At first it was challenging I was using product after product I was seeing a little growth then I switched an started using one product " shampoo conditioner oil etc..'" I used that brand for 2 months an I started to notice my hair was growing. Coronavirus came about and I started to stress so my hair started to thin Im thinking the braids might help that made it worse. To sum up my hair journey 🙏 patience.

They both said they saw it on the camera and told me I HAD to pay for it now. My daughter said she didn't and they both accused her of lying and showed me the spot where they said she put her finger. So me, knowing my daughter, asked to see the video. The video showed my daughter doing just what she said, picking it up and putting it right back down...didn't even open the jar. Now they both are apologizing over and over again, offering a discount, and wanting to give both my girls FREE lip gloss. Keep your products and I will take my business elsewhere! Gave one star because I had to...deserves none!!!

A Side Of Rice: I liked the store. But I dont believe in lying to people. As a licensed hair specialist I can get 10% off. When I asked they told me they do. He only takes 7% which is your taxes off and then adds the taxes back on to make you think you got a discount. Not cool. The bible tells us to let our yes be yes and no be no Which means do as You say your going to do. You don't have to lie just to get customers. I will not recommend any of my clients to this supply store.

SunShine Johnston: First time visiting this location. I was interested in finding some edge control with more natural ingredients. I asked the associate but a particular product but they didn't have it. As I browsed, I had a question and at the time the associate was on the phone but explained she was talking to a manager she worked with and gave a suggestion on edge control. I am all for suggestion. I asked the associate will this edge control do well in the heat and she said yes, "my previous manager uses this and she got more hair than you". I will not be entering a store that is comparing my hair, that is on a bun to someone else when we are talking about a product. Unprofessional, I do not recommend.

Kelly: Visited this location and almost everything seemed out of stock or there was only 1-2 of each. I understand the social-distancing measures, but one employee came off as rude when she started ordering customers in the same aisle to move because 1) my family and I were in the aisle before the other group came, why should we have to move if we arrived first? 2) the other group had two children who were not wearing a face mask, they should not be allowed in public places according to the signs posted. After she told everyone to move, she stood in the middle of both groups talking for 10 minutes about a customer's botched hair etc. My family and I are still trying to find out products ma'am! It's so rude of you to block the display because you're gossiping with the other group.This particular employee was also stocking the lower shelves with legs and everything spread out on the floor, preventing customers from being able to walk by or could cause someone to trip.Lastly, all of a sudden they do not supply bags anymore. I purchased almost $100 worth of products and I can't even have a bag? They were selling paper bags for 15 cents each. I don't mind paying for bags, (they've always done that in California), but for a flimsy paper type? If you had a sign or posted on your website that you don't provide bags I would've went to another store or brought my own.

Different stores have different products because they are designed to fit what sells for that market so if one doesnt have something call a different one!

I live an hour far from the store and I called before to ask if I can refund and all the details and got a yes as an answer so I went there, the staff is not going to help you at all. I’m a cosmetology student and I’m definitely telling evereyone to don’t go there. Very unhappy and dissatisfied.No vayas a esta tienda. Si algo viene mal con los productos que compres no vas a recibir un reembolso aún teniendo el recibo original y durante el tiempo estipulado. Vivo a una hora de la tienda y llamé antes de ir para preguntar si podía devolver y todos los detalle si y tuve un si como respuesta así que fui, los empleados no van a ayudarte en absoluto. Made Alexis: If you are wanting to come to the salon to get your hair colored and or cut, this is 100% not the place to go. First of all, they lie about the prices and don’t break it down to you until they print off the form when the service is done. I asked for a partial balayage and got full highlights into my roots. I was then charged $52 for 1 inch cut off my hair. The so called stylists just add on whatever they please to your invoice so they can make more money, as I heard a few girls talking about it at the register. Management is a waste of time so don’t even bother with them. Definitely recommend getting your hair done elsewhere!
Kristina Robinson: Staff needs retraining! I asked a woman working in the hair curling section near the back stock room to help me identify which hair curler was on sale, she didn’t even look at me & responded with “Can you just look it up on the Ulta app”. No ma’am, I cant look it up on the app. I came into the store for HELP. Isn’t that what they hire & pay you for? To help customers who genuinely need your help? She responded as if it was an inconvenience for her that I was in the store looking for products. The females working at this store seem miserable, very unfriendly & uneducated on how to do their basic level job. Next time I will pay more & go to Sephora. I do not recommend this Ulta store if you actually have questions & need help with their products.

Kate R: On April 22nd I had my makeup done at ulta. I feared the worst when the artist was using tones that were orange and no where near my color. She claimed that contour would fix it. I contemplated writing a review for weeks. As I look at pictures of me taken at my friends wedding I just want to cry. The makeup was far worse than I could imagine. It already looked super bad and I should have washed it off. I thought maybe I was too critical because I never wear makeup. It was really bad. I will never have my makeup done here again. I was considering going to their salon for my hair but I cancelled my appointment and I won’t even give that a chance with the experience I’ve already had. The artist had already seemed upset that I was booked and she thought she was overbooked. She told me color of foundation doesn’t really matter if you contour right. I’ve never heard that before especially when the base she used was so dark for my tone.
Tayler Blanchard: everytime, it never fails that one of the staff members always treats me a type of way when i’m in the store. she always talks to and greets my girlfriend but will pretend i don’t exist. she also has harassed me, my girlfriend and my girlfriends mother, ALL on separate occasions! (it’s been at least 7 encounters that have been disrespectful and not very customer friendly). knowing that we are together, she hits on my girlfriend, running up to her mother and saying she knows her daughter and being strange. all while her mother has no clue who she is and is trying to shop in peace. i go to ulta very frequently, and it s every single time i go in and she’s working that she treats me that way. she essentially pretends she’s never seen me a day in her life. but will ask me about my girlfriend, and hit on her, telling me to tell my girlfriend that she says hey if she’s not with me. i’m very frustrated because i miss going into ulta without getting harassed or worried about this girl being abrasive towards me or my girlfriend, or really anyone that is with me! aside from that employee, i never have any problems whatsoever at this ulta!
