Douglass Jeff: You might not be thinking of a place that does mostly turkey when you're looking for a place to eat, but let me tell you, you should. Their turkey is very moist which can be difficult as we all know. I had a southwest turkey sandwich w/ stuffing & gravy. My wife has the turkey platter and everything was very tasty. The price wasn't bad at all with the portion size. My sandwich was on sliced bread but it was larger sliced bread. Go ahead and give it a try, especially if you like turkey, you won't be disappointed.

I can't tell you how long the French Fry machine has been broken, but apparently the store manager of store # 275 Market Fair is not interested in getting it fixed. Her name in Pena (unsure of the proper spelling). I was also informed that she is rarely at the location.I debated on staying, I did, ordered the Wicked, no mayo, no pepperoni, extra onions, added pickles. They got the order right. The sandwich was good.However I must change my rating, the french fry machine has been broken too long.Original Review Below:My first visit yielded a good experience. It was midday on a Wednesday, which happened to be good timing because the place was not busy. The staff was friendly to assist me in making my first order. Again since it was Wednesday I had an opportunity to order the wicked for $5, I added an order of fries and elected to get water. I decided to dine in since it was just me and another family in the establishment. I was impressed with the taste of the sandwich. However I like the fries at baldinos better.They appear to be short-staff at least only saw two employees, and that could be the norm, I just don't know. I noticed the tables needed cleaning. And the order station needed restocking with the slips to place your order.Overall it was a good experience and I plan on returning shortly to see what the next visit brings.

Summer Dobbins: The way you place your order is okay with a piece of paper but when there are instructions on what you don't want on the paper and you don't follow it. It ruins the meal experience!
A E: Poor, poor customer service.The woman who took our order had a terrible attitude. She didnt greet us and acted like we were bothering her. They only had print out copies of the paper that you write your order on and I grabbed the wrong one and she definitely let me know. (The order was not difficult, literally 1 sandwich, no onions) She obviously does not enjoy working there. The sandwich was really good and the guy who made it was friendly enough. However, I did ask for NO onions but ended up getting ALOT of onions. The place did not look clean. We definitely will not be returning.

Kelly Ozgunduz: If you are going to ask for a tip, I would expect better customer service. The cashier didn't say one word to us. No greeting, and no thank you after taking our $20 for two sandwiches, one drink and a tiny bag of chips. There was a tip jar on the counter, and a place to add a tip on our receipt. And why are both of the employees wearing earbuds? They are speaking to eachother, and are only a few feet apart, so it doesn't look like they are using them to communicate.

Mr. H: The Jersey Mike's on Boone Trail is horrible. The staff was rude. They acted like I was an inconvenience because I wanted a sub. The lady went from making the sandwich to the register and back to the next sandwich without taking off her gloves. The cook on the grill was rude as well. They don't have to worry about me ever coming back in that Jersey Mike's
Valerie Jackson: I like Jersey Mikes food but when I went today several of the employees were handling money and touching the register screen without removing their gloves that they were also preparing food with. The cook on the grill that prepared my sandwich removed his gloves and replaced with clean gloves but at least two other employees did not when they were waiting on customers.

Kevin B: So I come in here for the first time and order a ham and provolone. The sub maker is asking me what I want on it. Which was just Mayo, light lettuce and I said a little bit of ranch. He goes and grabs a packet of ranch, and pours it on my sub. The manager (I guess) tells the employee he can’t do that, that’s it’s extra $ for ranch but it’s ok this time. As I get to register, lady tells me she charging me for ranch. I said the other lady said it was ok this time. She apparently meant it was ok For the employee to put packet of ranch on my sub. Normally they make customer do it. Now this is a sub place and your charging extra for a condiment? I didn’t feel like arguing with them but how are you going to put the ranch on my sub and then tell me it’s an up charge? I would of said no. Also asked for my sub toasted, says we don’t have a toaster but we can put it on the grill for a lil bit. Ok cool I said. Wasn’t toasted even a lil bit. The one in Sanford doesn’t charge you for a condiment. They also can toast ur sub perfectly on the grill. My first time coming here, and it will be my last. They deserve 0 stars

Jessica: This location has the friendliest of workers. They were so accommodating and helpful as I was ordering for 5 kids. They were so kind and even checked up on us while eating so we didn't need to get up and ask for anything. I was so impressed with every worker encountered there. Fast food style places have been a struggle around here , but this place is an exception.Thank you for making our outing enjoyable!
