Daniel Ellis: Timing is awful. My wife and I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 pm to check out pretty basic flu like symptoms. Somehow even with a sign that says appointments are valued first, we still were not seen until an hour and a half later. Then we spent another hour in the room waiting to get a covid test result back. Still hanging out in the building with our three month old daughter. No one has popped in to update us. However what we do hear is a bunch of laughing in the halls, chatter from the nurses, and thats about it.I have been to an urgent care before. And 9 times out of 10 the urgency is kept up with. This location? Nonsense. Lol scheduling an appointment is useless because you will still spend about 3 hours of your day trying to get antibiotics for simple symptoms.
Bettina Kilpatrick: It was fast. I booked an appointment online and filled out the paperwork before I got there. I also downloaded the app to check in, which also made it faster. The staff was great and took care of all my needs.

Gretta Harrison: I love this place. We have been taking our kids there since they were small because we didn’t have insurance for the longest time. We went there today and the parking lot was packed. The staff was still professional and friendly even in that big stress situation. There were 70 people in front of us, but the line moved quickly and we were seen. These ladies were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end, I was having an allergic reaction this past Sunday, had no idea any urgent care was open until I Googled it, I chose this location solely based on the reviews, the check in process was super easy, I scanned the QR code and completed the process in my car less than 5 minutes. My name was called as I was walking in the door, after a short wait I was immediately seen, heard, and treated in an amazing time frame. If I ever need urgent care again I’m definitely choosing this location again and again!!!

Tookie Love: Worst experience! The lady working was rude and lacked customer service skills. I have a Master's in Health Administration and worked in healthcare admin for 14 years. I came in with my 10 yo who hurt her knee. I waited in line and she asked "how can I help you?" (which is correct) I explained the situation regarding the knee pain. She rudely shakes her head as if I was interrupting her and just says "name". I gave the name and she just says "we not taking walk-ins. Appointment only."She offered no reasoning and no explanation. It's urgent care. Never knew they weren't taking walk-ins and if that's the case start or end with an apology. She needs customer service training ASAP!

Mel Moe: While, we generally have a good experience, today was a bit different. We were "warned" that there was only one provider & that they were new. We had a 6:45 appointment time & was seen shortly after 8. The front staff was all new to us (we were here just 3 weeks ago). Two had their head scarves on. Additionally, they felt it was OK to talk to a patient about why he had no insurance and his "symptoms" in the waiting area. Additionally, one of the staff talked with a patient about her "social" choices in the waiting room..in front of a minor. It is still considerably better than the alternatives.

A great caring team!! As far as PA Mary, Wonderful!! I have spent the last 6 months with a mold allergy stemming in Florida. Three different doctors in Florida were next to worthless. Ms. Mary talked about my sensitivity to antibiotics and past history and procedures other doctors had prescribed for me. She prescribed me antibiotics and medications that were like a Miracle!! After 6 months my sinus’s were clearing and my headaches and earaches stopped. I cannot tell you how highly I recommend this clinic. I felt like I had stepped back into the past with my family doctor. What a wonderful group! I will be going back, you cannot beat them!!

Rafael Ortiz-Colon: This practice don’t care about their patients, they don’t do reminder calls. I left a message telling the doctor about a side effect I had from this medication and never got a call back, on my appointment I talked to the doctor and he said he never got the message. They don’t really follow up with the patients. They sent me to the hospital to get some X-RAYS done when I called to make sure they have them they said they never received the images I had to go and get them myself so the doctor could read them. I haven’t been there for about two or three months and they don’t even take time to call me to see if I want to reschedule. The service in this practice is horrible.
Sheila Fisher: In my opinion this is a great practice the staff is always friendly from the front desk down the to doctors and yes this practice is very busy and it can be a wait as patients may have different needs that needs to be addressed this practice is one of few in Fayetteville that I can say care about the community and want to see it patients on a healthier path

She reassured me, made sure everything was taken care of, comforted me, got all my treatment and appointments in order. All while being the friendly beautiful person she is. Shantell Houser: The receptionist should practice on being more professional over the phone! the sighing because you have to do your job is absolutely rude. I didn't even want to stay on the phone to make my appointment after that. They don't even fake smile in person. Get a job you enjoy if you don't like it. I had a appointment yesterday at 11:15am I did not finish until 12:50pm. My son had a appointment afterwards at 1:15. I was waiting until 2pm. It's not even right how long the wait is. However the Dr.. Mary I believe was absolutely sweet, caring and worth the wait.
Chief Master: Be caution when you go to this place i went with my fiancé they misdiagnosed me with std and yeast and I went to confirm it some where else my fiancé did not had it and I went I did not had it either so we had a bad time dealing if he was cheating or he thinking I was is really upsetting go tru something like this and we work in a laboratory we check ourself also and we did not had it .I will be there Monday first thing to see what went wrong there this need to be corrected how this happen …hope this won’t happen to some one else and get diagnosed and take medicine for something you might not have ….and waited more then 2 hours people that came after me was being seen . awful place the med assistant very rude and unorganized.

