a crafton: Hotel is being renovated. Walls are stripped bare. A strong chemical smell on the floors. This is a construction site. It should not be open for guests. Go to another hotel.
Frank Campbell: The hotel is in a good location. Close to highway but central. Not quiet but not too noisy either.The front desk staff vary from ok to very nice and helpful.Room is spacious and we booked a room with a living room, so was quite large. Across the corridor there there simpler bedrooms as well.The shower was old fashioned and great to have the pressure for a change.The breakfast is mediocre at best - artificial food, no variety or taste. On our last day there were not many guests left and by 8:00 hrs there was only 1 fried egg left, but still several old hard boiled eggs in the fridge which had been there several days. So the ‘complimentary’ breakfast you paid for should be avoided if you can.Internet weak and needs relogging-in all the time.Under the excuse of environmental considerations they don’t change your towels unless you ask them to, fair enough. But they also don’t do any cleaning or emptying of garbage in the room, even when they come to change the towels — in the 5 days we were here, and this is not acceptable. Likewise the available soap and shampoo in the bathroom, one needs to request them.The bed was ok but not so good for someone with back problems.If I were to come to Fayetteville again I would probably check the other hotels first.

Jake Daniels: Very nice location right off the freeway. Staff is super friendly and my room was very comfortable. They are remodeling some areas but that didn't bother us one bit as they seem to be starting after checkout and working into the early evening. Barbara was fantastic at check-in and very knowledgeable about the area. Look forward to next time back to Fayetteville as I'm sure we will stay here again! Thank you Comfort in and Suites for the good nights rest!
Jeff R: The rooms are clean but the place is run down. The worst breakfast we ever had with an inclusive. The staff scowled and not one smile. This place needs a complete remake top to bottom. We’ll stay elsewhere next time.

Melissa Antul: Stayed again in 2023 since it's decent and on our way home. They've updated the room- so less wear and tear around the edges. Very efficient new furniture, tho I don't know how well it will last.Better lighting. Nice job on the usual breakfast-the eggs were fluffy, not the usual rubber many have. Decent price and clean. Good overnight stayFrom 2022: Very decent and less expensive than many. Clean, comfy bed, good shower. Even though it's a pandemic so no "hot breakfast", they still had coffee, tea, packaged pastries, sausage patties and biscuits, & yogurts. Nice effort, and always had coffee. Older rooms showed a tad of wear on the edges, but nicely updated, fixed up, and clean.

Wendell Thomas: The beds were terrible; so bad wife and I had to sleep in different beds. The sad part was when I told them about the beds, they already knew how bad they were. Only got $25 back from my stay. The manager said that was the best that she could do.Would not give me her mangers number so contact. Bad place to stay!!!Noteworthy details: Do not stay in this hotel go somewhere else. Pay a little more for better sleeping 🛌.
