the week where I've been able to use hot yoga perspective outside the studio. I give the studio and Callie 5 stars because it turns out I needed perspective. So...actually I AM into yoga BUT!!!!!! just hot yoga.1st Review: Easy location, warm greeting, exactly what you'd expect from a hot yoga class. Met my needs perfectly and plan to visit again. **January 2023**
Autumn Crowe: The environment is very welcoming, comfortable, encouraging, and clean. I definitely recommend giving this studio a try! I've participated in Jessica's hot yoga class and Vicky's feel good yoga and they were both so amazing! I will definitely be attending weekly now!
Mecha Hutchinson: Peaceful calm environment with knowledgeable instructors.
Lorin Elise: Truthfully, I was on the fence about renewing our class package at Living Balance until Michelle took over my regular class. She is fantastic! Personable, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate. We will be staying.
emily willis: The instructor was great and it was a very relaxing experience
Natalie Higby: Great hot yoga studio with a fantastic dessert cold towel (with lavender) at the end that is AMAZING!
Nathan Gordon: Great studio in Fayetteville! The space is amazing and Ashley provided such an amazing hot flow sequence. Will return!!!
Bailey Smith: I love classes with Lindsey! She's not only helped with my physical health but also my mental health!
kelly Brooks: Excellent first time yoga experience! And the instructor was wonderful!
Just Jenna: Clean studio. Class was really full(Happy New Year)instructor Tara didn't do any floor work in the hot yoga class. Also was very loud instruction(she has a big voice) overall okay. I bought a series so will try other instructors
Taylor Godbold: Very relaxing hot yoga! Great workout for experienced or beginners! The studio itself is very welcoming.

HOTWORX- Fayetteville, NC (Freedom Town Center): what do users think?
Lynn: Zero stars. Kristen the GM is terrible and is not willing to solve any issues. My granddaughter and I joined in 9/21 and canceled in 12/21. all was fine with no billings then in 10/22 they charged my account $590 for my account and $390 for my granddaughters. Past dues???I was told there was no cancelation letter in my file. Seriously I was not billed for months because I canceled. The letter which is not in my file is between them and who has access to their system.I filed a complaint with BBB.
Rachael Stude: The management here is atrocious, specifically a girl named Kristen. I’ve seen high schoolers that are more professional and I will be seeking a new establishment. Do better.
Allison Sporkman: I love Hotworx! The workouts are challenging, but so fun! I love the variety of workouts Hotworx has to offer. It’s great to go with a friend.
Joshua: I would give zero stars if I could. Without going into too much detail, I’ll just say the only thing I’ve gotten out of this gym is uncomfortable experiences. They let me try a class for free and it went well so I got a membership. All down hill from there. 9/10 whoever is working is on a cell phone acting like me simply being there is an annoyance. Most of the time one or two of the saunas aren’t working. While packing my gym bag I overheard the girls at the front desk saying incredibly disrespectful things about our military and that was enough for me. I won’t support a business that doesn’t support me. I’ll be going to the Southern Pines location from now on.
TanTanTheG: Decided to try this place cause I heard all the good things about it and wanted to give it a try. The lady at the front was kind of rude and acted as if I was such an inconvenience being in there. I think her name is Kristen. I was really disappointed because I thought it was going to be relaxing and all I could hear was her vacuuming. Once I got done with my workout I tried to ask her a couple of questions and she was on her phone the whole time and had me repeat myself a million times. I definitely will not be back to this location.
Elizabeth: I don’t usually leave reviews but I just couldn’t leave this unsaid. I made an appointment to go in and try the facility before signing up for a membership. The appointment was at 1, and I was told to arrive early so I got there 10 minutes before. The door was locked and I waited outside for about 5 minutes calling to let them know I was there, I was about to just leave but someone who was already a member let me inside. Then I sat in the front area for about another 5 minutes and a lady finally came to check me in. It was well past 1 at this point and I tried to sign everything fast so I could get started and she insisted on showing me everything in the building before I started the workout, even after I asked if I could do that after the class, and the lady (name was Kristen I believe) says she’ll just “put me in the next class”, without even asking me. I was on a schedule and did not have time to wait for the next class, I showed up early and everything and I’m extremely annoyed that she wasted my time like that.
