Very knowledgeable of the business as well as the products. She did not make me feel rushed out the door, Even Though it was time for her to close. She gave the best customer service I ever had.As well as help me with all my needs and answer all my questions and concerns. I will definitely be coming back just because she made me feel so welcome. SunShine Johnston: First time visiting this location. I was interested in finding some edge control with more natural ingredients. I asked the associate but a particular product but they didn't have it. As I browsed, I had a question and at the time the associate was on the phone but explained she was talking to a manager she worked with and gave a suggestion on edge control. I am all for suggestion. I asked the associate will this edge control do well in the heat and she said yes, "my previous manager uses this and she got more hair than you". I will not be entering a store that is comparing my hair, that is on a bun to someone else when we are talking about a product. Unprofessional, I do not recommend.

Kelly: Visited this location and almost everything seemed out of stock or there was only 1-2 of each. I understand the social-distancing measures, but one employee came off as rude when she started ordering customers in the same aisle to move because 1) my family and I were in the aisle before the other group came, why should we have to move if we arrived first? 2) the other group had two children who were not wearing a face mask, they should not be allowed in public places according to the signs posted. After she told everyone to move, she stood in the middle of both groups talking for 10 minutes about a customer's botched hair etc. My family and I are still trying to find out products ma'am! It's so rude of you to block the display because you're gossiping with the other group.This particular employee was also stocking the lower shelves with legs and everything spread out on the floor, preventing customers from being able to walk by or could cause someone to trip.Lastly, all of a sudden they do not supply bags anymore. I purchased almost $100 worth of products and I can't even have a bag? They were selling paper bags for 15 cents each. I don't mind paying for bags, (they've always done that in California), but for a flimsy paper type? If you had a sign or posted on your website that you don't provide bags I would've went to another store or brought my own.

I’m a cosmetology student and I’m definitely telling evereyone to don’t go there. Very unhappy and dissatisfied.No vayas a esta tienda. Si algo viene mal con los productos que compres no vas a recibir un reembolso aún teniendo el recibo original y durante el tiempo estipulado. Briana: I’ve been a pro member at Sally’s for a little of 3 years now and never really had a problem . The first time was at the Ramsey location with a return this time was here at the raeford location. I searched the website for an item and found it on sale so I searched to find what store that had it . This location is 30 mins from my home and I drove out there for the store manager and another employee to give me a hard time about an item that rang up regular price in store but marked down on the site . Absolutely no where on the site did it say “ online only “ She told me she would talk with her GM and call me in the morning which never happened. I end up calling customer service myself . They told me they would honor the dkscount but was giving me the run around when the manager would be there because she would be the one to authorize my return . Which is ridiculous , anyone should be able to do a return. When the manger finally called me she wanted to make sure I knew they said she was right but that I could get my discount, customer service already told me they would honor the discount. They whole situation was a waste of time and a risk with a customer . The store price matches if I would have brought in a magazine with an item from another supply company they would price match it so why wouldn’t they price match off their own site . I will be sticking with the store in my area Idk why they were working so hard to not give me the discount all I do is spend money in there . They need to work on customer service instead of giving people a hard time .

On one had, most of the women who work here are friendly and seem very helpful. Michelle for example was very pleasant and helped me save some money by telling me about a deal I didn't know about! But there's one or two (I believe one is a manager) who frequently come behind you as you're shopping and rearrange things you barely touched, or insist on coming over and doing their stocking right in the area you're looking at. I get that they have a job to do and the shop is small, but I always feel rushed or in the way, like I can't browse the way I want to because someone is always on my heels and has no manners.

Lovely Me: Staff is very rude. Had to contact corporate to get things resolved.
Kayla Tytianna: Very rude and disrespectful staff. The manager Leila P. And employee Ashley C. Harass young women and customers. I was just a 19 year old girl when I was subject to the abuse myself. Keep your young children from working here and or shopping here. The women here are miserable and use young inexperienced girls to bully and belittle so they can feel better about their sad, unfulfilling lives. Leila Pacheco and Ashley Crew is why you should shop elsewhere horribly customer service and horrendous attitudes. This place needs to be shut down or at the very least investigated for harassment and discrimination.

The cashier didn't ask for my pro card or tell me my total. The ONLY thing they have good is they're clean. I will be going to another location.
Holly Watson: I will not darken the door of this location again. I asked the employee running the counter on the right today if she was open, and she replied (with attitude) that she was. I proceeded to place my items on the counter. She rang up one item and then got aggravated because she couldn't continue because she was in the middle of an exchange. She slung my items one by one out of her way as I'm trying to reach for them. I even told her that I could take them. She made no eye contact and continued to sling them around. I eventually gave up and sat in the car while my husband finished the transaction. From now on, I'll just go to Ulta.
FEE SESS: The girls are always so helpful and friendly. They go beyond to make it a store you like stopping in. If they don't have it in store they will either look for it and get it in for you or order it. Favorite of the sallys to shop in!

She also cut me off when I was telling her what I was looking for vs what I was buying and she cut me off to tell me my total as if she did not have time.
