Terrance Smith: It's obvious to me that the owner of this franchise does not read reviews because there's a noticeable pattern; poor customer service. I entered the store before the posted closing time and the Maya stated she had already closed the register, remember, it wasn't 10 pm yet. Maya could care less about service, I will be reporting this to corporate since management doesn't care. I will never go back.

c mmm: I visited this location on 4/3/2023. I ordered two sandwiches and one had a hair in it. I have tried calling the store, but no one ever answers or returns the voicemail. I wasted about $20 for two sandwiches that I ended up throwing out, as the other sandwich was not made correctly. I won’t be going back to this location.I’ll stick to the Subway in the Walmart on Ramsey. They follow the sandwich instructions, they make them correctly and they’re courteous.

Charles Romans: Notice how they do their salads, they charge an extra two dollars. To turn your sub into a salad! So, a sub takes two treys of meat and cost 8.50, with the veggies you like. When you order a salad, they put one trey of meat up, and the exact same amount of veggies that a foot long gets. So, your paying 10.50 for two hand fulls of shredded lettece, the same veggies just no bread. When i asked for corporate number they didnt know, and the manger didn't know,and i was told to look it up, and if nothing else leave.

SJ. Brown: Make sure you count your change back if you pay cash….I thought it was just me but it happened to a few other people too. They always try to short you if you’re paying cash and the cashier tells me to pull the change out the tip jar!! I asked her was she serious!!