Hannah Fairfield: I absolutely love the variety of classes, flexibility of time, and how clean the facility is. The workers are all friendly and helpful too. The only thing I would change is the size of the saunas. I’m 5’11” and have a hard time comfortably doing simple poses such as a sun salutation when standing or a cobra when laying down. Everything else about Hotworx is wonderful.
Nancy Harris: Professional, welcoming staff. Gym is super clean and the workouts are really good!
Raychel Carpenter: Nice small facility .. intimate but private. Very clean and the staff are sweet ❤️
Alexandra Bacon: Positive:Communication,ProfessionalismGreat gym. Friendly staff, clean facility, and your own workout space.
DJ Shortt: Don’t appreciate the hidden cancellation fee of $99
Drone Gypsy: Critical:ProfessionalismWasn't greeted upon entry.worked out w/friend but space is extremely tight for 2 and best if shorter than 5'5 as I'm 5'6 & didn't have room to fully extend for exercise
Nicole Wilson: The staff is amazing the facility is spotless as well as the workouts and plans are Rewarding. Hands down one of the Best gyms i have ever been to💕
Arien Stebbins: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
chris sibley: Positive:ProfessionalismAwesome friendly staff. Convenience and cleanliness is exceptional. The variety of programs keeps the motivation, interest, and encouragement high.
Heidi M: Positive:ProfessionalismI've been really impressed with the classes available, cleanliness and professional staff at this location. I couldn't ask for a better workout!
jeni adkins: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThis is the only workout I actually look forward to!! I love this place so much!! The workouts are perfectly timed and super effective!!! Member for life!!
Wendy Merritt: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityLove the variety of workouts, the recovery benefits of the infrared, and 24 hour access! Always plenty of time and options to get it done!
Cheyenne S Johnson: I absolutely loveeee going to hotworx. I just recently got my membership, and have been going every single day. Before COVID I was going to a regular gym that offered fitness classes, and they were fun to go to but I didn’t see the results as much as I do at this fitness center. Combing the infrared heat with a workout truly leaves your body feeling rejuvenated. I always leave feeling so good about myself from the accomplishment of getting my workout in for the day. I highly recommend going to this fitness center, it’s definitely worth the money!!
MacKenzie Foster: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityStaff are friendly, professional, and very helpful with anything I need. Highly recommend!
Lorine Neale: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI've been coming about 3 weeks and I love it. Cycling and Blast been my favorite so far but I'm looking forward to trying the other classes. Love it!

Fayetteville Community Yoga: what do users think?
CORI SIMMS: I’ve received Colon hydrotherapy with Kelli. I have taken part in kundalini yoga with Kelli and some of the other ladies as teachers; every session/ class I’ve been part of I’m left with a feeling of release, of peacefulness and ease. I’ve never left that studio the same way I came in. The community of ladies and gentlemen I’ve met with my time there has been eye/heart opening. The warmth and kindness given and received is amazing.Thank you Kelli & Gang! 🏽✨
Neal Chester: I prepaid for a Friday Yoga class through their website. When I arrived, it was canceled without notification. I tried numerous times to get a refund, but the phone listed on the website didn't answer and the voicemail box was full. 22 days later the owner returned my email and refunded my money after I complained on Facebook. I hope they update their communication system.
Clare Tran Burnett: A really great, small, and kind environment where everyone is accepted and you feel at ease. All the instructors are professionals, to include the massage, infrared, and reflexology professionals. Love this space and love the energy!
Brandi Bronson: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThis studio is my home away from home! So peaceful and inviting. The teachers are very knowledgeable and I love the variety of classes that are offered! I def recommend checking them out and at a great price.
Air Christie: Fayetteville Community Yoga has changed my life in wonderful ways! The teachers are incredible & community is wonderful. I am a life time student & instructor of yoga. FCY is where I found a place where; I am able to let go get lost going inward on my mat, met a community that is truly is supportive, and found a place that brings more abundance than just yoga. I have met friends I care for deeply, a place a natural healing, I learn something each class, & so much more. Kundalini has bought so much light to my life, transforming me to be a student and teacher as well. I look forward to going each week, It’s my little slice of paradise! Thank you so much FYC for being all of this & more for the community.