It’s not a doctors job to judge a patient on anything. Their job is to help a patient. Brandy Hall: Been here waiting to see the doctor for over two hours just to find out he’s going back and forth between two centers and I will have to wait longer… so I have to sit here in pain for hours in an almost empty clinic .. this was my first visit here and needless to say this will be my last.. i suggest you don’t waste your time and find another clinic….I bet they won’t hesitate to bill my insurance in a jiffy tho. Brooke Hickcox: When people are sick they don’t need people being rude to them. The girl was rude on the phone when I called to get info. Then I drove over to be added to the waiting list and the girl at the front desk was rude and curt in person. The abrasive attitude is the last thing anyone needs. Learn to be polite and kind. She stated they only take physical copies of insurance cards and I had a digital one on my phone. No big deal, I could have emailed it and printed it out-or could’ve done so at home prior to arriving of when we called we were actually given info instead of being rushed off the phone as if she was bothered. However, with this attitude there is zero reason to ever return here. We all have bad days, but dang, literally the last thing anyone needs when they’re sick is someone being rude as all hell.
Amber: This place is severely careless. Customer service just sounds dead inside and I feel bad for them to be honest. I got scheduled for an appointment at 4:30. For me to be on my way to the facility to be told "We close at 4:30"Then... why did nobody call me to change the time/reschedule me.

Travis Boykin: I can see why I’m reading reviews that say this place is careless. Point blank period they forgot about me in the waiting room stay. When I walked in I went to the desk and before I was able to sign in, I was directed to have a seat and I would be called to the back. 1 hr and later I walked up to the desk and of course they forgot. I switched my doctors office to RALPH PRIMARY CARE only because it was listed on my insurance. I busted an artery in my forearm. I came to this place for help and have been given nothing but the run around. I just want to feel better. The communication absolutely sucks. It was suppose take up to a year to heal. In December it will be one year. I still have no feeling in 2 and a half of my fingers and half of my forearm. If it was a problem with anything they still failed to call after I was promised a call back 3 prior TIMES. No communication at all. Highly disappointed and lost.

Not Reecepet: I called ahead to see about appointments and they let me know that they take walk ins. I arrived, was promptly greeted. The receptionists were conversational and the waiting area looked great. Soon after I was seen and my concerns were listened to and explained and a course of treatment was prescribed. It was very easy and a much more personable experience than other urgent care facilities in the area.

Kawaii Aytes: This morning I went to Pura Clinic for the first time. Being new to the area I relied on reviews and experiences of others to pick this facility. The front receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. The nurse was also nice. However, the physician Dr. Mohamad Shakir had a terrible bedside manner. He was rude, condescending, and almost hostel when I asked for clarification and my toddler's diagnosis. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

Mrs Vp: Flu season! I decided to travel a little further away from home and have no regrets. I took my family in as walk-ins in the middle of the week and filled out about 10 minutes of paperwork (the norm). I noticed right away that the clinic is very clean. The receptionist also came out to sanitize the lobby as often as she could. The lobby is small about 20 seats or so and one family was ahead of us. My family was seen right away and the doctor who saw us was an older gentleman who took care of our needs right away. Very nice, wholesome respectful doctor. The receptionist was very nice and respectful as well.The parking lot is small because it is shared with a few smaller stores.I will travel to this clinic again based on how empty the clinic was when I got there and the cleanliness.They also take tricare. :-)Thank you Pura clinic and staff.
sarah Fugate: I was second in line at the door when the clinic opened at 9a.m. with a very, very sick 6 year old child, we had sat in the parking lot with him crying and throwing up since 8:30a.m. with a severe ear infection, waiting for the clinic to Open. After we got in and checked in, the desk staff announced that they would be seeing all the physical patients first, and then start seeing the sick patients. This is an absolute outrage!!! I brought my child here for help, to get URGENT medical care. This clinic has neglected us, and I am very disappointed to be forced to sit in this waiting room with a very sick child while healthy kids are run through a physical. This is not an urgent care.

