We deserve to be treated nicely and not like a thief.

Kimberly Coleman: This place is terrible. I bought an item in 2 different brands because I didn't know which one my husband wanted. The one he didn't want was never opened and literally untouched. The one he wanted was 13.99 and the one he didn't want was 8.99. I took it back to see if I could exchange it because I knew these type of stores don't really do returns. The dude tells me they can't take chemical products back due to Covid 19. First off it was an unopened box of Beigen secondly what does Covid 19 have to do with returning stuff. It's time for these businesses to stop taking advantage using the covid 19 hooplah. I will never patronize this store again, I'll drive clear across town before I step foot back in those doors. Be careful if you decide to buy from them otherwise I would say don't, don't, don't do business with them.

Never received it. Sent emails about my order, haven’t received an email back. I do not recommend buying from them!! Plz save your money

Abigail Anna: Do not waste your time or money. I was originally going to another store but this one was closer to my house so I figured I’d stop by. The girl working did not greet me or ask if I needed any help and I was the only person in the store. Inventory is very low and they don’t have many options. They were out of edge control, one of the things I needed. The girl checking me out seemed annoyed when I was checking out. I asked about the return policy and was told there is none and no exchanges. I brought the wrong type of hair so now I’m stuck with a product I can’t use. Will be going elsewhere.

I guess the worker was tired or I am not sure because when we came in she was sitting in a chair in the back either sleeping or about to go to sleep. We received no greeting and when she did finally get out of her chair she was huffing and puffing. She also cut me off when I was telling her what I was looking for vs what I was buying and she cut me off to tell me my total as if she did not have time. Unfortunately, this place has lost my business. I was willing to pay the higher prices but if thats the service that I will get I think I will save my money.

There was other people standing around the front that I thought was customers. When she was done on the phone, I started towards the front counter. I started to overhear the conversation and realized the other people wasn’t customers. So I stood around a bit waiting my turn. After a few minutes I realized I wasn’t going to get any service, so I just left. The lady working acknowledged me when I was walking out with a very loud bye-bye. The lady working and her friends busted out laughing. I will happily purchase a 300$ Hair extension elsewhere!

So me, knowing my daughter, asked to see the video. The video showed my daughter doing just what she said, picking it up and putting it right back down...didn't even open the jar. Now they both are apologizing over and over again, offering a discount, and wanting to give both my girls FREE lip gloss. Keep your products and I will take my business elsewhere! Gave one star because I had to...deserves none!!!

A Side Of Rice: I liked the store. But I dont believe in lying to people. As a licensed hair specialist I can get 10% off. When I asked they told me they do. He only takes 7% which is your taxes off and then adds the taxes back on to make you think you got a discount. Not cool. The bible tells us to let our yes be yes and no be no Which means do as You say your going to do. You don't have to lie just to get customers. I will not recommend any of my clients to this supply store.

Kay G: I visited this store for the first time today and had a terrible experience. I went in with a notebook that had a list of the things I needed and I was looking at prices and writing them down when a woman walked towards me and asked if I needed help. I said "no, thank you" and she lingered at the end of the aisle watching me. Another woman came about a minute later and very rudely asked "what are you doing?" I said I was writing down the prices and she said "you're not allowed to do that. It violates our privacy." I then stated that I was writing down the cost to see how much everything I needed would be together and she said "ooooh" and explained this to her coworkers. I immediatley left and will not be returning.