Brianna Thompson: Positive:Professionalism,QualityThe teachers here are all very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do! There are various kinds of classes here at an affordable price! I highly recommend this establishment for local yoga!

Brutal Fun Fitness (CrossFit): what do users think?
Ashley Solesbee: Such an outstanding drop in experience here - fantastic customer service from start to finish. Responsive, helpful & kind - and the space is great too! Great equipment, super clean. Will definitely be my go to drop in spot when I’m in Fayetteville for work!
Stephanie Gilyard: I’ve been doing their online training for a while and love it. I can’t wait to visit the gym in person! Definitely recommend to anyone!
James Bowers: What a great atmosphere
Sandi Hunt: Great gym with that family feel! Highly recommended!
Shanna Renee: This program and knowledgeable coaches is unmatched. Great and challenging, I had no knowledge or experience with crossfit and they are there every step of the way, helping you to improve with actual results after applying yourself. Excellent coaches and atmosphere!
Erik Noonan: Positive:QualityBFF is a great gym for CrossFitters at all levels from beginners to “FireBreathers”. Definitely one of the Sandhills better CrossFit gyms.
Christopher Hunt: Positive:Quality
Kim bowers: Awesome community of people at all skill levels who push you to be better than you were the day before. I love the workouts and the fact that with the ability to scale anyone can do them. I have grown so much since joining Brutal Fun Fitness and excited to see my next success.
Aletha Sankey: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityBrutal Fun is just what the name alludes to. The workouts are challenging, however, the coaches are attentive and professional. You will definitely be stronger, better, faster after a few continuous weeks with their circuits.
Grace Park: I walked into this gym nervous, with 0 knowledge or experience in CrossFit. A friend somehow convinced me to join her at Brutal Fun Fitness for a week while we were training at Bragg, and it was hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made! Coach Erik and Danielle were very patient in teaching me different movements I have never done before. I love that they took their time to look at form/technique, which really helped me build a good foundation in these lifting movements. There is a genuine camaraderie with this group, and I never once felt judged for being a newbie. Even when I came months later for a drop in class, everybody welcomed me with open arms!I never thought I’d ever do CrossFit, but this gym inspired me to sign up with a local CrossFit gym (I live in SC). Without a doubt, I would recommend Brutal Fun Fitness to locals and anyone passing through. I will definitely be back!P.S I’ve always wanted to learn how to climb a rope. I have to give another shout out to Coach Erik for teaching me!!
Matthew Deans: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityFriendly community, well-programed workouts, clean workout space. Great gym!
Tim Francis: I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Brutal Fun Fitness. The members and staff are amazing! Very welcoming group, and they are all about helping you become better. 100% would recommend this gym/family to everyone.
Stoney Childers: Truly an amazing atmosphere great people great coaches 100% would recommend it!
Kari Gonzalez: Wonderful
Jeff M: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityIn my travels I've been to a lot of gyms and I have been very impressed with this location. The people, equipment and atmosphere are top notch. They make you feel like family and then they kick you butt!! Good people and a great time!
Nikki Romero: Where to even begin... this gym is hands down the best gym on many levels. I did my research on all the local gyms in my area, and none of them welcomed me in like Brutal Fun did. I never felt like the “new person” everybody is so encouraging on all goals. I started as a girl who couldn’t run a 200m without stopping, I couldn’t hang from the bar..But with the extra help of the coaches I have managed to PR all my lifts, get my pull-ups, do handstand push-ups, run 2 miles without stopping, the list goes on. The coaches really make it their mission to help in anyway that they can.The gym is constantly getting new equipment and really takes care of cleanliness of it. I have met some of my best friends through this gym and I am constantly meeting more!10/10 would recommend!!