Sarah Mann: Fast, friendly, and professional. Went to Pura Clinic as a walk in and was seen in a timely manner. From reception, nurse(++ excellence at intramuscular injection), MD, to checkout and prescriptions waiting by the time I igot to the pharmacy. Very nice.
Katie Hammond: Very disappointed in our experience in this clinic and will be ensuring that none of our friends or family visit here. My two year old came home from daycare complaining of ear pain and her pediatrician's office was closing shortly. We chose Pura clinic due to the close proximity to our house. My husband filled out the paperwork and gave our insurance card which clearly states "no deductible" for urgent care. We were responsible for 20% of the total. We've visited urgent cares many times with the same insurance and have never paid a more than $40 copay. The check in person told my husband we owed $110 out of pocket and we were shocked. I questioned her and she told me we hadn't met our deductible. I explained that it clearly states no deductible on the front of the card for urgent care, and she stumbled over her words first saying they bill differently. Finally, I realized that they were charging $550 to look in my daughter's ear and prescribe medicine. We owed 20% which is where the $110 came from. I have NEVER experienced such a scammy situation at a medical facility. My ER copay was less than the copay at this clinic. Steer clear as it seems they charge ridiculous amounts and take advantage of people. It wasn't about the money for us, but the shadiness.
Grace B: My 2yr son needed to be seen here for a bug bite on his left arm. The doctor was extremely nice the front staff was amazing and we were in and out within less than 15 minutes. The doctor listen to everything that I had to say and prescribed him medication for his bite.

D Long: Billing horror story: After telling the front receptionist, nurse, NP and billing that this was an annual physical that was covered 100% by my medical insurance, and provided them with all the information related to it, they still sent me a bill of over $250 (checked my weight, height, blood pressure and drew blood. One of the quickest physicals I've ever had). I called them and explained the situation again. I also told them they didn't perform one of the procedures I was being billed for. They entered my dispute and 2 weeks later received another phone call, telling me my payment was late. Short story, turned it over to the insurance company to file an appeal. 6 months later, insurance company stated that they are still waiting for the clinic to code the care properly so that it will be 100% covered. (and this is an in-network provider).
Morgan Oakley: I waited for an hour to get my paperwork done, another hour to be taken into my room to be seen, and then after an hour I still hadn't been seen back in the patient rooms. I came in for a perforated eardrum on my right ear. When they checked my blood pressure and temperature they stuck the temperature measurement in my right ear, the one that was injured, causing me discomfort. Do not come here. I couldn't get a refund and it was a waste of my time.
Aaron Smith: ****Do not come here unless you want to get charged out the a$$ for the same services as an urgent care. ****They say they are an urgent care when you call them, and the Lt have a big glowing “express care” sign above the door you walk in, but they have you sign a disclaimer that tells you that you’re going to be charged like an emergency room. I signed this form, not reading it word for word, as I was very sick with the flu (Not my finest hour).Weeks later I received a huge bill from them. I will never go back to this place. I called my insurance and they called and found out they charge everything as an emergency room and hospital visit, which is not covered by my insurance. I’m so glad I asked the lady at the front desk, specifically, if the facility was an urgent care or an emergency room (sarcasm).Don’t get me wrong, the workers at the facility were polite and took good care of me, but as to their billing department, they know this is a scam.I repeat, do not come to this facility. This place truly deserves zero stars.

Leslie Shafer: Waited in the lobby for about 3-5 minutes with no one at the desk or acknowledging me but then the check-in clerk quickly registered me and was very professional and caring. She apologized for my wait and it was just a fluke because I arrived at a shift change.The check-in paperwork and process was quick and easy. The triage nurse was also efficient and professional.Dr. Brown was an excellent provider and I wish she could be my primary care physician! Prescriptions and check out were also done carefully, accurately, reviewed and check-out was smooth. My wait time was reasonable and the care was excellent. This will be my preferred urgent care, it’s night and day better from Fast Med (rude office manager, no updates, waiting 2-3 hours). Facility was also clean. Another detail is the check in areas and nurse triage areas offer way more privacy for patient confidentiality compared to the other urgent cares as well.

I am currently sitting in one of the rooms waiting to see a doctor, I have been in the building for 2 hours and in my "room" for 15 minutes so far. I know from experience that I will be sitting here for at least another hour before someone comes and talks to me and then at least another hour for discharge. I don't know why I thought this visit would be any different than the last. Will never come to this facility again! I should of just stayed in the over crowded ER instead of coming to this "express care". Zero stars, don't waste your time.

Rosco99: Horrible customer service!! My doctor left to work somewhere else and I was left to figure out how to get my prescriptions refilled on my own. Then after a week of frustration (and 4 days without medication) I finally got them refilled. I went to pick up the prescription and the guy at the desk treated me like I was a bother to him! I'm shopping for a new PCM as I sit here waiting for him to decide he can reach into the basket next to him and hand me my prescription. It's been 15 minutes so far.
