Dee Thomas: Went for a birthday celebration. It was my 1st time visiting. Emily was our server. She forgot the soup and the salad we were suppose to receive. She informed us that she just forgot. The restaurant only had 2 dressing to go with the salad. Which is unheard of. I am very dissatisfied with the service we received. It was my 1st and my last time. Never again!!

Stuart Poynter: I have ate here for years. Went this past weekend with my daughter and they forced a 18% gratuity on a party of 2. The food was not good, very bland, and the place was nasty. Couldn’t even finish my food because the more I looked around while I was eating, the worse it got. I will go to one of the other Japanese restaurants from now on, at least I get to choose the amount of the tip, heck I usually leave more than 18% if it’s good service. What a shame

On this night, the restaurant wasnt as packed, so that was a good thing, but because of the seating we always meet new ppl there.. not this time... it was just me, my son, and my wife... The waitress was awesome! She knew the menu, drink specials, and complimented my son on his haircut. So we (my wife and I) ordered the "sumo meal". My son got the chicken and shrimp... The food was great... steak was melt in your mouth medium... lobster tail wasnt overcooked...and everything was well seasoned... my wife got the "peach juni" drink... its like 14% alcohol...came in a bottle... it was ok... the chef was quiet and just cooked the food... i think he got the notion we had been there before because the tricks they usually do, he really didnt try sell the tricks in my opinion... but my son loved the fire and volcano trick...ended up spending $220 dollars! Alonso: At first glance, this place seemed very promising boy oh boy was I mistaken sadly and this is not hate on the owner, or to hate on the employees this is positive criticism depending on how you take it I ordered edamame very very small portion for the price if have to be frankly honest ive been to many places that serve edamame for the same price that serve more all serve about the same but this place just gives out less than half a handful. I also ordered a spicy misu Ramen and honestly the same infraction was seen portion size. For the price there could have been one or two more slivers of pork. And i understand the argument that if i want better then just go to the other places. Well I thought umami would be cost friendly for miso ramen or at least give me just a lil more for what i was paying but honestly it just turned out to be overhyped man i apologize but it just is. Ended up getting McDonalds afterward cause i was left hungry in all honesty.

Michelle Nguyen: I’m staying in Fayetteville for a month for my clinical rotations and Wasabi is close to where I’m staying. I’m soooo obsessed with this restaurant!! I’ve eaten here 4 times and I have really enjoyed the freshness and depth of flavor with everything I’ve got. The Hibachi Salmon has got to be the BEST I’ve ever had. The portion is huge and the salmon is so fresh and flavorful!! I’m going to miss this place!

Takoyaki was to well done so sent back but otherwise was wonderful. Johnny Texan: The buffet choices are limited, but it is very tasty. The sushi is far better than you would expect from a buffet. It isn't like "buffet sushi," it's a sushi bar within a buffet restaurant. The Korean menu has a lot of options that are very good, if you're not sure what it is, just ask and they'll tell you all about it. Very friendly staff. I eat here at least a couple of times a month and I've never had a bad experience.

The sauce on the wings saved the wings because they have a tendency to overcook the chicken. Not to say the chicken was bad but dry. Overall the food is amazing just need to put the fire down on the chicken so the meat does not dry out. The winds were not dry. Not sure how they pulled that off because the skin looked like it was cooked on the same heat as the rest of the chicken we ate.We dined in. The service at the start was not great. We had never eaten there before and had questions about the menu. I looked directly at the staff three times as they were waiting on others and they did not come and check on me. They finally did check on me and got my questions answered.Overall, the food is GREAT! I am not a lover of rice but I would go back just for the rice. When you order through the portions are meant to be shared except on the Single section of the menu. You can easily overorder if you don't know that and get a pricey ticket. No compliance here though. I found myself eating the rice for breakfast and enjoyed every bit of it the second time around. The best was the Shrimp and rice, wings, California Rolls and soup!!! WILL BE BACK AGAIN.

The "tempura cheesecake" was just cheesecake filling fried in an egg roll wrapper. My order of beef fried rice had charred meat in it and the taste of smoke (likely from the burnt meat) permeated the entire dish. I couldn't even eat a fourth of the plate due to the smoke/charred taste.

Aaron Plank: It's probably the worst experience I have had at a Chinese place. I am almost never negative, but when I say my dog could have seasoned the food more, I am not exaggerating. I had to load my "fried" rice with soy sauce because it tasted blander than white rice and took my main dish home to recook it with some flavor. Their salmon for sushi is about 90% fat. Buffet sushi has better ingredients. Had really high hopes for the place because of reviews, but both our dishes and sushi were worse than the frozen food I eat.