Hannah Highum: The best coaches and gym family around! The equipment is top notch and the fitness assessments are great for finding your baselines and working towards improvements. Coach Aaron is constantly improving the gym space with new equipment. I like that the owners listen to their members and take suggestions on class times/ equipment/ and workouts. You are definitely treated as part of a family and not just a membership fee. There is friendly competition but way more laughter and cheering for each other than at other gyms I have been a part of. This gym is perfect for beginners to intermediate level cross fitters
Mike Branson: Eric and Hannah were great coaches that emphasized/ taught form and technique. Friendly environment too that strays away from the typical CrossFit cult vibes. (There was one coach who cared more about looking good and yelling "hands on the bar" then actually correcting form but the others made up for him)So why two stars? Read the fine print with these yahoos. I was upfront with them from the beginning that I wasn't going to be in town for more than the end of the month and maybe at best 10 days of the next month. No problem they said, we'll just cut that rate off for when you leave.I told them I was leaving early they charged me the full months rate and when I tried to address it they stalled on answering me for a couple of weeks and then said hey the 'dont sue us' vaiver you were rushed through to start a workout said we can charge you a $50 cancellation fee so just be grateful that we aren't.That was it. Zero attempt to try and make things right, just the threat of more billing. That vaiver they mentioned was also completely ignored by their own staff. It asks if you are ok with having your picture taken and posted on the page during workouts. I said no and still every day that I was in there included a camera in my face.Really disappointed in how things turned out as I enjoyed the atmosphere and workouts but the money grabbing and unwillingness to do the right thing just feels like a betrayal.
Cesca: I love this gym. Truly love it. The coaches go out of their way to not only coach you through a workout, they also are compassionate to the fact that some people have injuries and cannot do some things. I've been to other gyms where the coaches get crazy on you and tell you to "push through that injury." This coaching team does not do that. They have your individual long-term fitness and health at the forefront. Can't do a single thing listed in the workout because of an injury? No problem. The coaches will develop a new workout for you on the spot and coach you through it just as diligently as the other gym mates doing the posted workout. AThe other great thing - the other members. Supportive, fun, not clicky, and just really awesome. Good people. Today, as an example, I was the only person at the 6:30pm class. Not only did the coach, Laci, do the workout with me so I had a partner, one of the ladies who had worked out at the 5:30, also did the workout for company for me and to keep investing in herself. After I was done with the WOD, the whole group of ladies from the 5:30 class who had waited for me to finish the WOD, Laci, and I went for an unplanned mile walk just to chat and enjoy each other's company. Just a truly great gym. Keep up the wonderful work to all the coaches and my fellow members.
Ayden: This is the spot!! Great location for all parts of Fayeteville! The equipment is organized, clean, and a huge variety. The program is effective and fun! The owner/head coach is educated and really knows his stuff! If anyone is looking for a new gym or CrossFit training this is the it!

I can’t wait to see where PRIMA goes in the future cause I’m honestly down for the ride!
Janet Perez: I love this place. I'm not a100% health nut but I do like to be watchful of what I eat for the most part. Prima Elements juices are an excellent way to recharge my system. I try to incorporate a day of juicing once a week whenever possible and it has help tremendously with how I look and feel. Adrian is a sweetheart and always helpful!
Shameika Ingram: I love that it's a holistic wellness center. Not just a spot for yoga or random frozen smoothies. You can get various treatments, alkaline water and fresh smoothies that are delicious!
Edith Newby: I highly recommend Prima Elements for anyone that drinks water.....period! Prima ElementsAlkaline Water Service is without question the place to go for your water source. We discovered this hidden gem on Anderson Street some months ago. We use to purchase a lot of bottled spring water. Now our ph balanced water is delivered to our home every week. There really is a difference in how your body feels drinking ph balanced water. An added bonus is the amount of recycled plastic bottles has been greatly reduced. Check them out!
Tanya Johnson: Great service, welcoming environment, yummy smoothies, kind people, everything to love in one spot. I have been getting my water from Prima for around 3+years and my 6year old can tell the difference. I forgot to get a refill and had to give her water from the refrigerator dispenser,. She was convinced something was wrong with her water 🤣.
MIND OF CHRIST MINISTRIES: We LOVVVVEEE Prima Elements! We’ve been patrons for 2 years now. They provide SUCH a specialized and valuable service and resource for our family!Their Alkalyzed water delivery services are one of a kind here in Fayetteville, and pretty much anywhere. (I’ve never heard of a service like this before Prima.)Their juice and smoothie bar is top-notch (we love the beet juice concoctions!) and their team of helpful staff members are always kind and personable; tending to our specific needs, and always fixing any issues that may have arisen during deliveries, (etc.)We can’t praise Prima Elements enough! Highly recommended!!!
Amy Reese: I subscribe to the alkaline water service and I love it! Water tastes amazing and it’s delivered to my house. Highly recommend!

And I am part of the alkaline water membership and it is a game changer for me. Prima also has amazing classes you can attend! Overall a wonderful place to be. Audrianna and Adrian have done a wonderful job creating this space.
Stephanie Selene: My family and I love Prima Elements. The foot detox is super cool, you can get rid of so many toxins by doing this! The juices are delicious, you will feel so much healthier after you drink them. The alkaline water is great, you can get it delivered, it is hard to describe. It is easy to drink, sometimes if you drink too much regular water, you feel bloated and sick, this water is easy to drink, you don’t get that bloated feeling, so you can stay hydrated. They have great classes about food and nutrition, showing you simple ways to cook and be healthy. If you live in Fayetteville, you should check it out!
Jessica Peoples: Coming from Hawaii where we have some of the best drinking water, I was very nervous about the quality of water here in Fayetteville. Thankfully I stumbled upon Prima Elements’ storefront and saw that they had an alkaline water delivery service! My husband and I were going to grocery stores, using the water refill machines, to supply drinking & cooking water for our household. Not only is the delivery service convenient, but for the amount of water our family of 5 consumes, it is also more affordable! I can’t thank Prima Elements enough for helping keep my family healthy during our time here in Fayetteville.
Dawna Cockerham: Finally had the opportunity to visit for a smoothie and I was very impressed! They were awesome with my daughter and gifted me on additional health knowledge while they made my fresh smoothie infront of me. It smelled amazing and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming! Can't wait until I can stop in again for a new smoothie flavor!
Melody M.: Today was my first experience there. I started with the Southern Belle smoothie, which was delicious! I also got to experience thr Ionic footbath detox, followed by the rest station. The atmosphere and air in this place is just soothing, calming and relaxing. Everyone there was inviting and informative. I'm so glad I found you guys and can't wait to try other services. If your looking a place to practice good self care...this is the place! Yoga is next on my list!
C Mitch: Great spot I enjoyed the smoothies. Fresh ingredients and so refreshing. I have tried the southern bell, berry the hatchet and Pineapple Express all are Amazing!!
Tara Swift: I stumbled into this place just looking for a bathroom and found my new favorite spot! The environment is so calming and they have so many wonderful services for centering yourself. I highly recommend taking the Reiki courses or getting some Reiki sessions in. Everything is fairly priced and you definitely feel like you are in good hands. :)
Gordon Archibald: Best smoothies on the planet!
Gabrielle Henderson: I’ve been going to Prima for almost 2 years and doesn’t seem like it. In that time I’ve done yoga classes, full moon meditations, received reiki, learned to be be a reiki master, did ionic forget detoxes, drank wonderful juices and smoothies, ate amazing açaí bowls, made vision boards, did breathing exercises, got tuning fork therapy, drank teas, and the list goes on! Hands down my favorite place in Fayetteville and I’ll miss it! If you like all these services, you’ll love it here! More than that, the people you meet will be amazing! The other customers are great, the employees are great. Come on over if you like positive vibes and wholesome people. There’s something for everyone here!
Kris: If your looking for a place with a sense of community and compassion that offers many different holistic modalities- then this is the place for you!! From their fresh juices/smoothies, to their vegan food options & açaí bowls, you will walk out of there feeling like you’ve indulged in pure nourishment for your body. I thoroughly enjoy their ionic foot detox, rest station and yoga classes..they truly have something for everyone, but what I enjoy the most?! Their reiki offerings. Whether your looking to start your journey of getting your attunements or just want a reiki session- you can’t go wrong with Audriaunna! I can’t even verbalize the healing energy she holds, she’s a special soul, and worth booking to see!
Mandee Faulkner: This place is so awesome! If your looking for somewhere to relax your mind and body and/or to align your chakras; this is the place to come! The effects of their techniques in the Reiki services as well as all the other services they offer, are amazing and life changing! They also provide many different Vegan drinks, smoothies, etc. Their drinks are amazing and their fruit is fresh!Everyone at Prima Elements are professional, friendly and welcoming. They truly show that they care about their clients. They go above and beyond!!! You have to check them out!!!
